Open Enclose replaced a sliding glass door on a property I was preparing to rent. During the installation process, they broke the glass and took many weeks to get a replacement. During all those weeks, I was stuck with a horrible eyesore on a property I was trying to rent, all the way through the end of the prime Summer rental season. I requested some reduction in price because of the cost to me and they said no. That is not good business practice. Mistakes happen: if a customer suffers loss because of the business’s mistake then a reputable business will offer some compensation. Open Enclose said "Tough Luck". Keep that attitude in mind while considering whether to use their services. I sincerely hope they post a reply here thanking me for my feedback. That’ll definitely make up for my lost time and money.

What was only going to be 4 windows replaced on my 25 year old house, I decided that I would regret not doing all 15 original builders windows....so that's what I did. And there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell. One crew came in, a few days before, to remove my valances and blinds. The second crew came and protected, prepped and installed the first group of windows. The second day all of the windows were in and ready for the Stucco....which only took a few hours on the third day. The crew cleaned up all of the debris at the end of each day. The 4th day, a drywall finisher took a few hours to repair around some interior window openings . If I wanted, I could've had all the inside and outside repair areas painted, but I'm having the whole house painted next winter, so I passed.
I did not shop around. Open Enclose replaced 2 sliding glass doors 5 years earlier. I received great service, value and tradesmen's both times.

Just had a large picture window replaced. I had been told by another company that it couldn’t be done in a matching style frame, and not only was Open Enclose able to do the work desired, but they did it for less and with truly exceptional professionalism! The office and install crew communicated very well to schedule and coordinate the quote and install. The work was done with care and concern for craftsmanship, even showing the initiative to consult an expert when they had a concern due to the custom nature of the job. The estimate process was smooth, installation worked as planned and any issues that surfaced were quickly addressed by the staff. We can only speak very highly of the sales, service and follow up.

I purchased a custom exterior door that needed to be built, stained to match other interior stain color and installed. I needed the door installed as well as the exterior stucco repaired and the inside drywall. All of these were done by different individuals. The stain was great and the door looks fabulous. The individuals that did the install, stucco and drywall work were all on time and professional. Everyone did high quality work. I would recommend this company highly.

This is the second time I have used Open Enclose in the past 3 years.They have the best installers and painters! They did excellent work, cleaned up, and were just really nice people! After 15 years of being 'snowbirds' in SaddleBrooke, my wife and I recently moved to our villa we purchased in 2013. As year around residents, we opted to upgrade our home starting with all new windows. Speaking with neighbors, Open Enclose was frequently recommended as the company to call. Thankfully, that is exactly what we did. From our initial appointment with Jared Wright, Sales Mgr., until all our new Milgard windows were installed, we have been impressed and pleased with Open Enclose. And we highly recommend all the installers on our job for their professionalism, skill, attention to detail, cleanliness and delightful personalities. Angel, Carlos, Ruben, Mike, Kelly, and Chavez are simply the best!

Highly Recommend! Professional. Responsive. Outstanding customer service. Open Enclose replaced all of the windows (Milgard), patio sliders (WeatherShield), and doors (Therma Tru) at our home in the Catalina Foothills. They worked with us on choosing just the right windows and trim and paint colors. Installation was professional and timely. They made custom modifications to our interior trim and supplied an outstanding subcontractor to enlarge the patio door opening and electrical. After the job was complete, Open Enclose quickly responded to service calls to iron out all the wrinkles on such a large replacement project; happily coming back to the house several times after the job was complete to make sure everything was perfect and to our liking.

Open Enclose did a great job fixing my sliding glass door. It's like new. On time reasonable prices. I would use or recommend them again.

Nice looking barn doors for our laundry room and library. Easy installation. We also had a window replaced. Each installation date was confirmed and completed.

Very professional and knowledgeable people to work with. Not to mention they actually do the job right way including stucco work. They are not one of these jump frame companies that charge more than double what this company does.

OpenEnclose repaired my door sliding tracks on four doors in my living room. The service is prompt and the workers some the nicest and certainly the most efficient I have ever had. While there is a bit of sticker shock in the price, the job and the service were unexcelled.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had a with a company. Short story- they lack proper communication with their clients, aren't timely causing projects to be 4 months late and although Ralph, a higher up does his best to smooth things over and make things right, mistakes are made that cost the client more money, and more time. If a family member or friend told me they were going to utilize them I would tell them them to find another company. Do not recommend.

Very good experience here from the initial calls, through measurements, and install. Would highly recommend Open Enclose for all services. Have to also highlight Angel and Carlos from the install crew. They were on time, professional, took their time to ensure the job was done right and left the place immaculate! Hard to find an install crew as high caliber as these two guys, very impressive!! Thank you!

OpenEnclose were quick to respond to my inquiry, quick to provide an estimate of cost and delivery date, and fairly efficient at the full process including installation, which happened on the date originally discussed. While the installation of a single picture window is not a complicated task, I will say that I have no complaints with the work or process of OpenEnclose and would return to them for future needs. I will admit that the costs of this (and similar improvements) is a hard knock to take these days (inflation seems out of control) but I can't fault OpenEnclose for that. Cheaper to do it yourself but this was not an option for me at this time. So, if the cost is within your budget I do think you're going to be satisfied with the experience.

We love, love, love our new door!! Working with OpenEnclose was a bit challenging. Great people! But there was a lack of communication on their part. A few adjustment issues afterwards but for the most part they came back out a couple times to complete things. Kudos to Dan the doorman! He and his team worked to get it in just right! Did I mention we LOVE our door?

UPDATE: 7 months in… did I mention we LOVE our door? Especially now with cooler nights we can open those sidelights and let the cool air in. We are considering changing out another door for the same thing and will go back to Open Enclose because the install was near perfect. Wahoo! Go see them if you want a secure, beautiful door installed to near perfection!

Wow! This locally owned company knows product, service and installation. Each phase- explanation of products/bid (best by far), measurement, installation, stucco work, paint touch-up- was done with meticulous attention to detail and courtesy toward me. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!
