They are very peopke friendly and they do an awesome job and they are very clean. They come very highly recommended and i would recommend them to every one.

The worst customer service stephanie office manager hung up on me 3 times plus they only have 1 sales person that cant keep his appointments very RUDE dont waste ur money with them

We had our pool resurfaced including our deck, and everything went perfectly - on-time, very responsive, and professional. Would not hesitate to work with Pioneer Pools again.

Pioneer Pools were servicing our pool for about 5 years. It never was a great service, but we stayed with them because their customer service person Melissa was very responsive and nice in resolving the problems. Specifically, the pool man Mike not showing up at all for 3 weeks (not in a row) without any notification.
The repairman Bill prefers installing new equipment instead of fixing the old one. For example, 3 years ago, when we had a problem with the pump, he gave us an estimate on a new pump. However, we was able to fix at Economy Pools for $100 and it is still operational.
In the last year, the service became really bad. We found out that their 2 pool men Stanley and Harrison were fired. When we came back from out of town our pool was green and nobody even contacted us to notify about the problem with the filter. In addition, They did not do the back washes because Stanley broke the backwash handle (according to Mike). After we fixed it ourselves just by replacing the pin, I watched Mike pulling on it with all his strength without turning it first, so he almost broke it again. He then left without closing it so the water was running out until we noticed and closed it. We got an unusually high water bill. The company promised to bring pool back from green, but they just sent us an email cancelling the service in June, the hottest month of the year.

We had our pool replastered with pebble tec and new tile. The job looks fantastic!! Dealing with Bruce and Dane was a real pleasure. They walked us through the whole process and made sure we knew what was going on including time tables. They are very professional. We had a couple minor issues, which is to be expected on a job of this size, but they were handled with with no complaints or delays. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Other companies were not interested in rehabilitating our pool--it was too far gone. But Pioneer did a beautiful job. They installed all new equipment, discovered and repaired a hole in the gunnite, installed a beautiful new pebble surface and tile, and made sure that our cracking exterior walls were completely redone. They were extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Our pool looks amazing.

We previously contacted two other pool companies and one blew us off and the other one came measured and never heard from them again. Third time was a charm. We contacted Pioneer for a pool surface redo(ours was we figure 26 plus years old). Bruce came out on a specific date, he came on said day and time. He measured, showed us pebble samples and tile samples and suggested a deck restain as well to go with new pool look. They got back to us two days later with a bid. They are very responsive, reasonable. We love how each crew comes out does their work and leaves the area clean. Grant would call with start days and what was happening. This is a very organized, friendly, knowledgeable company. Only two small issues, they punctured two holes in our spa cover and broke some landscaping pieces. We wouldn't use any other company for pool remodeling, sorry we didn't do it sooner.

Altogether just an excellent experience - the PP team replaced the valve on our pool system and then did the detective work to find the leak in our pool supply line (which was costing us $00's per month). Both of these tasks were complex and challenging, and I was so impressed with the knowledge and experience of the small team that worked on this for us. I could not be more satisfied, skills of this excellence are rare and therefore more appreciated when seen. Well done!

When you buy an old home that has a pool, you have just bought an old pool. The day came when the plaster was coming off the pool. My husband insisted we call Pioneer Pools. I'm so glad we did. Bruce and Dane arrived on time, conducted a thorough examination of all the problems, asked us questions, offered solutions, and quickly had an answer to all of our problems. We visited their office manager, Olga, and in an hour we had finalized all of the steps. We signed a contract and they started in a week and a half. There was excellent communication through all phases of the project and it was completed right on schedule. It is an absolutely beautiful 2025 pool! I am very grateful that we chose Pioneer Pools!

The reason why I called Pioneer Pools is because another local pool company blew me off. They came out and took measurements but never called me back. I called them, she said she was would let whoever know that I called but they never called back. I am so glad they didn’t call me back, that move forced me to call Pioneer Pools.
I loved working with Pioneer Pools to fix my pool. They are awesome. I met with the owners (Bruce and Dane) at my house. They were super nice. They brought tiles for me to look at to match my new pool color. They took measurements and said they would be in touch. I had heard that before.
They did email me the quote and the payment plan. Super easy to work with them. I worked with Grant. Poor Grant had to deal with me. I probably had a million questions, daily! He was awesome. Explaining how everything was going to work.
He would call me and let me know who was coming over and what they were going to do that day. Everyone that came over were pleasant and courteous. I went into my backyard to bbq a hot dog for lunch and there was one guy working in my pool. I asked him if he would like a hot dog for lunch. He did and we had lunch together. He was grateful and thanked me for lunch. I did offer everyone lunch, most said no. Also, I have 2 dogs, german shepherd mixes, some of them let me have the dogs in the back yard. Some didn’t, and I understand. I have one dog that just likes to play and play. The men who came to my house were there to make my backyard better, they didn’t have time to play. So, I get it and totally understandable.
I loved how this process worked. I can’t thank anyone enough. Oh also, I would call and Shea would answer the phone. She was also great. Sometimes, I would ask her a question about payment or let her know when I was going to pay the bill. She was always super nice, and would say no problem. Or if I needed an email sent my way about payment, but tell her there was no hurry but sure enough within 10 minutes she emailed me.
Really what can I say about Grant? I loved working with him. I did become a customer who changed their mind. We did pick one color for the pool and just before they were going to color the pool, I did make that change. I also, changed the original tile. He was supportive and courteous. We did talk about the change and it’s really worked out. I love love love the color of my pool. I love everything about my pool and that is really because Grant was super patient with me. When he would call, I would say my 2nd favorite man calling me! (1st is my husband, of course) He would laugh, which would make me laugh then he would let me know what is going to be going on that day in my backyard.
Also, I have a attached a photo of my pool with the waterfall. Matt, the waterfall guy, was just as wonderful. I mean look at my waterfall. Not only beautiful but the sound, so beyond awesome.
I am soooooooo beyond happy. I can’t thank Pioneer Pools enough. They are a great group of people to work with and know. Oh, I almost forgot, my pool is a self-cleaning pool. The pool wasn’t cleaning, the spinners weren’t turning on to clean. I called Grant, he sent someone out right away and he determined that I was keeping the waterfall on, not turning the knob off ever. He let me know that I have to manually turn the waterfall off and then my pool will automatically clean. Which now it does!!! Thank you, X 8!!!! I really am one happy customer.

Pioneer Pools in my opinion is a very well managed company and provides excellent service. I had this company maintain my pool weekly for the past year and half when I could no longer do it myself. Robert, the pool tech, always provided very thorough service and alerted me to any issues I needed to tend to. Alexis and others who answered the phones always responded quickly to my voicemails. When we sold our home recently, and I had a problem with our pool heater during the buyer's inspection period, Bill fit us in quickly in spite of his already booked schedule to correct the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Pioneer pools did a pebbletech resurface and retile on my aging pool. As well as a refresh on the pump and installation of a pool light.

Cannot recommend them enough, I quadruple bid this work and found them to be both competitive in price and by far the best customer service. Ownership is involved in every job, and they seem to have a knack for hiring a solid team.
