A realtor friend said she highly recommends this company to all her friends and clients not only because of their reasonable rates but also because of the quality of their work and materials they use. I followed her advice and was pleasantly surprised with the low priced bid for our huge roof with its troublesome long and shallow valley separating the house and garage. There were two leaks impossible to fix in the valley without removing two layers of existing shingles. They removed both layers and found several rotten spots in the deck along with design problems in the valley. All issues were properly addressed ending our leak worries for many years. We love our new roof. I also received a long-term written warranty that can be transferred in case we sell our home. The owners, Chaz and Danielle are personable and very helpful. I highly recommend Dependable roofing and Solar Cleaning.
