We’ve had our Solatubes for a few years now and love them. I am so impressed with the customer service provided too. They state on their website that customer service is not only their #1 priority but their lifeblood. This is absolutely true. They go above and beyond to provide service to their customers. I recently had my tubes covered temporarily for a medical procedure and John couldn’t have been more concerned and accommodating for my procedure. Every single interaction we’ve had has been stellar. Amanda was great at explaining the equipment and process over the phone that we scheduled an appointment while talking to her. Jesus was our installer he was fabulous making sure that the placement of the tubes were going to give us the most light. We were original going to get 4 tubes but because of our home's floor plan we only got 2 because we had to much shade. Jesus made sure that we had the right products instead of selling us things that we didn't need. he answered all our questions and left everything clean I don't normally write reviews because I'm to sure when I read the ones people leave are true, but i have no bad things to say. These guys were just fabulous and I would recommend them highly.

We LOVE our Solatube Skylights. Our rooms seem larger and much more cheerful to walk into. Jesus, the installer was very professional and explained every detail to us from installation to care and warranties. We would greatly recommend this company.

We knew we wanted a solar tube but weren’t sure what type would be best. Michael was the installer and he was knowledgeable and great to work with. He walked us through the process and suggested the best one for the area. Left our home brighter and cleaner than he found it. And his personality was so fun! Great experience all the way!

Marquan was here on time and explained what he was doing after evaluating my roof situation and was done in a very short time. It is a very neat installation and he left no questions unanswered. I would definitely recommend this company and Marquan’s install.

We had 2 Solatubes installed yesterday, while our "re-roofing" project
is going on.
I just wanted to say that we had the best experience with Sunshine Experts! First off the staff have all been professional, clear, and friendly. We had to coordinate timing with roofers, and I thought it was going to be stressful, but not at all. They took care of the coordianting with our roofing company.
It all turned out perfect! My husband met Michael at the house to approve placement of the tubes, and he installed them right then and there. It all went smoothly, and my husband said Michael was a great guy on top of it!
When I got home from work I was blown away how much different our bathroom / master closet looked!!! Major upgrade!
We are very happy with our new Solatubes!
My only regret is that we didn't do before and after pictures!!

My garage faces west and during the summer the temp has gotten up to 105°. First thing in the morning, when I care most about the garage temperature it’s still in the mid+ 90s.
I had Sunshine Experts install a ceiling fan and solar attic fan. Originally I was hoping for more of a temp drop of 15 - 20 degrees, but as I was correctly told I would probably see a 12° drop. I have the ceiling fan running 24/7 and it seems to be keeping the temp below 90° even when the outdoor temps are in the low 100s.
Installation was quicker than expected, which was great. Installer was very personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I had two solar tubes installed yesterday. This morning I walked into one of the rooms and thought I left a light on. I LOVE them! The technician was polite and competent. Mine was an unusual installation requiring on the spot custom modifications. He did a great job and left the place neat and clean. I think the energy savings will pay for them over the long run. I highly recommend John and his team at the Sunshine Experts!

Used Sunshine Experts last summer to make/install custom electric shades for my new patio extension ... 3 of the panels were over 22 ft. in length ... huge! They are AWESOME! best $ spent on AZ house so far! I use them every day now! They help keep my house cooler and have reduced my AC usage and bills!
Shane was my project manager and he was EXCELLENT! He worked closely with my contractor to design exactly what I wanted. I am SO HAPPY with the sun shades and with the service from Shane and his installation crew! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sunshine Experts!

This was one of the best experiences with home improvement I have had yet. Mike was amazing, friendly, efficient and obviously good at what he does. I have 2 Solatubes that are about 30+ years old. I had a tech visit to check them over recently. He was great! He placed new lenses and rings on the ceiling and they are so bright again. Really have to praise Sunshine Experts’ installer Mark Cotton! What a wonderful, patient man. He endured my indecision on just exactly where each solar tube should go, my contractor weighing in and rain with not even the slightest grimace of impatience. And he did great work, never banged his ladders against a thing and told me the company would drop by without cost if the tubes ever get dusty. What’s not to love? Great installer, great company and light every where.

Sunshine Experts did an amazing job at installing solar tubes around my home. My tech Jesus was on time, polite, and professional. He did an amazing job at not only installing on time but cleaning up after the installation. He truly made the experience 10x better and will most definitely have to schedule another solar tube installation. He treated my house with the upmost respect and my dogs absolutely loved him. We had three Solatubes installed in 2019 and we love them. I had trouble getting the covers off to clean them. Today Marquan Cotton, Sr. Tech, came and showed me how to clean them properly. It's easy and I had probably forgotten since not needed until now. Marquan was professional, polite, and efficient. Good job!
