Claudio and Jacob are true professionals. They were courteous, polite, respectful, detailed, ultra careful, efficient, and thorough. I was expecting regular workers to come in, tear down drywall, set up their fans and leave. They were far from this. Their work was meticulous! Five freaking stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wow! The team showed up and did a great job helping us after a major water problem. The staff was exceptionally skilled and courteous. Andrew has a great team and they all impressed us. Sebastian, Mario, Carla, and especially Angel. That guy is a real craftsman!

Sebastian did a very good job keeping the project moving forward at an acceptable pace. I felt that I could trust him when he provided me with updates and next steps. The remediation crew of Cameron, Jesus, Danny and Karla were efficient, polite, skilled and helpful in moving furniture and packed my closet items into boxes. They stowed everything compactly and cleaned the area thoroughly when their work was complete.

Sebastian, who did quality control and removal of drywall in Water Heater cabinet, sprayed mold deterrent and checked the filter of the room air cleaner to determine no mold spores were remaining. He was professional, efficient and thorough. He explained the work he did and cleaned the work area afterwards, leaving it in excellent shape and ready for the installation of new drywall! E

Lupita, Karina, and Oscar were an amazing team! They came into my rental after it was torn apart from a tenant gone mad! While here they found mouse droppings and took care of that as well! House was spotless when done! Truly lifesavers. So grateful for this team!

If you need help, DO NOT call ServPro. We are two weeks from closing on the sale of our home and needed restoration help from the strong storms that came through the weekend of 10/10. My husband reached out to Cameron @ ServPro, explained the situation and our timeline. After additional follow-up calls by my husband and excuses from Cameron, it’s been an entire WEEK and we’ve heard nothing back; no phone call, no quote, no report, nothing. We’ve now had to reach out to another company and start all over, delaying our closing and frustrating both us and the buyer. The lack of responsiveness speaks volumes about their service and lack of commitment to the customer.

Robert was very nice and professional! I am so please with the whole team was awesome and very fast. They were respectful of my home. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a service like this.

My experience working with Robert as my Project Manager was exceptional and also worked with Sebastian as well. I asked a lot of question and Robert was very patient and understanding and Answered all questions. Both gentlemen were great to work with and the work performed was excellent as well. Everyone that was part of the project were kind and respectful of my property. I appreciated the work they performed to mitigate the water damage and would highly recommend their services to anyone who is facing water damage mitigation.

Our company had a substantial water leak, ServPro came out from Tucson a lot faster than we expected. Sebastian came out every day to check on the machines, he was an excellent communicator, I always knew what to expect and when. Beyond happy with the services provided and the crew who helped make it happen. We will be returning to ServPro for our needs.

Woke this morning to the sound of running water and my entire downstairs had flooded from a toilet connection that had broken. My husband and I both had to work that day and we called Servpro in a panic. They were here within an hour with an amazing crew. They brought three trucks with Equipment and quickly extracted water from the carpet, moved furniture, pulled up the baseboards and pad, and started fans, saving our drywall! They were professional and efficient. Big thanks to Jesus, Danny, Willy, and Luis for saving us! We appreciate you!! We look forward to the restoration part of the project.

Remediation and renovation all done and time to bring my furniture back!
Lupita, Carmen, Willie, Jonah, and Oscar hustled and got the job done in 2 hours! Brought in furniture, unpacked pictures and boxes, got beds and dressers put back together. They were professional and efficient. They made sure they put down protection on my brand new carpet and wore booties to make sure things were as clean as when they came. I recommend them extremely highly to anyone who needs help in a crazy situation like a flood! Thank you!

I was extremely stressed out over some water damage and some Venetian plaster that was going to need to be cut out- I did not want an extra unnecessary inch of plaster removed and the entire team was very understanding & listened to my concerns. Cameron, Jonah, and Oscar listened to my concerns and took great care to remove only what was necessary. They protected everything around the damaged area and cleaned up when they were done. Everyone was very sympathetic to my situation and worked swiftly to resolve the situation- I could not have been more pleased nor more grateful for their hard work!
