Went solar not because we would save alot of money but so that we could stablize are electric bill which it has.jason also put my panals towards the back of the house so you cant see them either unless you are flying over or in the backyard because i didnt want them to look ugly. So i would say thank you very much because i live in an hoa so that was very important to me. Yes i still save money as well

Scheduled with Shane to get important repairs done. Soonest appointment was a week out. On appointment day, he called a couple minutes before his scheduled time at our home and said there was an emergency; and that was it. Three hours later, I called him and he said he can’t come out today and will come over first thing tomorrow morning at 7am. So we’re all waiting at 7am and no show, calls, or message. We called him after a couple hours and no answering his phone. He texts back, “Am really sorry am on a emergency call.” So no calling us. Couple hours go by and he still doesn’t call; so we’ve wasted a weeks’ time and two days of trying to work with this company. Really disappointed.

Called these folks for wire I cut in two. Tim came out and analyzed the problem gave us a very fair price and fixed it record time. So glad I found these folks. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Shane and his crew were friendly and efficient. He explained what they were doing and new electrical features installed. Instead of trying to sell me a new bathroom fan he cleaned and repaired it. I highly recommend them

This was a fraudulent post. This email address was used to post this review, but I have never EVER done business with this company.
This is the 5 star review that was supposedly posted using my email address: "Very pleased with their system and install. It's clean and professional and even on a cloudy day I'm still running totally on solar and have been able to push excess power back into the power grid of my electric company. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to switch over to solar." -
Technically the work was done very well, on the other hand, we asked for help with changing our monitoring settings [change from Wi-fi to Ethernet--a simple matter of changing software settings online] and Jason charges $500.00 when we just want to track our PV system equipment, etc. I am on DISABILITY, upgrades for monitoring NOT discussed BEFORE THE SALE.....??? Jason is NOT willing to be reasonable for the "minimal work involved!" How much does it cost to go online and change communication type from
Wi-fi to Ethernet? VERY DISAPPOINTED in this aspect of A.S.S. & E. Buyer and potential customers BEWARE!!!! -
Shane came out and did a great job on the EV charger install. He checked with me anytime there was a question about the location, look, etc to make sure I would be happy with the result and I was. Highly recommend this company.

Arizona Southwest Solar is an excellent company that I would recommend to anyone. Their installations are meticulous and the installation crews are very careful and helpful in explaining how everything works. Again, this is a great company and I recommend them highly to anyone I speak to about solar

Jason and his team were excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always available to answer any questions I had. They spent the extra time to listen to what I needed and work with me to accomplish my goals. I did my research before deciding to go with Jason and team. If you're looking to add solar - I recommend talking with Jason and his team before you commit.

Very pleased with the installation and support from AZ Southwest solar . The job was professionally completed on schedule and they coordinated much of the permit requirements. The system is performing as projected. I found them to be price competitive.
Would definitely recommend! -
We worked with AZ Southwest Solar & Electric on a solar installation at our home. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. The system installation was done on time, as planned, and we're now returning energy to the grid!
-
AZ Southwest Solar did a great job installing our 9kW system and EV charger. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a residential system at a fair price. Thank you!

Excellent company that did great work. When inspected by my electric coop the inspector commented on how well done the work was and that is consistently so with Arizona SW Solar. This person sees a lot of installations and is a very experienced electrician.

I originally reached out to 9 solar companies, and they were absolutely the best from the start. Their prices are reasonable and transparent, and are willing to work with you in terms of panel type, positioning, etc. to get the setup you want. They are very responsive when you have questions, and installed everything on time and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Arizona Southwest Solar & Electric was a great company to work with from start to finish. From getting a quote with Patricia to the final meter set and startup, they made the process as easy and seamless as possible. They handled all of the permitting process and worked with TEP. The crew was professional and hard working. My solar is working to turn sunshine into electricity. I highly recommend Arizona Southwest Solar to anyone considering going solar.

Jason and his crew were exceptional! I was kept up to date during every step in the process, I was educated on how he system works, and they helped to find financing too! I also have piece of mind because there is a warranty on the system. I did not have to worry about anything! Thanks Arizona Southwest Solar!

What a great experience! From our first meeting with Jason, working with Dottie and the team on the 'paperwork', and then the installation team of Francisco, Chris, and Carlos, everything was smooth and easy. Installation was completed in less than two days, passed inspections by the Town of Oro Valley and TEP with flying colors. Just waiting for TEP to hook up our new meter; can't wait to see the impact on our monthly electric bill.
We first worked with a different solar vendor who was not honest or responsive. We were a little skeptical talking with Jason, especially when his price came in 30% below the 'great deal' we were getting from the previous vendor. Jason quickly made us feel comfortable, partly because he comes across as a very sincere and honest man. We couldn't be happier! -
Getting my quote was simple and easy, was able to talk with them and ask as detailed question as I had based on previous research online. They quickly answered the questions and said they've decided on a few different things for the southern AZ environment, basically to provide good life of the equipment. Not only after getting my solar installed, I reached out to the company and got my main breaker box upgraded from the original 1977 box. I'm totally down to work with Arizona Southwest Solar & Electric in the future as the staff was easy to talk with, they explained what work they were doing, and gave a walkthrough each time at my property.

Their proposal, later a signed contract, was clear, had the details of how the process moves forward from initiation of required permits with the local jurisdiction, how our local power company is involved, and timeline was very valuable in us selecting AZ SW Solar. Without that level of confidence, going forward with price negotiations would not have happened. Following install, AZ SW Solar executed their responsibilities to work with our local power company to get system certified and turned on / connected to the grid, in a very professional and timely manner. We are happy we chose them over 7 other competing companies.

Review of Arizona Southwest Solar and Electric, LLC
This review simply contains facts regarding my personal experience. Arizona Southwest Solar submitted an application to TEP for my project 6 times before it was approved by TEP.
The contract states in part, “project install timeline is approximately within 90 days of an executed contract.” It took them 155 days or 5 months and 5 days to complete the project.
Another major challenge I faced, was with communication from the owner. In my opinion, updates and responses are inadequate. Phone calls were limited to when I owed a payment.
Lastly, I had an EV charger installed as well as solar and experienced issues with the charger being offline. According to SolarEdge, the problem is the system is lacking a direct communication connection between to charger and inverter. I contacted Eddie at Arizona Southwest Solar 5 times without a response and then sent several emails to Jason without any response.
Hope this helps with your search for solar! My suggestion would be to consider a larger company with good reviews for customer service.
