My ceiling started leaking in my living area and after calling a number of other companies no one wanted to perform just a repair on the one section of the roof where the leak was at. They all wanted to charge several thousand dollars to resurface the entire roof. After a very reasonable quote, the Dependable crew arrived and repaired the roof in a short time! They even worked around the solar panels !!! (Which was an issue for the other companies) I am so glad I called Danielle, they were not only professional but also kept in contact with me from start to finish. First, Chaz Montgomery came to my home in Tucson and did a detailed inspection, He then showed me pictures he took of what he saw and explained what needed to be done. Next, Danielle sent me a detailed repair estimate and then Chaz went over the estimate and answered all my questions. When it came time to replace the roof, Chaz was there every day taking pictures and video showing me the progress and where he found problems. I was in my home the entire week and saw both the quality materials used and his rockstar team of roofers do an excellent job from beginning to end. I highly recommend Dependable Roofing.

Three years ago I did a research on roofing companies to remove a gravel roof treatment and replace with a roof coating for my mother. I contacted 3 roofing companies, and was basing my choice on a 5 star ratings. Dependable Roofing was the only company that immediately answered my phone call, which is such a rare service these days. Not only was my call taken immediately, but Chaz (owner) was at the residence within a few days and provided a fair price with an agreeable warranty. Three years later, I called their office to see if Chaz could just check on the roof to review the condition. Again, my call was answered immediately, and Chaz recommended they put another coat on the roof. There was no charge, as he honored the warranty provided with no hesitation. I am so impressed with this company, and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Their name, Dependable, is perfect.

Extremely pleased with Dependable Roofing and their Director of Operations Chaz Montgomery who handled our project. Right from the initial visit it was straightforward in all aspects. A quick estimate of costs and explanation of what to expect with each step. I had done enough work to know it was a very fair price and was pleased with the materials that were to be used. I had a tight timeframe due to obligations in the future and Chaz managed to work us in just in time. The process went smoothly. The crews were professional and hard working. I should mention we had solar which I knew added expense and time. This part of the job was done by a third party but was arranged and included in the bid. From research I knew it was a very fair price. All in all would highly recommend this company and suggest you give them a call if you need work done on your tile roof

Dependable Roofing replaced the underlayment of our roof after a leak was discovered. The entire job was completed in 4 days. Chaz, and his crew were professional and worked diligently to ensure the roof was watertight during the monsoon season. The crew cleaned up the site everyday to ensure that no mess was left behind.

This company is the best I have EVER seen! Chas and his company are not only very professional but friendly, efficient and hard working. They came very early in the morning and left after 6 at night. They made sure everything was clean when they left and left nothing undone! Hardest working crew I have ever seen. I can't say enough good things about their work. The awning they replaced is perfect and my roof is great! I have previously had my roof repaired and replaced but never as well done as this time! 5 stars aren't enough.
