We had a sewer backup in our bathroom. After meeting with 3 other restoration companies, we went with Kustom Restoration to restore our bathroom & shower. They were very professional and explained all steps in the process clearly. There are four individuals that we would like to acknowledge & thank for their participation in completing our claim. First, we met with Steven Sams who got the ball rolling. Mario Duran oversaw the project & acted in a timely manner. The two contracted individuals who did the repairs were Arohon Gamez from AG Renovations & Francisco Arenas from Arenas Plumbing. All three companies exceeded our expectations and did a excellent job!!!

Kustom Disaster Restoration is a great/reliable company to work with. I have always used them when I had water damage personally and professionally. I highly recommend them. I have had the pleasure of working with Steven Sams one of the their Project Managers and he is great to work with. He is very professional and always available with any questions you might have during the project. He is responsive no matter what time you call.

Kustoms crew were very professional, understanding, and very polite. They finished the work on time and did a wonderful job. I am very happy with Alfred Gonzales (Assistant Superintendent) and his crew. If I had any issues with the cabinets they fixed it without any questions. The only issue is I was not told by Rick (another Supervisor) who started the project did not tell me the cabinets over the sink were going to be smaller than the original ones I had. I was told these cabinets are standard, not custom made like the cabinets I had. If I would have been told from the beginning I would have told them I wanted them the same size.

Had water damage at our house and Kustom was recommended by our insurance. They did a superb job in every way. They were incredibly helpful and just truly good people.

We have had 2 sets of new sliding glass doors installed in two of our apartments and they have been very professional and did a great job and so easy to work with.
I have to give Big thanks to Martin, Jesus, Jose and Ruben for such a fantastic job in their workmanship. These guys really know what they are doing and I truly appreciate them and their work.

Very impressed by their rapid response. In the midst of chaos I was reassured that all would be handled and I should have all necessary work handled before a walkthrough I had scheduled. From start to finish I was able to have stress lifted from me as I felt I could trust that Kustom would execute the task at hand. Susana also reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with services and that follow through was the icing the cake. To say I was impressed is an understatement as it’s rare these days to receive such great and quality costumer care and service!

Took a little while to get the various teams in, but once they got in and started, they got they got the work done fast, it was well worth the wait. Extremely professional company, super nice workers, and they actually cleaned up everything well, didn’t leave the place a mess. Good craftsmanship and quality of work, it wasn’t an easy project, involved asbestos mitigation, and it ended up looking perfect. I would gladly hire them again if any reconstruction needed redoing in my home.

What an exceptional experience with Nate and the rest of the team members from Kustom! Unforunately this summer my house was damaged via the hail storm in late July. Although I reported it to my insurance company, I had no idea who to turn to for the repairs. Luckily, I worked with Nate and his team at Kustom. Not only were the house repairs (roofing and gutter replacement) executed perfectly, the personal communication and ease at which Nate worked with me was great! At no time did I feel rushed or pursuaded in any direction. Professional advice was provided and decisions were made conjointly. I absolutely recommend Nate and the Kustom team and am extremely happy by my experience!

We experienced major flood damage in late May of this year.

Kustom handled the reclamation, remediation and rebuilding of our home with wonderful attention to detail and workmanship. Everyone in the process, the manager, supervisor and workmen listened to our concerns and addressed each and every one of them. Their reports made it easy for our insurance company to work with them, too!

We used Kustom to address damage inside our walls due to a pipe break and subsequent water damage. The team was responsive mitigating the problem and surprisingly quick at scheduling a time to complete the repairs and refinishing of our walls. They were very professional throughout the experience and dealt with our insurance once we paid our deductible. Though you never want to have the need for such services, this company is a fantastic choice when life happens and you need a restoration company.

After my water disaster, Kustom turned what was a heap of a remodel into a completely new house, far better than it ever was. I cannot believe the final outcome, their attention to detail and craftsmanship was 10/10. Thank you Dan, Toby, and the crew involved.

Kustom did an excellent job at reconstruction for a plumbing issue we had. Our entire garage needed to be patched/ repaired/ repainted -- and our carpet upstairs needed new padding and the carpet cleaned. After the work was complete, it looks like the damage never existed. Very professional, very responsive, and high quality work!

After a recent pipe burst in our wall between our guest bedroom and garage walls and demotion was completed, our homeowners insurance recommended Kustom Disaster Recovery & Restoration complete our rebuild.
The work completed by Angel, Damian, Carlos and Mario was beyond superb. I was worried that the water damage to the affected carpet in the bedroom, and rebuild of the new walls would show next to the unaffected walls, but they did not. These guys seamlessly rebuilt the walls including a closet, installed new drywall and insulation, and put new carpet padding under the existing unaffected carpet. The guest bedroom looks just as it was previous to the water damage. The entire project took less than two weeks and this includes the Christmas holiday.
I highly recommend this company as these gentlemen were professional, friendly and extremely hardworking, and their communication with us was exceptional. If I had other projects to do to the home in terms of upgrades to bathrooms, flooring, backsplash and countertop work, I would definitely call Kustom to do these projects for me.

We had a burst pipe and Kustom was recommended by our insurance agent. They were immediately on the job and on top of each area whether mold remediation, restoration, flooring, painting, or drywall. The leadership: Dan Noyce, Ruben, Mario, Brian were great communicators and professional. The prices were fair and the communication with the insurance company excellent. Their contracted suppliers top of their game. The final job was perfect and the house was left clean and fresh. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Kustom and Abracadabra again.

Kustom restored our half-wall and cabinets after we had mold remediation done. Angel, Damian, and Mario were very professional, thoughtful, and did really good work. Details matter, and this team really payed attention to detail! Also, shout-out to Edgar for redo-ing our plumbing for the sink, installing our dishwasher and garbage disposal. Last but not least, shout-out to Anthony the PM for setting all this in motion. True craftsman all around! 10/10 would hire Kustom again.

I highly recommend this company. When our dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded our kitchen, our insurance company sent Kustom US to our house. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of Manuel Robles and Daniel Garcia during the mitigation process. I would also like to acknowledge the same of Ruben Duran, Jesus Irazoqui, Jose and Anthony Rodriguez for their part during the rebuilding process. They did a beautiful job installing a new kitchen floor, cabinets, countertop and sink. It looks great.

My home carport roof and supporting structures were SEVERLY damaged in a recent storm and were in danger of collapse. After I spent several days calling roofers, general contractors, a structural engineer, and a different disaster restoration company, Kustom Disaster Restoration was the only one who would help me with emergency repairs in a timely fashion.

I called after 6 PM on Wednesday and they were at my house installing support posts early the following morning. Jesus, Jose, Ruben, and Mario were very courteous and professional, and had the 4 support posts installed in just a couple of hours. I called the company several times after installation with additional follow-up questions, and Dan answered EVERY time with courtesy and patience.

I cannot express how relieved I am now that my roof is stable, while I wait for the insurance inspector to eventually show up.
