I am on the board of the La Vida Condo Association in Tucson, so this is the correct location and business. Our president, Nathan, has sent countless emails and called countless times and can’t get a date scheduled.

We have been trying to schedule a secondary reading for a condo complex for TWO YEARS. After spending five figures on the initial reading, we can't get anyone to respond to schedule the second one. We are constantly told 2-3 more weeks, two more months, etc. Very unprofessional that we can't get a solid schedule after such an expensive initial reading.

I was very pleased with the service from the estimate to the work getting done. The two techs show up at my house to repair a foundation crack and did a great job . They took their time to setup plastic sheets around the work area to keep dust from spreading to the rest of the house.

Brian was great getting everything set up for me and family. Victor and his team were great and got the job done wonderfully. Thank you all for your amazing help.

The person who came to inspect our home was very honest and very informative. He told us that we aren't dealing with foundation issue (whew!), and he shared with us strategies to better maintain the house. I wouldn't wish foundation problems on anyone, but I would highly recommend these guys if you are in need of foundation repairs.

We were in need of a second opinion on our 1940s wall cracks before we committed to a $10000+ plan from AZ Foundation Solutions. Pat the owner came out and spent a charge-free hour looking over our house inside and out . Unlike AZFS's salesman, Pat had much more knowledge and experience, and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something. Rather, he was trying to assess whether their work (foundation piers) would solve our problem. Not convinced that it would, he assured us our house wasn't structurally unsound and recommended a go-slow approach and hold off on major repairs like he or AZFS specialize in. We got the opposite line, and falsely confident in my opinion, from AZFS.

We will definitely contact AZ Ram Jack hould we need to go to the next level of repairs. Their honesty and knowledge convinced us of this company's integrity.

Pat was direct and honest and advised us that first and foremost we were likely dealing with a sewer line/plumbing breech under the house. He was correct. Thank you for honesty, the other company we had out didn't pick up on that and wanted to charge us $500 for a "engineering analysis" (measures of the floor/ceiling heights).

The foundation repair specialists (Ian and Tim) who came to our house today were fantastic-- knowledgable and very helpful, answering all of our questions and explaining many things clearly to us in ways that we easily understood. They were also really funny too, making the whole experience enjoyable! They demonstrated their honesty in directing us that we currently do not need foundation repairs (we wouldn't have known otherwise), and they taught us what to look for in the future. They will be my go-to people in the future if I need, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs foundation work.

In August, 2019 Ram Jack contracted to repair a portion of my back porch which had sunk about 4 inches. Through 5 months of calls, recalls, messages, and being ignored, the job was never done nor did anyone ever come back to the site. After going through multiple excuses from them, I cancelled the contract in January, 2020. I was actually surprised that I got my deposit back quickly. Guess they wanted to be rid of me. Very poor example of a professional business... and I still need my work done.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time and completed job including clean up. Office staff were great scheduling work and processing payments. I hope I do not need to but would definitely use them again.

I noticed spilled water running out of a bathroom around the same time that the bathroom door stopped latching. Obvious foundation issue (with other signs once you know what to look for). Ram Jack was responsive and easy to work with. They handled permits, plans, and engineering sign-off.

My only complaint is that the company recommended by Ram Jack for static leak testing pre- and post- repair wasn't reliable or easy to work with as an individual home owner. (Ended up finding another company for that.)

Otherwise, experience was very painless for such a major repair, all things considered. After the repair, bathroom door immediately started latching, and water spilled on the floor stopped running out the door.

Held off reviewing for a couple years as I wanted to wait and be sure that the issues were settled, and indeed there has been no further movement or recurrence in the area.

From the first contact with our phone call with Ram Jack talking with Karen, answering our questions, through Pat inspecting our home. It has been a wonderful experience. They are very nice and helpful. Honesty in today's world is refreshing. Although the company couldn't help us with our needs, they gave us direction and contacts for the help we do need. We received the information we needed within hours after Pat left our property, and are concerned with our outcome. That kind of caring is appreciated.
I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs their kind of help.
