I can highly recommend everyone at Tucson Tile & Grout from the appointment set up, the estimating, to the labor. Raphael and Joe cleaned, repaired and replaced grout and caulk in my 70 year old pink bathroom and kitchen tile countertops. They were fast, polite, efficient and skilled. Looks like new!

I had such an amazing experience with Tucson Tile! This is my second time hiring them to clean my properties, and once again they exceeded my expectations.

Joe, the technician, who came out was extremely detail-oriented and very organized with his materials and cleaning supplies. You could tell he takes pride in his work. He was polite, hardworking, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We just had a wonderful experience with Brittany and Nate! They work together better than any team I’ve ever seen! They color sealed our old grout making it spring to life! We are beyond happy! I included a picture of our old grout to give you an idea how much it changed!

Andrew and the crew (Jesus, Richard and I think Yana) came to Missouri from Arizona to help after a tornado. They came straight to our house after they got off the plane. They worked doing water remediation for two days. They did a great job, were friendly, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up everything. We highly recommend them.

Thanks to their rapid action, they were able to prevent any further water damage to our business. Sebastian was outstanding - professional, thorough, and respectful throughout the entire process. Louis and his crew were very professional, polite and efficient. I highly recommend ServPro to anyone experiencing a home disaster because of their employees great attitudes and service. They came within the hour and checked on us several times throughout the week. They were also pros and worked seamlessly with our homeowner’s insurance to ensure our claim was efficiently processed. I hope you never need a restoration company, but if you do choose ServPro (and ask for Louis)!

Sebastian was very helpful after my house flooded. He was here every day checking the progress of how everything was drying out and made it very easy for me to understand what the plan was and the next steps they would be taking. Sebastian also made it very easy for me to plan around when I needed to be present at the property, calling me 30-45 minutes ahead of time so I could leave work and be here. Overall he made my stressful situation much better overall.
