I gave you my review Western flooring and their subcontractor did a great job they showed up on time and did excellent work on the tradesmen were really courteous and I would recommend them to anybody but I don’t want to continue to answer. Your questions wants is enough thanks, Chuck.

The floor was done beautifully but after the installers left, I noticed there was silicone on the counter and in the sink. They tried to wipe it up but a lot was left behind. I had to use acetone to remove it.
I really would have appreciated them telling me when it happened so I could have helped to get it cleaned up.

Great experience, Hassle free

Just chaos...I called first, and that added about 20 minutes to my visit because I never got to speak to anyone that could help. I understand that we're all going through a pandemic, and retail during holiday season is never pretty, but come on!

More than 5 hours to deliver a half trailer, a big mess inside , loaded pallets all over , I don’t know why they are still receiving products. Even 2 pallets , they may not find a location to stock it .

Everything was timely and it was a great job.

In a word, Awful! Have a issue with flooring that has a manufacturing defect. The manufacturer has agreed to replace the floor including labor. However the claim associate has made this process as painful as possible. One road block after another. Remember the manufacturer has already agreed to the claim. This is going way past business. Starting to take this personal.

It was good. Some were helpful but when I asked one person in the garden section, they didn't know. Finally found one associate who knew their job. I was looking for begonias but she told me they didn't have any but was waiting on 2 shipments.

I am so glad we have a Home Depot in the SW area! The customer service is exceptionally great! It's always organized and everyone is so helpful and smiling :-) it makes me feel welcome. My daughter LOVES the first Saturday of the month because she knows it's her turn to feel right at home with the children's workshops:-)

We were novices at the new flooring process. It can be a complex process involving acquisition, prep, moving, painting, baseboards etc. Home Depot had a great customer service rep who guided us through the process and identified many issues we needed to face. Can’t thank her enough.

It was okay we didn't like all the dust and didn't know that there would be because they had to level the floor out. The end result of the flooring was nice. One of the installers has to use our bathroom and he was in there for 30 minutes on a phone taking a crap! I don't think that was really appropriate. I'm still waiting on another statement to see if I was refunded the $231 for the trim that we had to get out of North Carolina on my original bill?!

We had carpet installed in the living room and bedroom. The installers were on time, professional, efficient and did a quality install. The entire process was easy and well communicated. We are pleased with the results.
