The representatives were Antony and Kaleb (so?). The were polite, knowledgeable and worked fast. They programmed the remotes, the outside door opener. They did an excellent job cleaning too.

We have used them for 15 years but very disappointing now.

We had two garage doors replaced and trying to pay more to get things fixed right if they return my call.

Outstanding service. Called at 8AM, woman was very helpful. The spring broke on our garage. Got a callback a 10:30. Met Jose Moreno from Kaiser at at 10:45, done in one hour. He was quick and very professional. We have used them over the last 20 years, good people.

They installed our garage door and the opener since the house was built in 2019. There were some mechanical issues with the door and the opener. The door was coming down and slammed on the floor very hard. The bottom rail was hit hard and it was bent. The second issue was and still have until now. The door has not been coming down straight and evenly.

I started to call for the service in that year and the years later. There was many visits from different technicians came to our door (It was 7 times). They all were saying the way of the door slams on the floor because the opener is an old model, and it does not have a calibration feature that will be programmed to slow it down when it gets close to the floor.

I thought what they explained was true. As the years go by, I forgot all about this issue. Last year, I decided to call the garage opener company. What I got them to explain it to me was totally opposite. They said that that opener we made is new and it has the feature to slow down before the door hit the floor. Therefore, I also called the garage door company. They said that whoever contracted to work on your garage door does not build that door correctly.

However, the last one came over did the calibration on the opener but still did not perform on the door repair. On the phone, I asked for a repair, but it was not done on his visit.

This is not acceptable as our agreement. The day a tech came to replace the rubber shield but did not repair the door.

I do not recommend this company to any customer. This company does not seem to know what to do on their job period!

I got recommendations for Kaiser from my Nextdoor app and my neighbor Malcolm Hollis. They new what they were talking about, from Scott who gave me the bid to Rudy who did the install! Both were very professional and worked with me to get the job done as quickly as possible!! My hats off to both Kaiser employees who couldn't of done a more satisfying job!!

The technician dismissed my concerns when I addressed them. He spent little time working on the door. When I went to check up on him to review his work, he was gone!!!! He never corrected the huge gap on one side of the door from it’s tracks!!!! He used so much lubricate that it permeated throughout my house!!!!!

They did a horrible job installing the garage in my new build. I had them come out to fix an issue with the garage constantly opening back up and it cost over 100 dollars for them to "fix" it. I had A1 Garage come out and look at it because it ended up falling off the track. Turns out Kaiser had installed it too close to the house and it has been grinding against the trim. Took the A1 technician less than 10 minutes to discover the issue.

I’ve been using them for years and they are always consistent. Transparent about the work they do and the price. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Kaiser Garage Doors and Gates for two decades now. They have always provided me excellent, timely service at reasonable prices. On that note, our latest interaction was exceptional and deserves a shout-out. The Kaiser technician, José, was sent out to replace a broken spring on our garage door. The main office gave us a two-hour time window the day before, and José showed up on time as promised. In my experience, technical talent doesn't always come with exceptional customer-service skills, but José is the complete package. He went right to work replacing the springs on our main door, and when he was finishing, he invited me over to see how he was going to lubricate the new springs along with the rest of the garage-door and opener's moving components. He pointed out that if I did this every 6 - 12 months (depending on level of use, which he defined in terms of average number of uses per day), I could extend the life of my opener system. He also advised on what type of lubricants to use and which to avoid. Then, as he was cleaning up, I opened my garage door to put out the recyclables bin. The door unexpectedly stopped, but then worked as it should. José then asked me if this happened before, along with some other diagnostic questions, after which he advised me that the logic board on my 26-year-old LiftMaster opener was likely beginning to fail. He explained that LiftMasters come with lifetime warranties and that he'd be willing to explore the option of repairing the opener, but also educated me on the differences between my old unit and the new WiFi-enabled LiftMaster products. His mannerisms made me feel like I was in the hands of a revered science teacher rather than that of a salesman. He gave me the facts and patiently answered my questions; we then discussed options (to include waiting until the unit completely failed), and then asked me how I'd like to proceed. I wound up going with a new unit, which was not only WiFi enabled, but was also compatible with Amazon Key for more secure package deliveries. When scheduling the installation of the new unit, the front office was accommodating in pairing me up with José again. Then, after the installation, when I went to the Kaiser website to leave a review of appreciation for José, I noticed that they offered military discounts. So, I called the office and asked if I could retroactively get the discount. Again, the front office was accommodating. If you are looking for excellent service at reasonable prices, look no further that Kaiser Garage Doors and Gates -- they're a 10 out of 10!

Man this company.... we use them for our HOA. They installed units that have an exorbitant many problems. Readers don't work, gates continually break, peoples pins don't work. Just a nuisance all around.
