Lots of selections and experts with installation.

As I wander around Home Depot for the third time trying to find somebody to help me, I completely understand the commercials about them now. I finally chased down an employee, he gave me "directions" and come to find out he sent me to the wrong section(door seals, I'm looking for a shower seal). I'm done I'm going to Lowe's.

Parker & Sons removed an old condenser off the roof and installed a new 4 ton heat pump on the ground. Tony kept us totally informed as to the process.

Wow -- I can't remember the last time I had such friendly, competent folks work for me. They were pleasant (very nice), efficient and professional. I can't say enough good things about them.

Had carpet installed. Took a while but the installation contractors did a great job. Only wish they had asked me if I wanted to refuse the carpet which has a noticable color defect on one side. I probably wouldn't have out of laziness but am disappointed in the product. I got the aurora nylon.

The two installers had a long day before arriving and still did an excellent job with attention to detail. They also figured out how to do fewer carpet seams and also located the seams in less noticeable places. They also did an excellent job with cleaning up all the trimming debris.
Thanks guys -
Home Depot set up an appointment to have our Air conditioner checked out by a third party. Other than seeing their company truck in our neighborhood, I didn’t know anything about Parker and Sons. Their technician was prompt, professional and personable. He thoroughly checked out our unit and gave us a good report. He explained some things for us and informed us of other services his company offered. I’m glad we listened to the lady at Home Depot.

This was the second time I used Home Depot for a project. I didn’t review for the first project but now I wish I did. Both projects were fantastic. This project was for two rooms to have new carpet installed. We scheduled an appointment at Home Depot to talk about pricing and color, thickness, and padding. Home Depot let us take home the in store samples. We had them about a week with no complaints. When we finalized our Home Depot rep was super thoughtful and informative about the next steps. They used Western States Flooring as the contractor for the work and everything was pretty seamless. The flooring company got us scheduled and even offered to move up our installation a few different times. On the day of the install it was fast, clean, and easy. The professional and quality of service was exactly what you’re looking for. I really appreciate the work and coordination both parties contributed to this project. Not to mention my wife loves it and that’s all that matters. Thanks Home Depot (Marana) & Western States Flooring!

Most of the employees are very helpful and kind in this store. However, I am very disappointed with the follow up upon making major purchases. I ordered blinds and paid for installation services. The blinds arrived to my house and upon arrival I called the store to arrange for an installation date. I am still awaiting a call from the third party representatives to arrange a date and time for the installation. I called a Home Depot employee whom states all they can do is email the installers to call me to schedule an appointment. This is not the first time I had issues with scheduling installations. I had to call and stay on top of the third party business in order to get my shutter blinds installed as well. I thought it would be different on the blinds so I took another chance. Lesson learned after spending almost $10,000.00 within the last two months for home improvements through the Home Depot is that it's probably best to deal with the third party from the start instead of going through Home Depot. This way you cut out the middle man and get what you are paying for when you want it...not when they want to give it to you!
