I have been using Arizona Pool and Pond Service since last year 2020 and have found that they were helpful in finding parts, and doing repairs for my pool pump etc. Scott, Trista and Sunny are knowledgeable and informative and went out of their way to help me with my specific pool issues. I would highly recommend them for their honesty, integrity in taking care of your pool.

Great company! The people are knowledgeable, on time, friendly, and did a wonderful job on our pond cleanout. The pond looks brand new! If I could give them more stars I would! We will use them again in the future. I appreciate them having all the supplies i need in their store too. We are very happy with the service received. Try them - you won't be disappointed!

Working with this company especially Amy Gannon, is an absolute delight! We utilize them as a vendor for property management, always my first choice!

Had to track down a tough-to-find part for a Jacuzzi Bathtub repair. Steve and Sunny were both responsive and very helpful. They took time out of their day to review some photos with me and suggested some cost-effective solutions, even though those solutions wouldn't yield them any new business. I look forward to working with them in the future, and would recommend them for their honesty and demonstrated integrity. Thanks for your help, Sunny and Steve!

The repair man was a no-show on TWO FRIDAYS..NO CALLS EITHER.

It's taken over a month to get my spa repaired due to no calls, no shows. Terrible customer service

Recommended by our realtor. Did the pool inspection when we bought the home. Missed , as we have just found out, the now-illegal and hazardous main drain covers, a crack in the tile wall, and a hole in the gunnite where re-bar is coming through. Then assigned a new and inexperienced maintenance guy to clean the pool. I had to show him how the water flow for the pump and filter assembly. We are here part-time at the moment, service was disappointing at best.

After talking to a few pool companies suggested to me by others to remodel my pool. I hired Arizona Pool and Pond to remodel the pool at my home. I found them responsive and very professional in the work that they did. When I had a leak in a suction line at a pool I have at a rental property I own, I immediately called Scott and asked him for a proposal. Yet again he did a great job on a project that turned out to be quite challenging. I am also using them as my go to when I have issues with my pool automation

I would highly recommend Arizona Pool and Pond for all of your pool needs.

Got linked up through our realtor, first time pool owner. Scott did our pre-purchase inspection & helped us understand what we were getting into. Had him teach me the intro "pool school" once we moved in and get the pump programmed appropriately. Put me on the right path to keep things running great. Previous owner left behind an old vacuum side cleaner which died quickly. Went to Arizona Pool & Pond for a robot cleaner which has been fantastic! Got a great price on a quality Dolphin unit that has done a fantastic job on post-monsoon trash.

Been happy, will look to them for options on our re-plaster in the next year or two.

My review is solely for the employees/owners. There was a mobile vet clinic in front of AZ Pool and Pool, as I'm sure they agreed to. I had a wait in my car, with both my children, for a decent amount of time to check in. I let my kids out, and I hopped out for a bit because of not having the best AC in our car. The rude stares, underbreath comment, and overall incredibly unpleasant attitude make me glad I'll never have to deal with their actual company. They were very off put. Maybe because people were parking in spots, they may have considered "theirs." Yucky attitude to have towards people potentially seeing your business for the first time.

The staff was very knowledgeable about all the products ands services they sell. T Trista was professional and very friendly. She educated me on several things I could be doing differently to save time and money on the cleaning and maintenance of my spa.
I would totally recommend Arizona pool & pond to anyone looking for a spa or if they have any questions. Thanks Trista!

Eddie and Aaron do an awesome job at keeping my pool in great shape! Especially after the storm we had this past weekend! The trash in my pool was nasty and Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning it. Great company to have your back!

Very negative experience for me with Amy. We are a maintenance contract customer. She said they could not do work that they quoted until late April and even into May. A few days later I got a call saying they were on the way??? What???I had already hired a different company. She then canceled our maintenance contract. Bad business practice.

When my brother passed away unexpectedly this past summer, I was left to manage his property out in Arizona. The property has a beautiful pool which I discovered is maintained by Arizona Pool and Pond. I reached out to Sonny who immediately offered to help in any way she could. Gael also went above and beyond. Chaz continued to expertly take care of the maintenance of the pool and Steve brought the beautiful waterfall back to life. They responded immediately to calls and texts and always arrived in a timely fashion. The pool always looks great and I know am in good hands. Thank you!!

When I became the Chairperson for the community pool, we were doing business with a different pool company. After having problems with sand in the spa, green water, etc. It was approved to change to a different pool company. What an immediate change. The pool and spa were crystal clear! I was receiving compliments from the homeowners for the first time. If I had a problem with the equipment, it was fixed in a timely manner. Everyone that I have contact with, Scott, Sunny, and Cheryl are always so helpful and pleasant! Arizona Pool and Pond has been cleaning and replacing old equipment for the past 3 1/2 years, and we have no reason to ever change.

The three workers were efficient in all their work yesterday, but the water level in the pond was down this morning indicating that there is still a leak.
Please have Scott give me a call Monday so we can take another look at this project and fix the problem.

Arizona Pool Company is Amazing! I would give 10 Stars if I could! Super responsive, professional, quality work, office staff is always very friendly, helpful & available. We have worked with AZ Pool & Pond for many years & highly recommend them. The owner Scott & Office Manager Sunny are very professional & knowledgeable. They are super nice & honest people & they treat the Customer with respect & fairness! Trista, Gail & Pool Techs are great too. All in all we recommend them for any of your Pool & Spa needs!

I'm not one to post positive or negative reviews but felt it important to let AZ Pool & Pond know how much I appreciate their hard work. They were hired approximately a month ago to maintain 2 pools and 1 spa at one of my communities and they've done an amazing job. Thank you for all you do!
