Ramjack did a polyfoam injection in the kitchen and dining area of our house. The process went well and seems to have worked to correct the floor leveling issues. Thanks to Brian Guthrie and Sarah for their work. In particular, the injections were done into the grout around the flooring tiles without cracking any of them. Also, a interior utility location service was included to insure that wiring, piping, etc. would be affected. This is essential.

Brian with Ram Jack was on time and gave us an honest assessment of what he thought we should do - he said for this problem, leveling is not the way to go. We were so appreciative of his honesty. Their competitor gave us a quote that was three times the quote we got for demo & replace. It’s such a relief to find contractors like Ram Jack who don’t employ scare tactics to get business.

I called Ram Jack for the no-obligation written evaluation advertised on their website. Brian visited my home, took photos of the areas of my concern, and described handing the photos off to their team. I received a text a few days later asking if I'd like to move forward with a report, which he could quote me on. He also said that, unfortunately, there is no evaluation write-up.
I'm not sure how to think about this other than false advertisement. Ram Jack, please update your website if you don't intend to offer a free evaluation report. Buyer beware.

Ram Jack of Tucson was professional from start to finish. Brian Guthrie coordinated the project for me. He is an excellent communicator. He explained the project thoroughly, worked on financing options, made sure I understood all the steps, and communicated with me regularly through all the steps. I cannot say enough good things about Ram Jack of Arizona! However, the thing that makes Ram Jack in Tucson so awesome is Brian. He's the first person you'll meet if you need Ram Jack's services. He'll come out and take a look at your concerns, explain the process, take pictures, ask questions and answer yours. He takes the time to listen and get to know you as well, which let's face it, you don't find that often anymore. Brian is also the one who will come back out multiple times (in my case, it'll be 4 visits after our last appointment coming up) if you find more issues after pulling carpet or if your just nervous about "foundation issues". The young man who came to take all the measurements for the floor level survey was just as amazing and I feel terrible that I can't remember his name. Brian and the team at Ram Jack were there for my family during our house hunting last year. Brian came out to look at a house we were going to buy but, after Brian looked at the house and gave his advice we decided to keep looking. I've had Ram Jack out to our old house and our new house and I've got Brian scheduled for two other homes that relatives own. I wouldn't trust any other company for foundation issues. I called Ramjack to evaluate a rapidly developing crack in a wall in my 1926 house. Though the initial evaluation cost is higher than their competitors, Past experience has proven their bids to be more accurate and far less than the competition. After a thorough evaluation they determined I needed to move some heavy furniture away from the wall and regrade my yard. What I expected to be a 5 digit quote from them to resolve a major foundation issue instead came back as something I could do myself. I appreciate the integrity behind their evaluation and will trust them with any future structural needs I have.

Pat from Ram Jack inspected the foundation of an older building my company had recently purchased. The floor was uneven and had sunk down in a few areas. Pat is knowledgeable and provided helpful suggestions and referrals. As it turned out the foundation was in acceptable condition and did not need repair at this time. Pat demonstrated an interest in helping us and providing value even if it did not lead to immediate work for Ram Jack. That is the kind of attitude that produces long term relationships. I had a good experience with Ram Jack, and I plan to hire them to measure our foundation to create a baseline we can track over time.

I initially contacted Ram Jack as I was concerned about my brick cracking and a neighbor said check your foundation.

Brian recommended a floor level survey, which then came back with a report about a month later with recommendations and a quote. I had three piers installed and some foam under the foundation as recommended.

I found all the staff to be very courteous and answer any questions I had during the process. Checking in from time to time for any updates and scheduling of the work.

The process took about six months to complete from initial contact to end with several months waiting for city permits.

I would definitely call them again for any future needs and recommended them to any of my neighbors or friends. They weren't high pressure sales and know their business.

I recently bought a house in Tucson with tile floors. The grout was black! It was supposed to be a tan color and I could not get it clean. I did my research and decided to go with Sir Grout. The owner, Bob came out to give me the estimate and spent time answering my questions and telling me exactly what to expect. They were booked with jobs until Aug. This was June. I received a call in July telling me they had a cancelation and wanted to know if I wanted to take that slot.

Juan arrived exactly at the promised time. He was so friendly and polite. He also explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. Juan also spent time putting sample colors of the grout sealant on so I could decide which color I liked the best. He took his time, making sure I was happy with my choice.

When he finished the floors, they looked brand new! He told me exactly how to keep them clean and explained the 1-year guarantee. I was so happy with the way the floors looked. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Sir Grout.
