Very happy with Sir Grout! My 20 year old travertine was restored to like new better than other tile cleaning companies we have used. Rudy our technician was very good at what he did for us and will ask for him when we have another section done in our home.

I cannot recommend Sir Grout highly enough. I’ve used them for two separate projects now, and both times they exceeded my expectations.

My shower was in a shabby state of disrepair before they arrived. They cleaned it thoroughly, repaired the grout, and sealed everything. They even managed to remove all the hard water stains from the shower door. Honestly, it looks brand new.

A few months later, I had them back to tackle a much bigger issue. My contractor made a significant mistake on my flooring, leaving the grout two different colors throughout my house. After being so disappointed with the original result, Sir Grout stepped in and fixed it by staining the grout a uniform color; the floor finally looks exactly the way I intended it to look. They also removed grout haze from my backsplash which brightened it up .

The manager, Ryan, handled my estimate and was professional and personable. The staff, Isaiah and Rudy, were friendly, efficient, and clearly very detail-oriented.

I am very happy with Sir Grout and will happily use them in the future.

Fantastic experience with Sir Grout! Starting with Arthur for the quote, clear, easy to understand and personable. Ryan and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled date. They took care of four tile rooms in my house. Excellent work, very attentive to detail and careful moving and replacing my belongings. It is hard work and Matthew and Ty were outstanding. I am thoroughly impressed with the results and the work.

Josiah was awesome to wor with and did an amazing job refinishing our large walk in shower. He took his time deep cleaning it and allowed enough time for it to fully dry before sealing it. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Thank you Sir Grout.

I called a week ago and talked to Joel to set up an appointment for a quote and schedule work. He said he was busy and the first time he could come out is Thursday 8/5 at 8 30 am. I explained my concern on time as we will be traveling soon. He assured me that even though he is a week out on quotes, he could still get the work done by my date of travel. At 9 AM I called to make sure he was still coming out. He confused me with another client he was late for. He then said I was somehow deleted from his calendar and am not scheduled. I reminded him of my concern and he told me he would have another team call me and come out today to quote . He asked me to give him two hours. At 12: 25 another guy called. He had no idea what he was calling for and kept talking about a product. I told him I didnt know about that as noone has come out yet. He then told me they were too busy and could not come out today but maybe tomorrow. Had I known this is how he would do business, a week ago I would have told Joel not to bother as I was serious about getting my project done. Now I will be starting again from square one and trying to find a real and professional company that cares about their clients.

Installed a one piece fabricated gutter over 40’ long…excellent service, courteous and professional install team. Really good result. Strongly recommended.

I am a local Real Estate Broker/Property Manager. I manage the HOA for a small townhome community here in Tucson. I have had the run-around from numerous gutter companies in Tucson, and never had any one even show up to bid.
Joel showed up early for our appointment to quote, and provided us with the quote that same day. When we contacted him to perform the work he was able to schedule us within a couple weeks, which is very soon compared to lots of other companies we deal with.
The work was scheduled to be done on Monday, and the Friday before he notified us that he had a cancellation and could go out that day! We were so pleased! Not to mention the work was done exactly to our standards and specifications and exceeded our expectations!
We have dealt with Joel through the whole process, we didn't get passed from employee to employee like some companies, and he's always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we have.

I recently hired Arizona Gutter Pros for a full gutter maintenance service, and I am pleased with their work. They were professional, and extremely thorough in checking all seams and spouts.
