Jose just installed a new garage door opener for me. He is so knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to teach me to program my remote and explain all he did for service and maintenance. I recommend him and Kaiser to anyone who needs a new garage door opener. Thank you Jose.

Had a great experience with a professional company and employees. My garage door opener was acting up after 13 years of doing its daily chores. I contacted Kaiser Garage and they came out the following business day. The tech (Rudy) conducted his inspection, offered several options and explained what it would entail to get the garage door opener back up and running. When I made my decision and price point that best suited me, he did not try to upsell me (like other company employees are trained or required to do) or become pushy. When the motor became available the tech (this time Jose) came out and did an outstanding job installing, testing and it to ensure a smooth operation. Fantastic is all I can say..... From the office staff who coordinated the scheduling to accommodate my schedule to both techs I had the pleasure of meeting. Refreshing change of pace compared to the overly advertised and upselling competition.

Excellent work this week by Rudy. He fixed our broken spring and got us back in the game. He was also super friendly and engaging. We are satisfied customers.

Great customer service. Our repairmen called before arrival, was very professional and went the extra mile to get our door up and running. I would not go anywhere else. Jose should be commended for his superior customer service.

This is how they installed new garage doors on a new home. The panels are bent. They also installed the outside keypads on the wood trim instead of the stucco which causes the keypad cover to rub against the garage door.

We are waiting for repairs but one must ask if this is how they install a product, how good will the repairs be?

Initially I was very frustrated with the product from Kaiser but after I posted my initial review there was a response immediately. When I called the office I spoke with Logan who provided excellent customer service. Then the Tech, Benny, was amazing and fixed the door then followed up to ensure everything was ok. Overall, great experience!

If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I moved into our $500k home about 2 years ago and the garage door has not functioned right most of that time. The garage door wheel would constantly pop out of the guiderails OR the door would start to go down and go back up due to the wheels which has been a major safety concern as the door would be closing then lift back up.

Most recently both wheels popped out of the guiderails causing the door not being able to close AND the garage door has completely shifted to the left putting the wheels on the guiderail and hitting the sensor while bending in going into the garage leaving a huge gap at the base of the door.

Then when I called to inquire bout repairs the price to repair the poor work their staff did was $135 per hour plus the cost for parts.

Very disappointed in the quality of the product and the work done. Hopefully others don't experience this or have better outcomes getting it resolved. As of now I STILL have a garage that isn't operating.

They did a pretty sloppy job, strong-armed me into paying them, and then he basically got in the truck drove away while I was still looking around and asking questions.

When I pointed things out he said something like "there's nothing I can do" or "just fill it with caulk and paint it, it's fine".

Trim isn't straight, stucco seems damaged, small tear in the insulation, lack of clean up, and the metal parts of the door are pretty dirty for being brand new.

This was my second time using Kaisar Garage Doors & Gates. My garage door's wheels had fallen off the track due to old age. It was a pretty old door that came with the house some 24+ years ago, which ironically was also a Kaisar garage door. At first, I tried to fix the door myself and get it back on the track, but then I just made things worse.

Scott from Kaisar came out to give me an estimate. He immediately just wanted to help me get the door off my motor and track so that it would not fall off and cause more damage or hit my car, which was stuck inside. He helped me do this for free, which was really nice of him since he could have charged for something like that! He then gave me an estimate for a full-door replacement, thinking it would run me about $1700. His estimate was actually pretty close, it came in at $1600 later that day. I had another company (A1 Garage Door Service) come out to take a look because my friend had a positive review of them. They wanted $3700 for the same work! They even made it sound like I was getting a deal, saying they gave me a special $500 discount. Dealing with that company's salesperson just felt really sleazy to me, especially after my positive experience with Kaisar's salesperson.

Kaisar scheduled me for the following Friday, but knew of my situation where my garage was exposed and vulnerable. So they told me they would put me on a priority list if an earlier appointment fell off, which one did and they actually came on Wednesday instead! They got the door installed in less than 2 hours and I felt so much more secure having my garage door back and closed.

