The whole team at Arizona Southwest Solar & Electric has been excellent. They did a great job of communicating with us during the process. They responded to concerns and questions immediately and they were able to schedule our installation quickly. We reached out to a number of other companies for vetting prior to choosing one and felt that this company would be the best choice for us. The other companies we spoke to could not get our solar installed for 3-5 months. I highly recommend Arizona Southwest Solar & Electric based on our experience with them.

So far everything is great. We got half of dozen estimates, including Arizona Southwest Solar, from Jason Watson . From the start he was always easy to work with and we could tell he is very honest. He answered all the questions and didn’t lie to us in any step of the process, which is very important to us. The product he installs is top of the line solar panels. We liked him the best of all of the solar companies we spoke with. And his price was very fair and there were no surprises at any point . Great company, great people and great product . Thanks Jason and company, you all did a great job and we appreciate your high level of professionalism.

Back in June Arizona Southwest solar sold me a $20,000 system.To this very day it is not working. Within 5 days of them working on my electric meter pedestal it caught fire. Their response was to try to get tep to permanently turn off my electricity. Or pay them thousands of dollars more to fix the problems they created. They left loose and bare wires and my electrical box. When they were digging they hit multiple wires and did nothing about it. The solar panels are facing the wrong direction to be most efficient. This is just some of the problems.

When we decided to check out going solar, we knew we should get a few quotes. Boy! what a smart move that was! We were not in a rush. We received three quotes. The very first one, ARIZONA SOUTHWEST SOLAR gave us all the same technical information as to our needs and the same warranty as the other two companies. ARIZONA SOUTHWEST SOLAR was the best price BY FAR! From the first meeting through the permit and installation process, it was hassle free. They came over to review the work I need done, said they would contact me for an estimate and then never follow through. Very unprofessional.

Working with Rick and his team was a great experience, they listened to all of our concerns regarding our ADA bathroom remodel and we are extremely satisfied with our beautiful new bathroom. Rick made great recommendations for tile selection and other materials used in the remodel which I truly appreciate. Rick and his team are very professional, easy to communicate with and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend RALCON for any remodel and construction work you may need.

Ralcon managed our warehouse remodel and was great to work with. We had an exceptionally tight timeline and he was able to get everything complete on time.

All the work completed was done in a timely manner and looks great. We will be turning to him for future contracting work if needed.
