This is the second time that we have had Sir Grout, and they are excellent. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Isaiah and Kerwin arrived right on schedule, explained what they would be doing throughout the day, moved all of our furniture, and performed their magic on our floors. Our floors look brand new. And when they were finished, they moved all of our furniture back to where it was. Isaiah and Kerwin were very professional, friendly and gave us care instructions before they left. Definitely first class service.

This company did an excellent job in repairing the cracking grout in our shower. They also repaired the cracking grout under the kitchen cabinets and colorized the grout in our entry, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Everything color-matched beautifully with the existing grout color in adjacent areas. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the workmanship. Sir Grout restored our terrazzo flooring throughout our home. Previously, it was covered with an ugly brown laminate that left horrible residue all over our floor. We did not want to have something that was cookie cutter or like everyone else. We are so happy with the work that Sir Grout did!! They were professional, on time, communicative, and very pleasant! While I was out of the home one day, they noticed that it was going to rain on some furniture that we had set on our back porch and they took it upon themselves to move it so it wouldn’t get rained on! We recently had the travertine floors in our house honed and polished. They look so refreshed and pretty! We are extremely happy with the service Ryan, Isaiah, and the rest of the team provided. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. They spent the entire day doing the job and returned a week later at our request to finish a few little touch ups.
As you get quotes from other companies, be sure to ask what their process is. There is a big difference between just “clean and seal” and the honing process. We’ve had both done and the honing/polishing is far superior.
In short, we are 100% satisfied with the service received.

Stunning Travertine Restoration
My travertine floors and grout were dull, dingy, and showing damage where the joint filler was falling out.
We chose Sir Grout after Arthur provided a thorough and professional initial estimate. The entire team was exceptional! Rudy orchestrated the cleaning and restoration, including the careful moving and replacement of all my furniture. The results are absolutely stunning—the luster and original appearance are completely restored! Ryan performed the final walk-through to ensure everything was perfect.
My only regret is not calling them sooner. Thank you for getting my home holiday-ready! I will certainly be calling Sir Grout on a regular basis to clean and reseal the stone to maintain this beautiful appearance.

Isiah and Oscar did an amazing job cleaning our floors. The years of dirty grout had caused them to look dim and dirty. They also cleaned and refinished our kitchen countertops.

They are meticulous and their attention to detail is what makes them so great. This is the most wonderful business. They just redid my shower and it looks amazing. I called them back because they had done a shower floor for me six or seven years ago and The Grout still looks perfectly white. I highly recommend them if you want very clean shower and nice grout!!!!!

Ryan came out to do the estimate, he was professional and provided a reasonable quote for services. Rudy with Sir Grout did an amazing job on our tile cleaning and sealing. He did the majority of our tile and he completed the work in 2hrs less than originally stated. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.

Ryan Ward of Sir Grout in Tucson was extremely professional and personable in providing the estimate for the work we requested, and very accommodating with our requests. Rudy and Victor did the actual tile cleaning and grout color sealing, granite countertop polishing and sealing, caulking needed in kitchen and bathrooms, (backsplashes, shower) as well as the fireplace area. Job also included fixing hollow tiles on covered patio that produced an excellent result.

The initial prep to mask and protect surrounding surfaces, cabinetry, appliances, carpeted areas, etc. was extremely well done. Furniture moving and setting back in place as necessary was done carefully and thoughtfully, with the highest regard for customer satisfaction upon completion. This team was phenomenal, with Rudy taking the lead and coordinating all aspects of the total job.

This review is written by my wife who was here (in my absence) to witness all the work being done. She was beyond thrilled about the finished results and the professionalism, skill, and outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction demonstrated by Rudy and Victor.
