This company is awesome! I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with their services, but I'll try... This is a local family owned and operated company and my first contact with them was with John. I explained to him that I needed a slope in my backyard to be covered and he recommended that I go with the shotcrete technique. He was very courteous and responsive to all of my question and requirements. I then met with Vince the Estimator and he was able to provide me with a number of options to suit my needs and budget. The day before the work was to start I was introduced to Jimmy and Tony and they took the time to explain the whole process to me and even offered a suggestion that would more beneficial for my. Even though it cost additional money, I could tell that they weren't trying to sell me additional services, but really cared about the service they were providing and this modification would enhance the final product. They showed up the next morning right on time (at 5:30am on a Saturday). Jimmy and his crew were the consummate professionals throughout the project and every time I came out to take photos of the progress anyone I came across would ask if I was satisfied with the service so far. They were mindful of their surroundings and took every precaution to ensure that there would be no mess. Towards the end of the project I was called by John to ensure I was satisfied with the work. When it was time to wrap things up the crew picked up all their equipment and Jimmy gave me information on what to expect and things I could do as the concrete cured. This company and it's team set the standard for quality of work and customer service! If you need any work done Rockridge Construction is the go to company! Don't just take my word for it... they have an A+ rating and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I'm actually in the process of having another project about to get started by Rockridge Construction! UPDATE: Since I can't add another review for the new project they just completed I'll add it here. We have another side that needed some support and went with dumped rip rap and they did a great job with this too! I can't say enough about Rockridge Construction and their work ethic. I also got to meet the founding father of the company during my visit to their office. Great job again!

I was looking for a commercial construction company to build a Tropical Smoothie at Old Vail Rd. Houghton Towne Center. Pate Construction was the most competitive and thorough in their bidding process. Tim (part owner and construction manager) was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to keep the project on time and on budget. He also made helpful suggestions that improved the building. It was especially helpful that Pate sent pictures that showed the progress of the construction to the stakeholders. I will definitely use Pate again for my next project.

Pate Contractors was a pleasure to work with while they constructed the new BioLife Plasma Services center on East Golf Links Road. We open these facilities around the country and this is the first plasma collection center that Pate has built. The project was completed like it was their 10th. Turnover was smooth and there were no cost over-runs. Problems in the field were often anticipated and effective solutions were presented. In addition, great attention to detail was apparent throughout the building. Communication from the office was excellent and the entire Pate team was always courteous and friendly.

We look forwarded to working with Pate Contractors again when BioLife expands further in the Tucson area.

Pate Contractors was a pleasure to work with for our commercial ground up project. Through every stage of the project, they were knowledgeable and professional. They take great pride in their work, and go out of their way to ensure the client is happy with the end product

Max and his crew helped us with a home remodel, working indoors and outside. They framed and finished a garage, removed an interior wall and installed a new overhead beam to create a more open floor plan (including drywall repair), replaced the water heater, installed appliances, and replaced bathroom fans. All of that went really well.

When they were painting outside, something came up and they weren’t able to complete the job during summer 2021, stopping about 90% of the way done. Max got back to me eventually and came to do the finishing touches on painting our brick wall around the backyard perimeter. It came out pretty good and he adjusted the price to accommodate for the longer wait. He took extra effort to make things right.
