Excellent service great price

This pool service is the best around. I have tried a couple of local companies. Justin is incredibly responsive to any pool question, or service, needed. His wife is also terrific! I will stay with them as long as they will have me!

We recently moved into the area and Desert Willow was the company who maintained the pool at our address. I was happy to see the 5-star rating and was looking forward to continuing service with them. I've called numerous times over the last month and left a couple voicemails with no response. That's not a great way to run a business. I'll gladly delete the review if they replied. Until then, don't bother if you're looking for service. Affordable Pool Service picks up the phone, is prompt, and communicates via email. Try them out.

Justin did a phenomenal job keeping our pool clean and their rates are very fair. They communicate very well and you can't go wrong by hiring them! I completely recommend their services!

Steamy Concepts team has always done a great job cleaning carpets for me at my office building and my personal residence.

Special shout out to Carlos, my initial contact with Steamy, and Hector, who did the hard work on the asbestos removal. Great job guys, both of you! I was totally impressed with the professionalism, communication and caring they provided for my property. Fast, reliable, and efficient. I hope I never need to use you guys for asbestos ever again...I think we got it all! Truly appreciate their effort, honest quote and satisfaction delivery. 8/10/2025: DO. NOT. USE. THEM !! I was seriously disappointed, and frankly ticked off with the overall business practices of Steamy Concepts. We had a toilet leak in the MB of our house, and called to get a quote. The tech that came out, Ezra, said he'd get the quote to us ASAP. The "complimentary" quote had to be requested by email 4 times, and took nearly a week to get! The quoted amount was $1945. Then, when they removed the toilet, and started to dry the sub-flooring, Steamy sent me a new invoice, nearly $900 higher!! What steamy doesn't tell you on their initial estimates is that they charge you extra for the drive time for their techs to get to your house, and to get necessary equipment from the warehouse! These should be no-charge items, as it is simple common sense that techs will have to get equipment, and also travel from point A to B. Then, they ALSO charge extra for time the techs DO NOT spend at your house, working! They actually tried to charge me for 4 hrs, one day, when the techs were only at my home for 30 min. !! It took 3 1/2 weeks of going back and forth with Steamy and my insurance agent, stating that I would rather make a very public court case to get Steamy to agree to accept their original estimate of $1945. After the insurance settled the claim, I had to wait nearly 2 weeks, and make a written request for confirmation and a copy of the final "Paid" invoice. DO NOT USE STEAMY CONCEPTS!! On the other hand, their sister company Royalty Renovations provided all documentation in a timely manner, came and did the re-installation and repairs right on time, and stuck VERY close to their original estimate.
9/1/2025: Note that nearly a month later, they haven't responded. I kept every e-mail, invoice and "explanation" ever sent between Steamy, the insurance adjuster and myself. I can document and prove every underhanded (likely illegal) thing they've said and tried to bill me for.

I believe I've given only a few Google reviews. Today it was a priority to share mine publicly. Over two years ago I remodeled my home and had the floors replaced with beautiful tile. The issue with the job from the beginning was the contractor who apparently did not clean the floors well enough after applying the grout. For all this time, a glaze stayed on top of the floor even after mopping. I rented equipment to clean it myself and also hired another company who promised it would get clean (big waste of money). Finally to my rescue is Austin with Steamy Concepts who resolved my big issue informing me that a particular product they use will remove the glaze. It was a huge job for one person that really needed 2-3 people. He really did a fantastic job. It was a BIG job. A few days later, the glaze was was showing but much lighter than it was and knew another cleaning was needed. I contacted Bryant Garcia who explained about this issue to be very common with tile installers. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and scheduled another cleaning. Today, John, Christian and Mark came over to go through the house a second time. John acknowledged the problems I have been facing with the very poor job the contractors did. I have some very heavy furniture and didn't move these items when the floor was cleaned two weeks ago and today. I can feel the surface where it's cleaned compared the surface under my dresser. The difference is unbelievable with the amount of glaze that is on top of the tile. I am writing this review to thank all of the above and my friend Garrett Case who answered my calls and connected me with Bryant and was there to listen about my frustrations with my floor. Lastly, the biggest thank you goes to the owner of Steamy Concepts, Matt Horn, for making sure I am taken care of and completely satisfied with the results. It's obvious why Steamy Concepts have won many awards for the outstanding work they do. Thank you!

Due to a leak that caused water damage in a couple of rooms, we called a plumbing company that came out and referred us to Steamy Concepts.
Paul L. is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. Paul came out in the middle of the evening, explained how it worked, filed claim, sent pictures to our insurance company and answered our questions.
Paul is an asset to your company!!

Steamy Concepts failed in every way. I was told the price was $45 for one carpeted bedroom and $45 for one tiled bedroom, $90 total. I scheduled an afternoon, 1-5 and asked for 30 min lead since I had to drive to my house. The technician arrived around noon, an hour early, and a main company number sent me a notice after he arrived. I left immediately and called the main number telling them I was on my way, I had no way to contact the technician. The dispatcher was rude and non apologetic. When I arrived the tech had already left! I had to kill an hour while I waited for him to return. When he returned he told me the minimum was $90/surface so $90x2. I told him I was given a different price, he shrugged his shoulders, told me there was nothing he could do, and asked if I wanted him to do the work. I chose to do only the carpet, one small bedroom for $90. He finished the room in about 15min and did a terrible job, he didn't even get into the corners! (see all the dog fur in the photo) The next day I received a questionable text with a link to the Steamy Concepts website requesting a review. I was asked to login with my email. No wonder they're rated 4.8, they screen their reviews! I exited out of their website. I'm leaving this review directly on google.

We had water damage a few years ago and I was so stressed. Steamy concepts blew my mind with how effectively they worked with insurance, did spectacular work, and did it fast. They turned a nightmare into a positive experience. I definitely recommend them, especially if you are filing an insurance claim for water damage. They are fast and good.

We opted for the basic clean, and were most unhappy with the results. The carpets did not look any cleaner. We let Steamy Concepts know, and they offered to come back and give a complimentary deep clean. Great results! I do not recommend the basic clean, but I can recommend this company for their awesome customer service!

Great job on our sectional. And Caleb was extremely kind and courteous. I really appreciated his work.

My carpet looks the same if not worst.. was quoted one amount to find out if you want a deep clean you have to pay double that amount.. I could have done this type of cleaning on my own.. guys where in and out in less than 20 minutes. They said I would get pictures sent to my email I have not gotten anything with before and after. I just paid for them to come steam water across my carpet even simple small stains in the hallway where not taken out. One of the closets in the master was not even touched. I am really not happy with the job that was done.

Esteban did an outstanding job on my carpeting, couch, and chair. He was professional and caring. He moved the couch and other furniture, and did a quick, thorough job. I’m really impressed, especially with how the pet stain pre-treatment smells so fresh. I’ll be using Steamy Concepts again, and I’ll ask for Esteban!

We had all the tile cleaned and grout sealed. We went from filthy dirty tile that looked brown to tile and grout that were white and cream. It looked like a completely different floor. Jesse and Esteban were polite, kind and totally professional. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to all. Thank you guys for such a beautiful job. I now feel I can walk on my floors barefooted. 🤗.
