We recently moved to Arizona and built a new home. We were interested in solar but we’re bombarded by door to door salespeople. Which is my least favorite sales tactic. After getting a few quotes, I asked around our neighborhood and Kyle Wheelin with Phoenix Solar Pros came highly recommended. He by far was the most knowledgeable about solar, he was prepared for the presentation, and he wasn’t pushy. His services came with aeroseal of our air conditioning vents that has also made our home more energy efficient.

His company and team are local to Tucson and were in great communication throughout the process. They left things clean after they were in our house and our project ended ahead of schedule.

By far the best experience since becoming homeowners of a new build. I would highly recommend Kyle and his team.

We had a great experience getting solar from Kyle, Michael, and the team at Phoenix Solar Pros. Kyle took the time to understand our home and energy needs & explain the best option for us. We were pleased to go with Kyle also because he is a locally owned business in addition to being in the same neighborhood we live in at Saguaro Bloom & gave us some additional insights. The installation was seamless and Kyle and the team was in communication every step of the way. We also were able to have our home aero sealed as part of the service, to make our home even more energy efficient. The crew was very thorough and professional. Solar is no easy process. There’s a lot that goes into it. But phoenix solar pros was very communicative and there to explain everything the whole time. Even when there were some issues that came up that they didn’t have to do anything with, they went above and beyond and covered it for me. Mike is extremely professional and responds quickly with an in depth response. His team of guys are great, and do a very professional job. All in all HIGHLY recommend.

Joe and D’Angelo did a great job with our solar. It was installed the week after we signed and turned on within a couple of weeks after that. We even got a water softener and security cameras put in by them. This was great as our home was a new build.

What a happy knock at my door. I’ve been thinking about Solar for quite some time, but have been worried about some of the stories of flyby nights. Let me tell you this is not one of them. Brady was probably one of the best representatives of the Solar company I’ve ever met. He was knowledgeable, he was calm, he didn’t try to push anything. He asked good questions and thoroughly, and I mean thoroughly explained every aspect of the process to me and the rebates that are available. I had him come back the next day and had some other people with me to listen. And they were impressed as well. I signed up right there and then and I have to tell you within three days. The Solar was on my roof. Even the crew was so professional and so thoughtful and so kind. And I’m really happy that my monthly payment, I chose to purchase rather than lease, is less than my Average billing from TEP and will remain so as a race with TEP go up. I am so happy and satisfied that I’ve told all my neighbors and my family. The cost of electricity is only going to go up, but my payments will stay the same. I am very happy with Phoenix Solar. It was great working with Joe and D'Angelo to get solar on our new house in Houghton Reserve. We received quotes in the past from other solar companies but Phoenix Solar Pros price was better. They also gave us a free water softener which we were already looking at getting. Joe and D'Angelo answered all of our questions and everything they promised they delivered on. Within a week after getting the quote, the solar was installed without any problems. The whole process was very smooth. Anyone who is looking at getting solar I would highly recommend going with them.

The process of going solar was such a huge step to take, but one we’ve been wanting to make and if you know how sales go, it’s a competitive market! When we got in touch with Phoenix Solar Pros we quickly realized many other companies are upselling not only in effective systems, but unnecessary batteries that would only last an hour or two before needing daylight to recharge the system. With the start of the new school year I highly recommend sitting down with a representative while your littles are in school and hear what they have to offer. From design, to approval, install, and permission to operate, these guys really are pros at customer service and keeping you updated along this process. Everyone I spoke with in person or on the phone was especially accommodating to my children who love to be apart of all my conversations at 3, 5, and 9 years old. With our roof being fully replaced this January we had concern for adding solar panels but rest assured, they are a certified roofing company as well. It monsooned the day after install and everything was perfectly sealed. I can’t seem to say enough about how much I loved working with this company, so I’m adding pictures of their work, it’s truly worth a thousand words! We were so blessed to work with Nate and Michael, they all work as a great team.

I believe that new homes being built in Tucson have higher doorways than normal. Why can't home depot carry a wider selection of screen doors for taller doorways. When you only get 2/3 choices that puts you in a financial situation that you were not expecting.

Wow!!! Excellent door and price and install. The in home measure, in store order and install was all a great experience and the end product was big wow for WAY less than “door companies”
Online/remote designer component was clunky .. I would just skip that next time
The Marana store team was awesome to work with. Knowledgeable and accommodating.

One of the selling points to get an AC tune up was to clean the coils and diagnosis. No cleaning was done and the diagnosis made no sense. Had a second opinion done and that company stated there was no issues and that the tech should have been able to at the minimum clean the coils. The price was great of i would have gotten the services i was told i would get.

The person who set up my measure, and the person who sold me the carpet and pad could not have done better. The person who scheduled my install and the installer *both* did a fantastic job! This deal happened on the far NW side of Tucson and in Marana, significantly contrasting with how poorly things went last summer when dealing with the installation team on Tucson's east side!! This experience was 5-star all the way!!

I bought garage door opener and then set up to have installed. Very friendly, helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I had to wait a long time for them to answer the phone. No problem with the garage door nor the installation company calling me.
