Working with this company has been a total disappointment from top to bottom. We've had at least three pool cleaners, each one more disappointing than the last. One even told me that he had too many pools on his schedule to tend to ours properly, so even with weekly service, our pool had constant algae. When I confronted him about this, he told me that pools need to be fully drained and refilled after five years, otherwise, the chemical treatments that keep algae in check won't work.

Our pool was nine months old..

Furthermore, They are incredibly slow to respond to issues -- we had a slow leak due to an incomplete tiling job on our pool and it took two months for them to send out their repair guy to address it. Every time we called for an update, multiple times a week, the receptionist would tell us "Everyone is in the all staff meeting, but I will get an update and call you back today" -- The call back never came.

When we finally threatened legal action, the repair guy came (a day late, with no notice) and once done, his supervisor assured me that he (the supervisor) had personally turned the pool filler back on. A week later, we received a text message from our guest showing that the pool was now over a foot low, so much so that the cleaning jets were exposed and blasting water all over the patio.

The last service visit noted the low water but no action was taken to correct it. We reached out to a new pool company who came by immediately, noted the pool filler was still off and switched it on for us immediately.

Save yourself the headache and find a different company for your pool servicing needs. You're better burning the money you're throwing at them to stay warm..

Completely unethical company. They did a terrible job on our very expensive pool and refused to stand by their work. We ultimately had to hire another company to fix their mistakes. They may be skilled in other areas, but if you’re looking for a reputable, reliable pool company, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

First time new pool construction. Many options to decide on. Rob was patient in assisting us through the process. Quality of the work was excellent.

Greg Miller personally came to our home and oversaw all of our back yard construction project. He build our pool, put in a beautiful built-in grill and made our back yard a beautiful fun place for us and our kids. Cimarron built my pool five years ago, which is awesome. I absolutely love the design and quality construction.

Weekly service has been basically good overall, and for the most part they are reliable and efficient. However, pool equipment service has been uneven, with some very good technicians and some not very competent at all. I am sticking with them for now, but frankly expect better service and equipment maintenance from this reputable custom pool construction company.

God is Amazing! We are repeat Open Enclose customers. They do high quality, professional work. They have experienced installers who are nice and keep your home as clean as possible during the installation.

My experience with open enclosed was outstanding. A very professional company to deal with. Not only are they extremely responsive but they were very accommodating based on the unique circumstances involving my repair request. I would no hesitate to contact them should I need any further window or door repair.

Ian was so nice and professional. I can even see the glass in the windows, it's so clear. I mostly loved not once did the ask to see my other windows, and try to pressure me to get more windows done. I will use them for any future needs. They are the best.

Full Window Replacement and Yes we were living in the house - Coby and his Crew took exceptional care to control the dust inside as well as navigating around the landscaping during demo and installation - Red and the stucco crew did a great job blending in the new with the old. Johnny and Jamie attention to detail when trimming out the windows was top notch.

I would not recommend this company for new sliding glass doors!! We paid ~$5000 for a new door. It took months and then the first installation was done wrong so air blew through it. The second installation corrected the air issue but left it scratched,dented and screw holes that the first time put in the parts to make it fit. When questioned and agreeing to replace the damaged part, they came after weeks and just put screws in the holes. Needless to say I will order the next large window or door from some place else!!!

When I ordered a window back in August 2021, the rep quoted a two month timeframe to install. We had to cut into the building to get accurate measurements. Then, the install date was pushed back an additional three months. So we had plywood installed over the window for roughly five months. The window manufacterer informed me he had the window delivered within a month of our initial purchase. Even after multiple phone calls, they kept the install date the same. Then, the install date arrived and they pushed back the install even further. While I loved how it turned out, I was not satisfied in the least with communication or the rep that quoted us an erroneous time frame.

2 guys showed up on time. They did a great job installing the paying attention to detail. The door I picked is beautiful! They cleaned up when they were done. Very polite and respectful!

Open Enclose replaced the rollers on our 29 year old 8 foot tall sliding glass door. We've been struggling with it for years, trying to find someone to fix it. Open Enclose certainly fills a gap in household maintenance. They got the door off, repaired and re-installed in no time. No mess. No damage. Great job. Worth the price. They do other things, too. Give them a call. We certainly recommend them and we're very particular.

We love our four new WeatherShield sliding doors. The installation was smooth. Jesus and team were friendly, prompt, clean, and communicated well. I will consider Open Enclose for my future needs.

We had hired a local "handyman" to replace our office doors with glass doors, but he ended up causing a significant damage to the office entryway. I ended up kicking him out of my house over it. I hired Open Enclose and from beginning to end the process was great and we are very happy with our home office doors. We will be hiring Open Enclose again for future home renovation projects.

My overall experience with Open Enclose has been great! Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional. They were even able to install the windows two weeks earlier than scheduled; and I loved that considering they were replacing two windows that were cracked. I appreciate that I received phone calls from the employees letting me know their estimated arrival times. The installation crew was efficient, professional, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. You would never know they were here except for the beautiful new windows I now have. Open Enclose has earned my business and my recommendations to others going forward. I have been dealing with a faulty window for over a year. They have sent people out to "look" at it a few times but no one wants to fix it. I even offered to buy a new window and was told it wasnt necessary so now we live with this constant popping and chattering. One tech did suggest that I stick a plastic fork in the window to help, havent tried that yet so maybe thats on me. Staff is unwilling to take accountability for the work and doesn't respond to my emails.

Update. Took 1.5 yrs and over a dozen house visits, the glazing bead wasn't temperature rated and the inside track wasn't cut properly they fixed, finally... +1 star

I like to thank Carlos, Angel, & Michael Lopez for doing an amazing job with my window installation. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The windows came out perfect. I am going to recommend friends and family to this company. Thank you again openenclose!
