I was very impressed with the service provided. They did a great job and get getting rid of pet stains. I would highly recommend them.

Photos attatched...Our technican just left. He charged 225 for 2 rooms and the small hallway when the special is 99.00 for 3 rooms. Our house is small and it only took him about 20 minutes. I tested a small piece of carpet with my upholstery cleaner afterwards and pulled up a bunch of dirty water. Not a good experience at all. Also we don't have stains, just basic foot traffic.

Mike did a fabulous job on our wall-to-wall carpet. He was very thorough, old coffee stains are gone & he bonded beautifully with our pup 🐾

I hear the radio ad all the time for Steamy Concepts and had no idea how great they really are until I called two days ago to schedule a last minute carpet cleaning! My carpet is so fresh!!! My technician was extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company!

They were amazing! Austin helped us and was so friendly and knowledgable in answering questions. It didn't feel like he was pushing anything on us but did express the options that could help us best and let us decide on a more personalized cleaning for our home. He was incredibly fast and very thorough! They had great communication in advance and showed us who would be coming to clean so we knew what and who to expect. Highly recommend Steamy Concepts. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Easy online booking, smooth process for email/text confirmation and notification a bonus. Tech, Esteban was super informative, highly skilled and very professional. His attention to detail to traffic areas relieved my concern. Had 4 rooms done with pretreat, pet deodorizer, steam cleaned and scotch guarded. Our 23 yo sculptured pattern, cream colored carpet (Mohawk brand w/no. 3 carpet padding) was brought back to life. Thank you! Plus had a tile & grout consult. Impressed by results of sample demo. When asked if they seal grout too, he replied yes. Not able to confirm the grout seal on their online website though. Was a bit surprised of the high total of quote given. 2nd opinion may be required.

Matt and his crew are stellar. My home needed asbestos abatement completed and they nailed it with excellent timing. Ezra has been outstanding to work with. His communication was on point. Use Steamy for all your fire, water and mold issues.

I had an appointment for a simple estimate. It was set from 1pm to 5pm with a 30 minute notice prior to arrival. After waiting all afternoon, I got the 30 minute notice at 4:55pm. 2 minutes later they arrived. So much for the 30 minutes notice. Just shows how little Steamy Concepts cares about customers.

I was referred to Steamy Concepts by my plumber. He said he had a good feeling about this company, and boy was he right! I had a major leak between my walls, resulting in a lot of water damage and mold. They were very responsive to my needs and were able to start right away. All involved were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable, keeping me informed every step of the way (I live out of state from where my property is). They were also honest and fair priced. My interactions were mostly with the project manager, Jason, who was very easy to work with---very customer oriented. I can tell this company really strives for excellence.

I was referred to Tony at Steamy Concepts by a lead specialist who recommended I remove my bathtub.

Tony was very communicative throughout the process and followed up with me at each step. He made himself available to answer my questions and was kind and understanding.

There was something that struck me the most about Tony that I haven’t experienced with other people in this industry- when he told me he would get back to me about something, including the initial quote, he followed through on his word.

After the completion of the project, I hired the lead specialist to perform a clearance test and he said that Steamy Concepts had gone above and beyond with the protocol they employed to ensure my home space was safe.

I appreciate the professionalism and customer care from Tony and the other employees who worked on the project.
Chris was also notably communicative and respectful.

I would definitely hire Steamy Concepts again for another project and recommend them highly as a place that will communicate effectively, charge reasonable rates and stay with you throughout the process.

I was really disappointed with this carpet cleaning service. They rushed through the job in just 20 minutes, and for $180, it definitely didn’t feel worth it. They offered a $300 option for a better cleaning, but I declined shouldn't a standard cleaning be done properly in the first place? I even went out of my way to clear out everything in the house, yet they still missed my closets and some areas entirely. In the end, I had to buy a Bissell carpet cleaner to do the job myself. Wouldn't recommend.

We just moved and needed my couch cleaned. I called and spoke to William who gave me a quote of $15/linear feet. I asked him repeatedly just linear feet and not sq feet, he said yes. Anthony Nunez shows up and tells me its $20/linear feet. Very inconsistent information and price quotes. I went ahead and had him do the job as it needed to be done but wanted to pass on this experience for others to be aware.

Michael did a great job. Carpets look great. Did an expensive wool rug with the right process and cleaned a big pet stain perfectly.
