Tucson Tile & Grout specifically Brittany and Asia did an incredible job cleaning and color sealing our grout, making it look brand new again. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident throughout the process, and the results are simply stunning. They were on time, reviewed the process, took their time and clearly knew their craft. Tucson Tile&Grout cleaned and sealed some saltillo tile in my kitchen. They also redid the grout. I am very pleased with the result though there were some stains that they could not get out. They showed me how the stains were permanent so I'm OK with that.

The crew of two was on time, pleasant, and friendly. They didn't steal anything (unlike some other contractors). They both wore identifying uniform shirts. Highly recommended.

Joe did a fabulous job. Our tile looks brand new and it's 35 years old. He was quiet, competent and we hardly noticed he was here. Thank you so much!

We bought a house with about 900 square feet of light colored floor tiles. There were at least 2 different shades of grout in various stages of deterioration and discoloration and ancient unremoved grout smeared on many of the tiles. Now it looks spectacular! Clean, sparkling. Nice matching grout lines and no more smeared grout. Same with shower walls and floor. Now beautiful. Backsplashes in kitchen and bathrooms, ditto. We didn’t have to move a thing. Their crew was prompt presentable, communicative and very competent. Their prices are very reasonable. A real find!

Great work and customer service. Rafael and Carlos were absolutely amazing. They explained exactly what they were doing and answered any questions we had. We are very happy with the workmanship tjey did and knowledge they had. Will definitely use TT&G again.

Rafael and Nate did an amazing job. They thoroughly cleaned the floor and grout and
then hand painted a colorized sealer on every grout line. They even repaired some small imperfections in the grout. I would highly recommend this company. Oh and the price was competitive.

The crew at TT&G, Trina, Rafael and Joe were great to work with. They were very professional and the results were fantastic. Our master bath looks brand new and all the cracks along the base board are all gone. I definitely would use this company again. I highly recommend them.

Tucson Tile and grout did an awesome job, fixing missing grout, re-coloring the existing grout and sealing the floors and master shower in our 2600 sq. ft. home. They moved the furniture out of rooms and put it all back. The crew was awesome as well. Thank you, Shane, Josh, Aubrey, Brittany and Nikki owner. You all did a great job and I love the floors.

The entire experience was excellent. Trina came out and did my estimate and got me a quote in a timely manner. She also prepped me on everything I needed to do prior to the grout being cleaned. The team Brittany, Aysia and Carlos were at my house on time and went above and beyond doing such a great job. I am so happy with their work. Will use them again for other parts of the house. I seriously do not have enough good things to say about Tucson Tile & Grout! Trina came out and gave us an estimate last week and she even had all the notes from the estimate that Nikki did a few years ago (due to money we had to wait a few years). Both Trina and Nikki were so kind and knowledgeable and made me not feel bad about my little boys’ gross bathroom. When it came to the actual work. The crew was fabulous. It was Brittany, Aysia, Joe, Nate, Rafael, and Carlos. They showed up right on time, were incredibly communicative, let my dog bother them all day and were truly just great people. They are so good at what they do and so professional. They were patient with my 300000 questions. Our tile and grout has been a major source of stress for me as it was discolored and no matter how much I cleaned, it never looked good. Well when the crew was finished I looked at my wife and said “it’s nearly perfect!” Tonight will be the first night since we bought this house 4 years ago that I don’t have anxiety about our terrible grout because it looks amazing!!! We look forward to having them come out annually to make sure our floor always sparkles! The photo does not do it justice but believe me when I say before today the kitchen grout was like 18 different shades of gross and now it’s one beautiful shade of “light smoke”

Thanks to Tucson Tile & Grout, our 27 year old Mexican clay tile floors look almost new! This company was transparent from the beginning about the risks, what could reasonably be an expected outcome, and the cost. Trina even returned to our home several times to reconfigure the quote so that we could afford the project. Nikki, Rafael, Lucas, Joe, Nate, Aisha, Carlos worked so hard to make this entire experience great. They were all competent, professional, polite, and even joyful. Their communication throughout was prompt, clear, and consistent. Thank you everyone!

They did a fabulous job of cleaning our tile and grout, and gave me great advice and samples for after care. I was also impressed that they didn’t leave a mess up my walls and on my cabinets like previous companies had done. There was a slight scheduling problem, but they made it right. I’ll definitely use them again.

This is my first experience in the world of grout... We had a custom home built with beautiful tile floors throughout. A dark grey 12 x 24 in a herringbone style, with black grout. Tucson Tile & Grout gave us an affordable price and worked with me during the chaos, of scheduling multiple enhancement to our new home... Rafal did an amazing job! He was very polite, professional and informed. I feel very confident in the quality of the finished product he produced...Knowing it was done correctly, takes a huge weight off my chest! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I hired Tucson Tile & Grout to strip, clean and seal my Saltillo tile floor and I am extremely happy with the work! I previously hired a vendor that did a rushed and sloppy job - it was totally unacceptable. I initially met with Trina from Tucson Tile & Grout who addressed all of my concerns and questions, explained the process thoroughly. The owner Nikki and her team even provided a sample of how they would repair the tiles before we signed a contract. The samples were important to me because I was not a Saltillo tile expert and wanted to know my project was in good hands. Scheduling went smoothly, always communicating with reminders and the team always showed up to work when scheduled. I wanted the natural look and character of a raw Saltillo floor with distinguished grout lines and a high sheen/gloss look. I attached a few photos of the rooms they sealed. Nikki and her team did an amazing job of stripping, cleaning and sealing the floor and repaired the grout lines better than I expected. I would not hesitate to hire Tucson Tile & Grout and will use them in the future when it is time to seal the floor again. A+ job!
