My mother recently had a leak at her home and Steamy Concepts sent out Jason. He was extremely courteous and professional. I later spoke to Matt from their office, and they listened to my worries and concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations and helped my mother out of a very difficult situation. I have used them in the past many times at my home and will continue to use them for my needs. I highly recommend this professional company for your carpet, floors, leaks and the other wonderful things they do. Again, my many special thanks to Matt and Jason for the extreme, professional help they extended to my mother. I am forever grateful.

Are you requesting carpet cleaning too?? Read this: They'll walk into your place with a black light in their hand as if they plan to tackle areas that are not visible to the human eye (as expected when paying their price point). Yet when they 'finish' their job you'll still see carpet stains and pet accidents visibly to the human eye without a black light.. 2 days after their services, high traffic areas walk ways are still stained and any pet areas are still crusty and stained without any black light. Due to them being 'done' I just wanted them out of my damn house. In fact, they were still on my drive way as I was speaking to a local carpet cleaning company here in Tucson, AZ (Steam SmartPro) explaining the results from this place and they offered a better service for half the price and even threw in an additional room at no cost. It's was also shocking how they take before and after pictures yet the main areas where you'd expect to be stainless or cleaned looks the same in the 'after' photo! I also felt that they are very corporate with their tablets at the start of the service and look to cover their additional add ons such as 'deep clean', and 'scent free' offers on top of a carpet clean that you'd expect that to be apart of the job? Speak about results and pricing. Stay away and save your money!

I had a great experience with Steamy Concept! I was able to book my appointment and get seen the same day—about an hour and a half later, which was super convenient. The gentleman on the phone was also very kind and helped me with all my questions. My technician, Austin, was very kind and did an amazing job. He removed some really tough stains and helped me choose the right plan for my carpet needs. I’ll 100% be booking with them again. Timely, friendly, and incredibly convenient!

I had Jesse and Gage from steamy concepts out to my home today 12-12-25 to clean out my dryer vent. These two men were extremely personable and professional. They were very careful moving the dryer and Jesse ensure that everything was up and running before leaving. I will I will certainly call steamy concepts again and ask for these two gentlemen if they are available.

I was impressed with the two people who I spoke with on the phone to make my reservation for tile cleaning, and our technician, Gabriel Bermudez, was wonderful. He gave us the estimate and did the work that very day in less than two hours! My husband didn't think there would be a big difference, but the tile looks like new!!!!

Wow! Had not cleaned the grout since the house was built (15 years ago), so I didn't expect much of an improvement, but... Caleb accomplished a miracle and the grout LOOKS NEW again!! Thank you so much! I am very pleased, and I promise I'll do it more often from now on. :)

On a Sunday night, in a moment of urgency and vulnerability, I reached out to Steamy Carpets from Indianapolis on behalf of my mother in lives in Tucson Arizona . She had suffered a stroke, and her condo required immediate attention to remove soiled carpet. I expected silence until the next business day, especially given the holiday weekend. Instead, within thirty minutes, James returned my call. His calm assurance transformed my anxiety into confidence , he reminded me that this was their work, and that there was no need for embarrassment.

By Monday morning, their technician arrived promptly. He carried himself with professionalism and kindness, reinforcing the promise made the night before. The carpet was in dire condition, yet the results were astonishing , a complete restoration beyond expectation. In a gesture of thoughtfulness, he even set aside my mother’s glasses so they could be delivered to her.

Steamy Carpets demonstrated mastery not only in their craft but in the art of service: swift response, empathy, and execution that exceeded all hope. In a world where reliability is rare, they proved themselves indispensable. I recommend them without hesitation — a flawless 10 out of 10.

The company was able to send out someone right away.
Jason was super knowledgeable as well as patient with all the questions I had. He was friendly and he was able to give me peace of mind that the weird smells were not due to mold.

Shopping for services - I go first for local. Community services are my go-to.
Doubling the disappointment is when I can't write a good review.
Steamy Carpets didn't provide a job well-done - even after two visits. The first was late in the day on Halloween. Tech arrived after 5 PM after many hours on the previous appointment. He did a very fast job - eager to get home for Trick or Treaters.

The "re-do" service call - the tech admitted it had not been a thorough job. His job, too was lacking.

With travel and the Holidays - payment was delayed until the first of January. I had made numerous attempts for management to come see the results of two tries.

I declined making payment and a third try of cleaning - the company had not provided a satisfactory service.

To my shock.....what followed was stunning. The manager said, "If payment wasn't made now - they would be filing a "Theft of services," under AZ Law and the police would be called and coming."

I said, "Are you threatening me? I don't take well to threats - and you have upset me terribly." I am ending the call - because I am sick with the way you are talking to me." He replied, " We will be filing the report."

That law pertains to Landlords and vendors - not tenants and vendors. The threat was clearly there.I am a homeowner, solid member of the community, and pay my bills.

Amazing job. Friendly professional tech. Had serious deep pet related /food/dirt stains in light carpet and the steam cleaning service made carpets look brand new and smell good. Super satisfied with everything!

Easy to schedule, technician called 30 minutes before to confirm arrival time. Anthony reviewed the items to clean and gave us the estimate and how much time it would take. The work was completed in approximately an hour and a half, and then we discussed how long things should take to dry. Things look so much better. I would recommend Anthony and Steamy Concepts.them.

The service from Caleb B was outstanding. He was very professional and detailed. My tile and carpet came out looking like new. He has a great personality and I will recommend him to anyone who needs their services.

Faganpools have always done a good job for us

I'm researching pool service companies and when I see an excellent review for Fagan Pool Service from a guy named Steve Fagan I'm pretty much going to keep looking.

I wish I could choose zero stars. We had the most terrible experience with this pool company. We decided to switch to a new company and hired Fagan pool company. He was offering a living social and agreed to give us the deal and just pay him directly instead of going through living social. We paid him for the two months of service that the deal includes. Steve, the owner cleaned our pool twice and then just disappeared. I thought something had happened to him and text him and left about six voicemails and we never heard back. My sister called from her phone (a number that was unfamiliar) and he answered. By this point we had a new pool company come out to treat our very green pool. I told steve we wanted a refund as he did not complete his end of our business agreement and he hung up on me. I text him pictures of our pool and the cost to get our pool clean again which was $125 and he refused to respond to me. We were never given a refund and feel that he is a crook. We were so disappointed that this happened. Please think twice before hiring this company. It cost us much more money in the end due to their negligence and unprofessionalism.

I have been with Fagan Pool Service for over 3 years now. I am very happy with their service. Our pool is cleaned weekly, we get a confirmation email after each visit with info about the work performed, and they are very pet friendly. I have developed a good relationship with Fagan over the years and would recommend them to anyone.

A great experience. Always on time … keeps our market looking amazing.
