"Mac and his crew did all of our exterior concrete work for the house that we just built. Sidewalks, driveway approach and retaining wall. they were very professional from start to finish. Zona will be my first choice for any concrete work in the future.

The concrete countertops look amazing. The entire experience from the first meeting to the final inspection was flawless. I would highly recommend using Zona concrete. Mac and his entire crew was very professional and meticulous. I could not be happier with the final project!

Zona constructed a concrete hearth for my fireplace in a dark graphite color. It is beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work they did, the workmen themselves and with Mac who originally gave me the estimate and also oversaw the job. When the rest of the work is completed on the fireplace surround, I'll post a picture. Highly recommend Zona!

Zona did a great job! Highly recommend them. Estimate was firm and fair. Made a couple additions and got really good deal. Crew were nice dudes who did beautiful work.

I am newly retired from the construction business and remember meeting Mac on a job site well before he started his business. I think I'm a fairly good judge of character and I immediately could tell he was an upright guy.

Mac has done 2 projects for me. The first was my back porch which he did 10 years ago which is still as perfect as the day he poured it. The most recent was this past week for a new garage floor and foundation. His attention to detail is meticulous and his communication with his crew truly inspires confidence. I asked for a specific recess detail at the vehicle entrance to create a positive seal where the garage door meets the floor. I am beyond impressed at how he executed this with precision.

I've seen reviews where folks describe how clean their jobsite was left on completion and think, that's a nice thing to say but I am not exaggerating when I say THERE WAS NOT A SPECK OF DEBRIS LEFT BEHIND FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. I mean immaculate!

These guys are really good and I'm not saying that because I consider Mac to be a friend. He is and They are REALLY GOOD!

Zona Concrete did a new driveway for us. Their bid was competitive, but not the lowest. I was impressed by Mac's thoroughness and professionalism and the work did not disappoint. Everything was done as planned, when planned, and as expected.

Zona does excellent work and delivers exceptional customer service. They poured a slab for us as well as a colored and textured walkway. We are very pleased with the work performed and will absolutely use them in the future. Scheduling was easy and they performed all the work when they said they would. We work with a lot of concrete slabs. At a certain point we just can’t make a floor look good if it was a terrible pour. Mac and Zona concrete consistently pour some of the best decorative concrete slabs in town 🤙

Zona Decorative Concrete & Construction (Zona) constructed a new 30' x 15' concrete patio and walkway as part of our backyard landscaping project for our new home in Del Webb Dove Mountain. Zona was a subcontractor to Valley Oasis Landscaping.

Mac (Owner) coordinated the work with the prime landscape contractor, laid out the formwork using laser technology and actually helped his crews wheelbarrow in concrete on a hot day! He was great to work with and coordinated the work with my schedule.

All the work was performed professionally. The concrete slopes nicely for drainage and the concrete finish is excellent.

Zona is fantastic and we highly recommend them.

The crew was outstanding. They were punctual, clearly experienced, friendly, and very neat. They fulfilled all items of the proposal and left the worksite in amazing condition.

I have had Zona perform 3 different jobs for me and I have been very satisfied by the attention to detail and customer service Mac delivers. The most recent job was pouring a garage slab. He was on site with his crew making sure everything was done to his level of satisfaction. He has been doing this a long time and has a lot of experience which is very much appreciated. He made some great suggestions to make things better for the overall project which you are not going to get from some other company who is there "just to pour concrete". Mac actually really cares about his clients and the overall result. When they say "quality and service right down to the finish", they indeed mean that. Zona may be a little more expensive than some of their competitors, but the reality is "you get what you pay for". I am confident my house and garage slab are poured correctly so I don't have an issue in the future and that is worth the additional cost. I trust Mac and have already had him quote another project for us. I highly recommend Zona without hesitation.

We found Mac to be very customer oriented and he was very thorough and patient in providing us with answers to our questions from the first phone call for an estimate through the completion of the job. Mac was very sensitive to our budget and when it came time to chose between estimates, he made an excellent effort to give us not just a price that was better than some other business but he offered to add beneficial features at no cost. His interest in the customer is clearly obvious.

The crew always arrived when scheduled and left the site in good shape at the end of each day. They removed an existing asphalt driveway and replaced it with a tinted concrete one. This was no small job as the driveway was just under 7000 square feet. The only reason I did not give 5 full stars is because the texture they applied to the finished surface is not completely uniform throughout the length of the driveway, the way I had hoped it would be. Keep in mind this was an extremely long driveway that required 4 separate pours so that in itself could have made it very challenging. There also had to be some detailing at the edge of the driveway where it meets the road that is slightly less than perfect which is unfortunate since this is the first area one sees when they enter our property. When brought to his attention, Mac did not hesitate to return to address it.

Having said all of that, I would not hesitate to recommend Zona Concrete to others or to use them again for future jobs of my own. They are competitively priced, hard working, easy to communicate with and a pleasant crew to work with and Mac's attention to customer service gave them the edge over some of the competition.
