I had a couple of problems and Steve was ultra responsive. I had a couple of problems and he had guys over to fix it in less than 2 hours. Very responsive business and very reasonable prices to work for us. Had them do a complete remodeling project.

Steven did was quick and efficient, he is a hard worker. I am very happy with my paint, he completed the e enter home sooner than I expected.

AZ Construction & Renovation has completed the job for my parents house and we can’t say how happy we are with the ending results! Phil, the project manager was wonderful from all our questions to every detail of the project itself. We will most certainly call them for work for us in the future and will highly recommend them to our friends and family. Great job guys!!

We are extremely happy and satisfied with every aspect of our partnership with AZ Construction and Renovation. We had a water leak which damaged floors and walls. Bryant at AZ helped us identify the scope of repairs and helped us with our insurance claim. Robin works the front desk and was always pleasant and courteous and able to get us the paperwork or people that we needed to talk to.
But - person that makes or breaks the customer experience is the job foreman. My job foreman was Ed Miranda. Nice guy. Polite. Competent. Always available.
Ed managed the 5 or 6 different workers that worked on our project. They always showed up on time and had everything that they needed to do that day’s work. His workers respected him and I thoroughly enjoyed being around him when he was on site.
AZ is a large company - they probably have plenty of GOOD foremen. If you want a GREAT foreman, ask for Ed to run your project.

After a major accident that happened at my house on 10-31-2024 I had major damaged to my home, and, I was referred to AZ Construction and Renovation LLC. They were amazing and very helpful to fixed ALL the damage incurred and they had a team of expert on All that was needed to restore my home to pre-accident conditions. Ed Miranda and Thomas Eber were Great to work with! Their cost was also reasonable as I needed to please my homeowner insurance. They took great care of my needs, I highly recommend them. SJ, Tucson

I had a large eucalyptus tree fall on my roof putting a hole through it and damaging my master bedroom. My insurance company connected me with AZ construction and renovation. I needed mitigation fast and they were up to the task. From the front office talking with Jennifer, to the Operation and field managers Brian and Jeff, and all the mitigation workers like Anthony Sean, Sebastian, Marcus, Val, Miguel And more, THEY ALL DID AN AMAZING JOB! The communication, coordination, attention to detail, and clean up was exactly what you would want from a company. They really do care. I feel very fortunate to have had them having my back in this stressful moment in my life. Thanks to everyone! We recently had water damage due to a leak in our attic. What a mess! AZ Construction and Renovation filed all the claims with our Insurance Company. Their compassion and understanding for our situation was impressive. The final renovations are beautiful. Thank you, Thomas and Ed for your professionalism. AZ Construction were the folks who did my garage turned guest house renovation. Their quote was one of the more reasonable I received for the work done and they did a great job executing my vision for the space. Just see the before and after pictures!

I want to preface this review by saying I am beyond satisfied with the finished product and can't wait to enjoy the summer heat under my remodeled pool Ramada.

Summer 2024 - there was a horrible wind storm that tore down my pool Ramada. In mid July, I submitted an insurance claim and AZ Construction was the team assigned to the rebuild. The initial assessor was very quick to come out to the property and take pictures, but after that things seemed to slow down considerably.

I work in engineering management, so I have a certain expectation when it comes to the flow of communication from the start to the end of a project. Getting updated on the progress of this project was always an issue. Several weeks or months would go by without getting an update. I was never given a single point of contact, which I think attributes to the lack of communication. After the first few months went by (so it is now sometime in September), I had to finally ask if the demolition crew could come by and tear down and haul away the wreckage because it was a safety hazard to leave it the way it was.

Fast forward three more months, it's now December and five months had gone by since the initial inspection. I had to call and ask for an update again, and when I did, I found out that the initial structure had not been permitted which caused some back and forth with the city to get approved to build (which I wasn't surprised since it's not the only addition to the house made by the previous owner) and there were issues with the construction plans so they had to rework them. I'm not a complete jerk, I understand these things happen, but it would be less frustrating if I knew these things were going on so I didn't just assume they were just sitting on the project.

Now, December they start construction. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was coming together at this point and how efficient the different teams on the construction crew were. There were a couple times where I had to call/message Ed (the construction lead) and tell them that his team had left nails all over the ground outside at the end of the day. Twice I found over 60 nails scattered all over the ground. Thankfully I didn't not have kids running around barefoot outside and none of my dogs stepped on any of the nails - but this is very poor work safety and I hope this was just a one off and it doesn't happen again.

In a nutshell - I wish they provided better communication during the "boring" (administrative) part of the project; I wish they were a little more aware of the safety hazards they left on the worksite when they were done for the day; construction crew overall did a phenomenal job; Ed was great and kept an open line of communication with me once construction started.

And I would hire them again, with or without an insurance claim.

Our second project with AZ Construction in the past year is a bathroom. Ramon and Clemente were great to work with. They recommended where to shop for supplies that would suit what we were looking for. At a good price. Ramon created a sitting bench in the shower and stayed late one night to finish the bench, something beneficial as we age. They cleaned up every afternoon when they were finished for the day. They answered all our questions and were receptive to our requests about the construction. We enjoyed watching the job from beginning to end and will look forward to our next project with AZ Construction.

My wife and I had been planning to renovate our two bathrooms for a while - they needed it! AZ Construction did a great job transforming them. They had great knowledge and attention to detail. These new bathrooms are such a pleasure to use, and my wife loves to show the neighbors, one of which is using them for their remodel. Money well spent for the both of us.

After a major leak, Arizona Construction and Renovations stepped in and did an excellent job from start to finish. They reinstalled our flooring, removed and replaced drywall in several areas, and completed all painting. The room truly looks as good as new.

They were thoughtful and respectful of our home throughout the process, maintaining clean zones the entire time, which was important since we have a medically fragile person in the house. That care and attention did not go unnoticed.

Tony, our project manager, was helpful and checked in multiple times. Julio and Oscar were wonderful to work with. They were receptive to my questions, communicative, and reassuring, and they followed through on the work exactly as promised. The room looked better than new.

We were referred to Arizona Construction and Renovations through our insurance after a frustrating experience with a prior company that overpromised and underdelivered (on a different leak). The difference was night and day. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend them.

This company was extremely professional from start to finish and did a fantastic job on my master bathroom remodel. First off, they provided me with a detailed bid specifying exactly what they would be doing with the price clearly spelled out for each of the 93 line items in the project. This practice ensured that there would be no disagreement about what was or was not included in the bid. Next, they assigned an EXCELLENT project manager who was my contact throughout the project. He handled all the details and schedules of the subcontractors. When one of the subcontractors cut some corners and I complained, he made them redo the work to my satisfaction. At the end of the job, they left the work site spotless. I didn’t even have a “punch list” of issues that needed fixing at the end. It was all done right when the last worker left! I highly recommend AZ Construction and Renovation.

We had an excellent exprience with Global Construction and will definitely call them again and recommend them to our friends.
We had interior doors painted and the old pink polka-dot tub resurfaced and painted white.
Both jobs were professionally done in one day!
