salesman knowledgeable and helpful in determining suitable window and door options. technician made precise measurements for doors and windows. office kept us notified on progress of order. efficient and tidy installation of windows and doors. timely answer to all our concerns by office staff, sales, and technicians. stucco work around newly installed windows and doors was an excellent match to existing exterior stucco. in general a very professional installation. we have used Open Enclose in the past and will use them in the future.

Ian came to my house for a service call. He was prompt, kind, and very helpful. I use OpenEnclose for any window and door needs. They have fantastic employees providing the best service. Quality of material is excellent as well.

I recently had new windows installed by Jesus' crew at Open Enclose in Tucson, AZ. The team was amazing—thoughtful, careful, hardworking, and polite. The windows look awesome -- see attached (there is still some stucco repair work to do). I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend this business without hesitation.

We recently had a custom front door installed and could not ask for a better installation crew. Xavier and Junior were professional, efficient and left us with a beautiful door and NO Messy cleanup. We can't be happier with Open Enclose.

This is the 2nd time I had them install windows. I had them replace 2 solid windows in my bedroom that didn’t open to windows that will open for ventilation. This was not as big as my first project, the insulation crew was sloppy, leaving trash everywhere. Left the gate open and my dog got loose. Called the office and said they would contact the installation crew supervisor, he showed up a week later. Not sure why the level of service has changed. First install of 6 windows went perfect and quality of work was much better.

Open Enclosed has done work for me on two occasions. This time I upgraded my front door to new and pretty. I also so installed a 3 glass panel leading into the backyard with a new screen door. The work is always impeccable. I also their effort to work within my budget.

We used Open Enclose to replace 3 custom upper windows. The estimate process was informative and thorough with a very smooth installation process once the windows were ready. Kelly and Mike did a very good job of installing the very high windows and partnered well with our roofer to ensure the windows were sealed properly (where we had previous leaks with the old windows next to the roof line). They were recommended to us and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace existing windows.

New door is great but service has been less than good. They told me when they came out to sell me the replacement door that they will be able to match the siding and blend in the color. They would paint enough of the wall so if there was a difference it would not show. After 6 months on the second try they did the Stucco better but still a line. The color does not match and I have given up. They are suppose to be locally owned, but you can not talk to the owners. I talked to the manager who came out and he basically said that it is a patch and will always be noticable. If I new that I would not have replaced the window with a door. Devalues the house when you look at it. Will not use them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Salesman was low key and helpful in making selection of windows. They came quickly to measure and order windows with an accurate timeline for installation. Installers did a great job and I couldn’t be happier not to mention this project came in at less than half the price of a larger company that advertises on tv. Would not hesitate recommending this company. Love the side windows with crank handles to open outward with screen inside. Will bring in a nice breeze on cool nights in the fall.

We love our interior barn door. The quality and professionalism is high. So why three stars? Delays! I was quoted 8 weeks, but took 12 weeks. When the door was ready to be installed, there was a flaw which added another 2 more weeks. When install finally took place, they did a good job (clean, care, polite), but they did not install the soft close mechanisms I paid for. They had to come back a few weeks after that to install those. Communication during all this was a bit lacking and was not offered any compensation for the delays.

Again we love the barn door, the quality is high, and they are professional people… but expect delays.

Early this Spring, we decided to replace our 30 year old windows and sliding glass door. We met with 4 window companies, and decided on Open Enclose. That was one of the best decision we ever made!!!

We had so many unexpected setbacks during this process: None of these issues were caused by Open Enclose. They were just issues that we didn't expect. Thank goodness Open Enclose managed all of them, with great communication and prompt action. Here's what happened:

Open Enclose had to deal with Milgard Windows, who were in the process of changing their plant location, which caused delays in delivery.

Then we discovered all our windows and door had wood rot which had to be removed and replaced with all new framing.

Then the new stucco was done, which cracked because of the process and the way it dried.( Monsoon Season )

Finally Open Enclose sent out OE AR. He and his team totally redid the stucco, sanded and repaired all the cracks and then re-stuccoed all of the windows and sliding glass door. OE AR and his team were awesome!

WE LOVE OUR WINDOWS!!! but it is because of the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE COMPANY THAT OPEN ENCLOSE DESERVE FIVE STARS.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM MORE HIGHLY!

I have had great experiences with Open Enclose for window (qty 13) and sliding glass door (qty 2) replacement. The crews are exceptional (tear-out & replacement, stucco and service crews)! They are friendly, professional, explain timelines, answer questions and, I especially appreciate, how they clean up the site so well after they have completed the work. Like wise with the office crew answering phones. Their communication between crews is spot on. I will definitely use Open Enclose again when the need arises.

I want to say thank you for a job well done! Jeremy & Carlos installed a replacement glass in an existing window & handled the job with professionalism. They took good care of existing furniture that needed to be moved in order to remove the old glass & put in the new. They cleaned up & when they left you could not see a trace of dust or debris left behind. I highly recommend Open Enclose for providing such positive customer service. We had all the windows in our home replaced. We had several quotes and Open Enclose came in with the most reasonable price. There was no pushy salesman telling you that you had to sign a contract right away to secure a price that was waaayyy to high. From everyone in the show room, Austin who completed the original quote, Angel and his crew for the install, Ralph for his work when we had scratches on three windows and Jeremy and Carlos, the replacement crew that installed the new glass, Chris, Brittany and Karen in the office, you all were so courteous, professional and personable throughout the whole process.
Even though we had some issues, Open Enclose made sure that we were happy with everything.
