I had a great experience with wonder restoration, the staff was very kind and knowledgeable and really took the time to answer all of my questions and attend to all of my needs. One of their lovely staff members Luz Duarte really went above and beyond, any company would be lucky to have someone with her charisma. I was very pleased with the service I received I would highly recommend!!

Wonder Restoration, referred to us by Santa Rita Fire Department, responded immediately to make our property secure after a vehicle accident took out out our garage. Throughout the restoration process, employees worked with us and with our insurance company to ensure that our home was repaired to better than its original condition. Every work person was courteous, empathetic to our situation, and skilled in their respective crafts.

Five months after our repairs were completed we noticed that the garage seal was pulling away from the wall. We sent Raul Gonzales a picture of the damage. Raul responded immediately to tell us WonderBuilt would “take care of it.” True to his word, the subcontractor who installed the garage door showed up and replaced the seal. A few days later painters were on site and repainted the seal. Everything is fine. WonderBuilt Restoration honored their warranty without question and without delay. Superb follow up service builds a great reputation. Thank you.

Wonder Restoration has been wonderful with cleaning up my house after I had a fire in my home. Jesus, Terry, Lupita, Juan, Brendan, Jose and Raul have been working very hard and I appreciate all their efforts! They have been in contact with me each day on what they will be doing. They still have more work to do and I feel confident they will do a great job and get me back in my house soon!

After failed work with another restoration company, our insurance company recommended Wonder. I was amazed how streamlined and quick they got to work. Jesse was our contractor, Jay was our assigned tech. In two days, Jay worked tirelessly to clean up and repair a mess left by the first company. I highly recommend Raul and his crew for any restoration project!

My experience working with them was ok. The job took way longer than it needed to because the guys kept getting scheduled for a couple hours at a time. Their communication needs work. I had to call them to find out what days they would be coming

I've worked with the Wonder team a couple times over the last few years and their attention to detail is probably the thing that I appreciate the most. It's good to know they are here if I need them!

I had a water leak that happened on Wed September 3,2025. Jose and his team came out the next day to put fan and de- humidifiers in my bedroom, closet and pantry. They also took out baseboards and instead of cutting the board they rip one of the baseboards in half. Jose helped me take my mattress out of my room so I could sleep in my living room. He was nice in the being. Then the next day I had two new people show up to do the demo on my bathroom. Brandon came out and was very nice. He walked me through everything he was doing and updated me as he went . He even went out of his way to call my insurance to see if my soaking tube was covered. Jose showed up out of no where, never called me to tell me he was coming. He walked into my house without asking and into my bedroom. ( I didn't think this was very professional of him.) They left trash at my house so I was made to throw it away. They also broke my drain to my bathroom sink. I wont be recommending you guys to anyone I know.

Wonder Restorations Review – Roof Repair

We received an estimate from Wonder Restorations on 7/16 and accepted it on 7/21. They were scheduled to come on 8/28, but never showed up and never called. Only afterward did we learn we were expected to reach out to their scheduling manager ourselves, which was never explained upfront.

A new appointment was set for 9/9 between 8–9 a.m. We even called that morning to confirm they could access the roof while we weren’t home. Again, no one showed up.

We paid 50% upfront last week, yet the work still hasn’t started. Now we’re being told someone will “come look to see what needs to be done” — which raises the obvious question: wasn’t that already addressed when the initial estimate was provided?

After two no-shows, unclear communication, and a deposit paid with no progress, we have no confidence in this company and cannot recommend them.

I had a great experience with Wonder Restoration! After a water leak caused some damage, Raul showed up within hours of the leak being fixed to get the restoration process started. Terry and his team were incredibly accommodating and worked around my schedule to handle the drying process. Once that was done, Jay and Jessie did an excellent job repairing the drywall and painting—my walls look brand new. Highly recommend them if you ever need repair or restoration work!
