Wonderful product and installation. We had two solar tubes installed, and the installer was extremely courteous and skilled, with an excellent final product. Now our living room and bedroom feel much more welcoming!

Marquan did a fine job installing our skylight. Called before arrival, arrived on time, worked hard, discussed the best location in home, installed with protection of furniture, polite and efficient. Whole process took less than two hours. Pleased with the work and product.

I called yesterday because the sky light fell down as we were trying to disassemble it to clean it. We found out we were doing it wrong. They came the very next morning to fix it. Marquan did an excellent job of installing our new Sun Tube in a kitchen location that was sorely in need of additional lighting. Personal and technically proficient, he accomplished the installation in the matter of a few hours and cleaned up the area afterwards.

Really impressed with their customer service both at the time of sale and years later if there are any issues.

A couple of years ago I got a Solatube solar fan and several solatube lights installed by Sunshine. The experience itself was really great and the guy who came out at the time was super friendly and had all the stuff in his truck so he was able to do the install the same day as the consult.

Years later the lights have brought so much light to our kitchen and garage. They were perfectly placed and Sunshine did a great job with no leaks or other issues.

The fan however did start to make noises after a few years. I contacted John at sunshine and he mentioned this was a issue with some that Solatube had sold at that time and it should be something they'd warranty no issue even though Sunshine no longer did business with Solatube as Solatube had begun to have issues. He did say that Sunshine would happily do the install if Solatube would send a new fan and gave me all the info for the warranty.

Solatube was not willing to stand by their product without charging me additional fees ultimately. But John and Sunshine made it right! They stepped up with a solution that got the fan replaced and they'll handle solatube because they stand behind their customers and their sales!

My issue is now resolved with very little hassle to me... Solatube put me through more than Sunshine did.

Very impressed with Sunshine and will continue to recommend as I had several times previously due to my satisfaction with the lights. This is a good company with great customer service and good installs.

Sunshine experts replaced 7x skylights in my home, 3 of them with solar powered open air skylights. We were very pleased throughout the entire process; they had very quick initial availability, which was of great value to us with our busy schedule, and were flexible when we wanted to make a slight change/upgrade at the end of the process. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for skylights!

Use the innovative Boral Tile Seal Underlayment. Workers did a great job of keeping things clean and didn’t have any debris around the house. Kept me informed regarding timing and dates.

My original review below is still all true. HOWEVER we discovered after the fact--Stoncreek broke off the top section of one of our gate panels on the gate to our back yard. AND we discovered the roofers did NOT clean nails out of the gutters as they worked. ALL those nails in the gutter (AT LEAST 40-50 nails), came pouring out on the next rain, and I ended up with a flat tire on my car. We contacted Stonecreek. After several attempts to get a response, they asked for receipts so they could reimburse us. After that we tried several more attempts--still nothing. And as you can see, this is now 5 months after my original review. If we do get a positive response, I'll edit this review again. Otherwise I have to say--you may like the finished product, we do. BUT at what price? What could go wrong and will they correct it? They did not for us. We are very disappointed in the non-response and not paying to replace a gate panel they broke and not paying for my new tire from their carelessness with all those nails being deposited in our gutter instead of the trash.
This is my original review. Excellent! We are pleased with their work. From start to finish! Joseph came out to look at our roof and give us a quote. Very personable, honest and high integrity. (Edit note: Joseph is no longer with the company.). Stonecreek was not the lowest bid received. Also no where near the highest bid either. We liked dealing with Joseph and chose Stonecreek to re-roof our house. Every other employee we dealt with seemed to have the same integrity and care for our project (office employees and on-site workers). The workers showed up on time, on the day they were supposed to show us. They were hard workers!!! And they cleaned up when finished! Spotless every day along the way and at the end of the project. The office called daily to check up and check in. We knew what was going on, and when. Re-roof was done on time. It took only 2 1/2 days. We received pictures of the the work, so we had a close look at the way it was done. We've had a few monsoons/rains since & no leaking. We are very pleased and highly recommend Stonecreek roofing. Our roof was completed June 2024.

We just got our roof replaced and it was done in a day and a half. We are very pleased with the efficiency and the roof.
They did a great job cleaning up as well and also cleaning up as they go.
We did run into a few hiccups because there was miscommunication from what the sales rep said to what they actually offer. Although they did honor what the rep said. So yes I would recommend them but please go over EVERY detail with the office before the roofers arrive at your house just to be safe.

I hired Stonecreek to replace 3 roofs on my property and almost a year later and they have yet to show me the superior work they promised. They don’t appear to have any concern for the quality of the work, but that could be because the quality of work is not entirely in their control, considering they outsourced the entire job to subcontractors. I’m guessing this saved Stonecreek money, but those savings were not passed down to me. What I received was budget work, for a premium price.
Since Stonecreek replaced my roofs, there are now huge humps under the shingles, the peak of the fascia is off center, there’s shingles completely covered in caulk on the ridges, they didn’t install flashing correctly on the skylights, amongst many other issues. The project turned out to be a disaster with all of the return visits and general lack of communication. Not to mention they continued to fight me every step of the way, and any attempts to “repair” their shoddy work only resulted in more damage and more arguing.
It’s also worth mentioning that at least a few of their 5 star reviews include photos of work that Stonecreek did not complete, yet they took credit for the work in their responses.
