Robert Negrette and crew are A-1 and am very happy with their great work with excellent results and they are friendly professionals who get the job done right and are easy to work with.

Nightmare experience. The repairs were not done by Servpro employees, they used contractors. We ended up having one of their competitors correct all their mistakes. Caught them in so many lies too. In response to their reply - It was absolutely your location, I have all the paperwork to prove it...might actually take my story to a local news station. Horrible experience!

Robert Negrette was my initial contact with Servpro. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my water damage event.

We didnt realize there was so much work to do, but the entire crew worked non stop to prepare for the next stage. The job they all did was like a well oiled engine, the end result was perfection. Cameron put the final touches on the last part before the next step. He explained what he was going to do and very politely told us of the next step. I would definitely refer Servpro.

Alex Fonseca was very helpful with answering all of my questions about the repairs needed at our home. He completed his inspections and had his estimate for repairs submitted to my insurance in a very reasonable timeframe especially over thanksgiving week.

We recently had water damage to our home, and Robert Negrette was the project manager from Servpro in Tucson who handled the cleanup. We were not in town at the time, and he did an excellent job. When we returned, we were able to stay at our house and initiate bids for the reconstruction process. He was available and quickly answered any questions that we had during cleanup and after our return. A big thanks to Robert and Servpro for their help.

These people turned one of the lowest parts of my life (a house flooding) into one of hope and renewal. It wasn’t easy. There was demo, remediation, pack out, construction, move in and final finishing touches. But every step along the way was handled thoroughly and professionally by everyone involved. My deepest gratitude goes out to Alberto and Derrick for their kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail.

The ServPro mitigation project manager, Cameron, texted and called literally within 1 minute after my initial call to ServPro for a whole house flood. He was on site 20 minutes later. The demo crew arrived within an hour. The demo crew—Willie, Jesus, Danny & Karla—immediately began work to remove the standing water, raise the furniture, remove cabinet toe plates, place dehumidifiers and fans throughout, etc. They have been here 3 days so far removing drywall and wood flooring and have been professional, courteous and extremely helpful during this stressful and difficult time. They take the time to explain things and answer our questions and reach out frequently throughout each day to see if we need help. I feel we are in excellent hands!

Maritza and Karina were wonderful. They diligently cleaned my space going up and down the ladder with their equipment. They were friendly and kind. Maritza was a great van driver and could maneuver well. Thank you for a great experience.

From the time Kelsey and Mariana walked in the door they were very professional and very hard working. They did not waste time and cleaned all the area requested. They cleaned any areas that may have been affected by all the dust that was falling as they cleaned from my high ledges. I am very impressed with their thoroughness and Servpro will be my go to for difficult cleaning jobs.
