These guys are great! I started a DIY job on my pool equipment and ran into some trouble. I called Rob and he gave me some temporary instructions, and then came over to complete my project and make a couple repairs as well. My advice is to just call them first!

Great company, gave them a call & was completely satisfied with their service. Rob the new owner is such a nice man. They fixed my problem right away & my pool tech does such a good job. Highly recommend them.

Just used Oasis Pool Service for the first time. We were very impressed with April (in the office) helping us with getting our pool motor issue fixed using our American Home Shield policy. She had Jim come and assess the problem the day after calling her. She then ordered the new motor and called us to schedule the install. Jim and Ryan were very professional, knowledgeable and installed the new motor along with answering our questions.
We’ve always used a different pool repair company in the past but after the great service we received from April and Jim we definitely will use Oasis again!!

Oasis was contacted as our service provider through AHS when our pool pump died on Saturday. Their service was so prompt. I spoke with April on Monday and she scheduled our service for Tuesday. They had to replace the pump which was professionally, kindly and promptly done on Wednesday! They were awesome, from the first contact with April as well as Ryan and Jim, the technicians. I would definitely recommend them! So glad AHS finally has a great SERVICE tech for pools again! Thank you.

Oasis did a spa repair and a pool timer replacement. I had some follow up work that needed to be done and they were quick to respond and get things working. I'd recommend them!!

Bobbie is a great technician at Oasis pools. He is very personable , does a great job , really knows pools and is always willing to go the extra mike. Overall Oasis pools is a very good company

Called to schedule a service technician come out regarding a pool motor and pump. My call was handled by April with the out most care and professionalism that you expect when dealing with a reputable company. Service call was scheduled the next business day. On time arrival and inspection. Ordered a new motor and pump. Called ahead to set an appointment for the install that also works for us. A new motor and pump was installed by one of their pool technicians professionally. Great Service and customer care experience. 5 Stars all the way around.

If you complain about there poor service, April will threaten to call the police, I have saved all coptact with Oasis, currently thereOver 30 minutes late today, wish we all could show up to our jobs whenever we felt ljke it, Oamis you deserve 0 stars, totally unprofessional. The gym I go to has this company, and three time a week they are not on time, and unprofessional. I urge you to never use this company they WILL let you down, so wish I could give 0 stars

Update, I have contacted another pool cleanning service that will beat your thvoice price. I spoke with April and was compeled to find a way for people to save money and recieve depenable, on time cleanning. I will be contacting BBB, as this company and staff are subpar and paying customers deserve quality, which you will not recieve here

April, so glad you brought up the 8 minutes. We botn know this is about a lot more than 8 minutes, so dont lie to the people of Tucson, this is about a pattern of poor service, and excusses. Oasis does not care about customer service, I urge you seek cleanning service ANYWHERE else, you will thank me later. 8 minutes matter, regardless what Oasis belives

FIVE STARS!! This company is the best! The customer service person and the tech, Jim worked tirelessly to get my spa up and running within 24 hours. The spa was dirty and not working. I wanted to use it by Thanksgiving evening. Oasis delivered! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We have used Oasis for several years now, and I have to say I have had outstanding service from them the entire time. Excellent pool maintenance, communication, interaction...they have been a pleasure to do business with. Props to Hector who has been supervising some recent work, and his dedication is commendable. Oasis is so much better than our original service when we purchased our home, definitely recommend them!

Oasis Pool Service is by far the most Superior pool service company in Tucson! I have been using them for several years now and never had one issue!

W.O.W! What an amazing service. From the office, to the specialist. O.P.S. got it done. I use my robotic pool vacuum in between visits, and it's working out perfectly. They handle the chemicals/ balance/ REAL cleaning, you name it. Most of all, INCREDIBLE Customer service and interaction. I'd highly recommend them, but I don't want to share em lol ;)

Our HOA has used Oasis Pool Service to maintain the two pools in our community for many years. They have been the only pool service I have experienced since I moved to the community in 2018. Their staff is efficient and friendly. Juan is always willing to answer any general questions I might have about the process of maintaining our pools. The company is very responsive to emergency as they might arise.

Posting a huge appreciation to Oasis Pools thanks to employee CASEY. He was incredibly helpful, he explained the pool cleaning process that Oasis uses, he helped me understand the chemicals and the ways to be sure that the pool is healthy, sparkling and in great shape. He really took the time to be sure I was comfortable and confident. I highly recommend Oasis (especially if you can work with Casey) for home or commercial residential pool service. Thank you Casey!
