I called them up to schedule an appointment a week ahead of time, since the subject property is rented week to week and I only have a small window where I can get contractors in and out. I emphasized the importance of the appointment time.

My noon appointment time came and went with nobody showing up, then after I called and left a message I got a text back saying he could be there three hours later, which didn't work because of my time window. He then texted that he could be there at 7am the next morning, which I accepted.

Next morning I get yet another text message saying that he couldn't make it, and I tried to accomodate by giving him a new time window, after which I have heard nothing but crickets.

I understand that everybody's busy, but you at least call to cancel so I can schedule somebody else. End result is that I will have a leak at my property for another week until the next contractor (hopefully) shows up.

I called around the clock to help out with leak detection at my house when I had a pipe burst. They were friendly and accurate! Rob found my leak within a foot and saved my floors.

I’ve use this company multiple times throughout the years. They always do an amazing jobs show up on time, very professional and always find the source of the leak. Rob is amazing. I will continue to use him and refer him to anybody that may need his service.

All the work was done well. They found a leak and had to trench, lay pipe and refill the dirt. My only complaint was with the timeliness. They were late every time and I wasn’t contacted about the delay.

Nathan came out to assess a drip coming from the unit above my condo. He took the time to explain what was going to take place, and then proceeded to take care of the issue quickly. He then informed me what the situation was and next steps.

Located underground leak.

I paid $425 for a "leak detection service" and got no additional information. No report. No receipt. No diagnosis. Not a suggestion of where the leak was coming from. They left my home in worse condition than they found it.

I reached out to the owner in hopes to fix the situation. He set me up for a day, only to blow me off.

So now I'm out $425 plus the cost to fix my blinds, screens, and whatever damage was done to my grill. If you're reading this - save your money and time.

These folks are awesome and I do mean everyone, at every stage! They say what they do and do what they say - a first for Tucson (in our 23 yrs experience). If we had more thumbs they would ALL be up for this place!!!

We could not be more delighted with our newly remodeled master suite and bathroom! The process was seamless, the crew were respectful & responsive. They are well organized & project communication was very thorough. This was our first major remodel & Brett’s kitchen and bath made it a very pleasant experience from start to finish!

We stopped by Brett’s Kitchen & Bath a week ago to get our kitchen countertops replaced. I brought a drawing of the countertops along with the dimensions. The store associate said she would send the information to their designer and we would hear back in 1 or 2 days. After 5 days, I contacted the associate to find out about our design and costs. She had not received anything from the designer. On the 6th day, I called and the associate said she had called and emailed the designer and still had not heard anything. She said she would call and find out the status. It is now a week since we stopped by the Thornydale location and still have not heard anything. Is business so good you don’t need new customers? The lack of concern and poor customer service on the part of their designer is appalling. I would never trust thIs business to perform a remodeling project.
