Monday April 15, 2024 - owner on site on time, contract terms reasonable, owner checked availability of tile, some of it is in stock so work can begin tomorrow (Apr 16), contract signed. Email copies promised by mid-afternoon. And delivered.

Wednesday April 16. First work day. Call from office: THE OLD MEDICAL EMERGENCY EXCUSE. Can't believe that owners think we still believe it when they call and say that their INSTALLER CAN'T SHOW UP BECAUSE HE HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND HAD TO GO RUNNING OFF TO MEXICO FOR THE DAY TO DEAL WITH IT. I don't know why the notion that if you promise Green Valley customers everything immediately and renege, that is better than just setting a mutually workable deliver date and showing up per schedule.

April 17, 2024 Installer Carlos arrived at 9:00 this a.m. and immediately went to work removing the old carpet. Has been laying the new tile for the past four hours. Huge amount of work getting done. And the installation looks very professional.

April 18, 2024 Installer Carlos back on site. Work progressing nicely. All of the main area tiles-- in the 18' x 18' feet living room -- are in place at 12:30. Carlos starting with the grout. I'm pleased.

April 26., 2024. Back ordered entry tile delivered to Dano's yesterday. Installer on site today. Tile down and grouted in four hours. Fast and thorough cleanup. ALL WORK DONE and I'm very very pleased. Special thanks to installer Carlos for his outstanding work.

Would highly recommend Dano's with the caution that you can't rely on the office informing you about schedule changes; you have to rattle the office cage to find out what's going on.

During the buying process. As we were explaining what we wanted. I was assured that everything we were wanting. He would remember. But that wasn't the truth.
Tile wasn't done on the way we wanted. Their plumber fell to do a proper job. All he had.
to do was write everything down as we were explaining it.
The counter top came out very well.
I will not use Dano's again. Even if I win a Contest.

Dano's Tile is fantastic! They were truly a lifesaver for us after we had a nightmare experience with another company. The other company didn't prep the concrete floor for tile throughout the entire house, so none of it bonded. It all had to be removed. We called Dano's Tile for help and they came in and prepped the floor thoroughly via grinding, priming, and membranes. They installed new tile throughout the house and it looks amazing! We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jeff and Arizona are pleasant to work with. They are professional, courteous, timely, and efficient. Prices are reasonable too. I'm using their services again for backsplashes and for floor tile in a new addition. I highly recommend them. Give them a call!

We had Dano's crew demo our old tub and tile and retile it using some old talavera tiles we found in the garage as a window border. It turned out great! Very pleased with the process, cost and results.

Danos Tile did an amazing job replacing three damaged laminate floorboards in my home. Dano's tile was very easy to deal with. For starters their office personnel were very friendly and kept you up to date with the scheduling. I dealt with Jeff for the initial measure and estimate. He was quick and efficient and came back pretty precise with his measuring, and within the time frame he said he would get back to me. They kept the dust and mess to minimum on the removal. I am very satisfied with my finished product, they completed some tricky areas to tile in my closet bathroom and bedroom.

I was looking for someone to do a tile job at my home. I had 3 quotes and 1 quote from a unlicensed installer. I ended up hiring danos, Jeff the owner came out listened to what i was looking for was very professional, easy going, and easy to deal with even though i changed a few things and did a great job. danos picked up the tile for me. which nobody would do. cleaned up after themselves, even with some demo work there was no dust or debris. you would never know they were here. These guys are great. the job wasn't an easy one. but they made it look easy. I will have more tile to do in the future and they will be the only ones I'll call. I ran a small service related business for over 40 years and I am almost never happy having work done. honestly because of reliability. these guys are on the money in that area. I recommend you hire them, you'll be happy. thank you!!

Dano's did two tile jobs recently for me. One was removing, prepping the slab, and installing about 1500 sqft of tile throughout the house and the other was a tub surround. Dano's crew did an amazing job on both. They came when they said they would come, they worked diligently every day to get the jobs done. The craftsmanship is exceptional. Best floor ever! I love it. They did an excellent job. If you need your floors done this is the place to go. They were very organized and Manny did a great job with tile. Dano knows how to run a business. They have a Demo crew and seperate tilers. We couldn't be happier.

Sergio and David were both especially great about communicating with us, were detailed-oriented (which showed in the precise tiling around corners and door frames, etc), and worked long hours to get a lot accomplished each day. We just had Dano's replace all of the carpet in our house with tile. Tony, who did the demo work, was awesome and I couldn't believe how quickly everything came out. David, who headed up the installation, is a master and really took the time to consider how all of the transitions from the existing tile to the new tile came together. Everyone involved was professional and accomodating. We feel like we are living in a brand new house!

My wife and I purchased an 1800 square-foot home out in Vail and were not especially happy with the flooring. We consulted with Danos about getting Saltillo tile put in as well as some colorful tile, which they accomplished very professionally and timely.
