From beginning to end, customer service was personal and informative. Our technician, Joe was great. My shower looks brand new, and he was super personable and kept us informed throughout the process. The admin person who did our initial consult and quote was also lovely, I don't recall her name, but everyone has been great. It was nice dealing with people and not text messages that were auto generated or non stop voice mail tag. Highly recommend

The travertine floors and shower turned out much better than expected. Joe, Rafa and Ali were great to work with and I’m impressed with their attention to detail.

Tucson Tile & Grout did a great job deep cleaning our tile. They were able to schedule the cleaning on short notice and squeeze us in before the holidays. Ali and Raphael showed up a little ahead of schedule and kept us informed throughout the cleaning and grout sealing. They were able to move furniture as needed and did a great job!

Aysia from Tucson Tile and Grout did an excellent job. She was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done correctly. The grout work looks clean and refreshed, and the area was left neat when she finished. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend Aysia and Tucson Tile and Grout.

Brittany did a great job on our first project sealing our interior flagstone flooring. We brought her back to seal all our patios and pool area. She is a hard worker, personable and professional. I highly recommend TY&G, and especially Brittany.

I’m so happy with the results of my shower!! Tucson Tile and Grout is such a great company!!! I spoke with Auddi about my concerns of the condition of my shower. She was so nice, professional and easy to talk to. She helped me schedule an appointment with Trisha to come out to my home and give me a free consult with a quote. In a couple days, Trisha came out (also very nice, easy to talk to and professional). She explained to me what was needed to be done to make my shower look new again. She provided me with a very reasonable quote, in which, I decided to go ahead and move forward with the work needed. A few days later, Rafael (again, also very nice, easy to talk to and professional) came out to do the work on my shower. I have to say that I was blown away, totally impressed with how Raphael made my shower look so incredibly good!! Better than I could have possibly imagined! I highly recommend Tucson Tile and Grout!!! What a wonderful company with outstanding employees!!!

Trina was wonderful when she came out to look at my shower and Nate was absolutely fantastic doing the work. Not only did he do a great job, I am super happy with the work, but he was respectful in the house and really took consideration when bringing in equipment and materials to do the work. All around - supper happy with their work!!!

Brittany was prompt and did a wonderful job on our tile! She was kind and friendly and communicated all of her steps throughout the day. We had one tile that needed to be removed and repaired and she did a great job leveling it out. Would recommend!

Rafael and Ali did an excellent job of cleaning, caulking and sealing two tiled shower enclosures, recaulked a glass shower panel, repaired loose floor tiles and repaired several areas with damaged floor grout. Rafael and Aysia did an outstanding job cleaning the tile flooring in my home today! They arrived on time, greeted me warmly with a handshake, and clearly explained the scope of the work. Rafael carefully inspected the floors and gave me an honest assessment up front, noting that some grout might not return fully to its original color, but promised they would do their best.

A few hours later, I appreciated receiving a call to review the results before the sealant was applied. To my delight, the grout looked amazing and restored beautifully to its original color! Both my husband and I were impressed not only with the quality of their work but also with their professionalism throughout the entire process.

The experience we had with Tucson Tile and Grout was fantastic! From Trina who arrived at the scheduled time to provide a free estimate to Brittany and Rafael who performed the tile cleaning and grout color seal, the whole process went as advertised and the end result was transformational.

The entire staff was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I was skeptical that 2 people could complete the job in 1 day, but Brittany and Rafael worked tirelessly all day to get the job done. It is reassuring to see such tremendous work ethic from this crew. I don’t think they even took a break.

Our house is 20 years old and the grout had become dark and dingy. We were able to pick a lighter color and the final product truly feels like an upgraded, new floor. I wish we had done this a long time ago.

Tucson Tile & Grout did a fantastic job of getting the tile haze off my tile and putting a color guard on my grout. This company is very organized, very knowledgeable, and very professional. It’s nice to know we still have companies that are here to serve their customers! It’s also a woman owned company, very detailed oriented … one I highly recommend if you want your project done right the first time with hard working employees. The process was so easy, free estimate from Trina (knows her stuff), scheduling from Audi (works around your schedule, and great workmanship from Brittany (been with company a long time) and Nate (newer to company but a keeper). Asia did a brilliant job! Asia was on time, fully equipped and professional. She checked in with me while she was completing the caulking to make sure I was pleased with the way it looked and my shower looks brand new! I will definitely hire this company with Asia, again and I highly recommend.

Yesterday I had Tucson Tile and Grout in my home to clean my tile floors, make a few repairs, and color seal my grout. Joseph, Ali, and Alex did an amazing job, They were very professional, efficient, polite, and answered all my questions. They kept their work space clean and hung protective plastic on anything that might come in contact with their cleaning products. However, I think I was most impressed with was how careful they were with my furniture when they moved it. I really appreciated the care they took when moving things. I am very satisfied with the work they performed and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent work in a challenging environment. My newly acquired manufactured home needed a fair amount of TLC - cleaning, tile & grout repair & replacement, resealing with color match. Trina was wonderful! She provided knowledgeable advice & guidance before, during & after my project. I really appreciated the free in home estimate - helped me to make good choices. The crew that did both the initial & follow up work was excellent. They worked efficiently & well together. They were knowledgeable & professional but still fun.

Brittany and Nate did a super job of restoring our saltillo tile. They were meticulous in stripping 25 years' worth of wax from the tile floor (a big job!) so that after sealing it, the floor looked brand new. I can't praise them enough: They were dedicated to doing an excellent job, as well as thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend Tucson Tile & Grout for hiring such amazing staff.