I have now had two positive experiences with Kaisar and would recommend them to any of my friends! I will admit that I had to stay on top of things with calling them and making sure the appointments were happening and to proceed with scheduling, but I imagine it's just because they are a busy company dealing with multiple customers at the same time. Great job and thank you so much!

Took a long time (several months) to get a quote for replacement of a single garage door panel. Some internal confusion and reassignment of staff apparently caused my quote to slip between the cracks. Once I was finally on the schedule and the door was ordered everything went very smoothly and professionally. Very happy with the final result.

Kaiser Garage Doors installed our garage door on our new-build home. When we decided to insulate our garage door, I contacted Kaiser. Darin, the technician, did a thorough job installing the insulation panels, and then re-balanced our door. I was very pleased. I recently contacted Kaiser because our door was unusually noisy upon opening and closing. Darin came out, lubricated all the moving parts and tightened springs. Now it's running smoothly and much quieter. Once again, I'm very pleased with Kaiser's customer service and efficiency.

Rudy did an excellent job from the initial consultation to installing our new motor. You can tell from talking to him and his professionalism, he is incredibly knowledgeable about all things garage. In particular, we had a WiFi attachment to the power outlet and he graciously asked if he could remove it first (to install the motor), which shows the upmost respect to our house. In the future, I will be only be requesting Rudy for all future maintenance on our garage door because of his kind, respectful, and knowledgeable demeanor.

Jose did as great job. He was very professional, honest, and good. He reprogrammed our garage door openers, greased the doors, and installed a new opener. We were very pleased. We would definitely call Kaiser again. Very satisfied!

Kaiser has always been easy to work with. From the sales and ordering to installation. The two technicians that came to install our two doors were excellent. They were professional, friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. In the end an excellent job by all. Thank you!

Our garage door wouldn't close. I called Kaiser and they were able to work us in the next day! Their service technician (Jose, I think it was) even showed up 30 minutes early! And he did a great job. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and very pleasant. Thanks for your great service!

Zero accountability. We have Kaiser doors installed on our home that was built in 2022. Sadly our door came off the rails leaving the garage door stuck in the open position, during a downpour which was coming into the garage. I called Kaiser to have them come out with an emergency call, which they told me they were busy and would have a tech call. 3 hours go by, and no call. In the end I called another garage door company who came out in 20 minutes. While the other tech was on site, Kaiser called and the tech said he would be out "shortly".

Upon having the door repaired and inspected, the technician showed me that our balance weight of the door was 25.2lbs, and the safety weight should by 8-10lbs. He informed me that the springs are the incorrect size, and that I should reach out to Kaiser to have the correct springs installed, and that the rails were not attached to the home securely.

Kaisers response to this was:
"the other company are just trying to sell you springs, they always do this, they are on commission. Your springs are fine, they came from the manufacturer. If you want to have us check your springs, it will cost you a call out fee"

Kaiser had ZERO interest in making this right, or at the very least listening to a customer with an issue. Instead it was very much a case of "they are wrong, we are right". Needless to say, I will not be using Kaiser, recommending Kaiser, or trust anything they say.

A perfect example of how a business should be run. We got an in-home consult with Scott who gave us great ideas, selection and without any upselling. Fairly priced and very fast turnaround time- with an install done on Christmas Eve. Thanks Scott!

Spring broke on our heavy rustic metal door. Kaiser quickly scheduled service. Jose called to check in, arrived promptly, and came fully prepared. He is clearly an experienced professional and a genuinely nice guy! He fixed and perfectly balanced the door without delay. 10/10 would recommend!

From my initial phone call, to the on-property consultation and job completion, Kaiser Garage Doors and Gates performed flawlessly. Everything from being responsive to my questions before (and after) the job to the technician going the extra mile with finishing touches was much appreciated. While in the middle of my job, the technician even knew how to professionally handle an inconsiderate neighbor that tried to monopolize his time.
