The worst ethics are that they are not completing the work they start, at least to the acceptable standards. The quality of the work is substandard at best.

*** AVOID *** This review is written on behalf of my disabled family member. This company was completely unprofessional. Every room in the house had damage, and items went missing while they were in the home. Do not use this company. After a fire, all you want is help and support. This company took advantage of the situation and made the situation much worse.

The crew that was sent out to move our furniture and boxes back into our home after renovating was completed, were highly professional and provided friendly service in doing this endeavor. Recommend their service in these kind of matters.

We had a wall damage, and my home insurance company sent this company to fix. This company brought industrial fan to dry out wall and carpet, and we used for 2 days but had to keep the fan for 15 days, because nobody showed up to pick it up.

We paid $1,443.80 for 2 day's use of the fan. This is wrong. My home insurance company suggested us to dispute the charge $1,443.80.

Tucson is in a historical monsoon season this year. The rain was unusually heavy. The rain was driven sideways which caused the rain to get into the exhaust vents on top of my roof. The vent in question was right over my electrical stove. Water dripped from the ceiling onto my stove. I called my insurance company who in turn sent out Rainbow Restoration International.
The service crew was prompt and very courteous. Mr. Walter Samu was very friendly and explained to me what was needed to dry my ceiling and my roof. Mr Samu and his crew were so exceedingly kind to me and my family. I am very grateful and appreciative of their kindness and professionalism. Immediate response when my insurance company assigned them to take care of us following a severe hail storm that destroyed our roof allowing the monsoon rains to flood our house.. Dave and his crew worked tirelessly to take care of our house and our belongings. Always professional, explaining the process and what we could expect each day. Our 12,000 sq ft home is 2 hours from Tucson close to the San Cayatano mountains - quite a trek from their office. They removed the water, installed 150 drying units (or more) and de-humidifiers. They checked our house daily to monitor the drying process. One day they showed up even though rushing water was breaching the bridge to our property. Always courteous, friendly and professional. I felt like we had a bunch of close friends helping us take care of our water problem. Since we could not get a roofing company during the monsoons, Rainbow applied two coats of elastomeric as a temporary fix; unfortunately there were still leaks and water was dripping here and there. Rainbow owner recommended a third coat - my insurance balked, but finally agreed. There was a brief break in the rain so the owner and his wife came AFTER DARK to apply the third coat. The drips stopped. Unbelievable service!! They deserve 10 stars!!

I can't say enough good things about Rainbow Restoration of Tucson. From the very first call....which happened the same day I reported the damage to my insurance company...they were responsive to my need...and had the damaged sheet rock removed and dryers in place that same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got us on the road to recovery. Don't hesitate to make them your first call! I had Tyler as the lead and he was FANTASTIC. Did great work repairing water damage in my home. Were easy to get a hold of, very detailed in their explanation of the work, and prompt in scheduling. Also communicated directly with my insurance company and pushed them to make progress on my claim to ensure work was completed and paid for within a reasonable time.

Rainbow to the rescue!! House flooded from the ceiling and Rainbow had someone onsite within minutes! Literally! After several monsoon storms, we had roof damage and leaks. It was after business hours when we contacted Rainbow Restoration of Tucson.
Dave came out to assess the situation, placed tarps on our roof, and set up fans and dryers inside the home.
Over the next few days employees came out to check the progress. Rainbow Restoration also contacted our insurance company and dealt with the agent. They arranged for roof repairs, drywall, and painting in a timely and manner.
The office manager stayed in Contact with us daily and assisted us in scheduling the jobs is needed. We want to express our appreciation to everyone at Rainbow Restoration of Tucson.

My insurance company Liberty Mutual sent Rainbow for a simple interior wall replacement project at my property seven months ago, and it is still unfinished.

They removed flooring without first checking with the insurance company, then patched it with mismatched flooring. Three months later, they brought another mismatched flooring sample, claiming the insurance adjuster said it was a 'perfect match.' Which they themself now claim that it is not. Now, they want to close the claim with the work still incomplete and poorly done.
I have found Rainbow's work ethic and quality of work to be subpar at best.

Rainbow Restoration was the first company we contacted after discovering water and mold damage to our property. They worked closely with us and the insurance company and kept us updated on all phases of the process. Without being on site, it was reassuring to have regular updates and photos to see the progress. Pam in the office and the project manager were easy to work with and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

As a result of water damage from a water leak in a bathroom, Rainbow Restoration sent their employee Tyler to my home to begin the remediation process. Tyler was very knowledge and showed professionalism at each step in the process, even calling me ahead of each appointment to confirm his arrival time. And he was always on time! After having dismal experiences with two other local remediation companies, I will only allow Rainbow to respond should the need arise again in the future!
