Very impressed by the service I received and how clean my carpet is now. I had severe cat stains/ urine odor and now it’s all gone! The service rep was very knowledgeable about how best to treat my pet mess and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Jay was awesome! Gave me a warning he was on the way and showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Carpets are much cleaner and it didn’t take very long at all. Will definitely use again for our carpet care.

Very impressed with my cleaning!

This was a same-day Service. I had a guest dog staying in my house and he peed all over the carpets and my dog peed on my sofa. Needless to say, I was not happy With either of these dogs. I have never seen company clean carpets the same way and I was very happy that he was willing to explain every step of his process. This will be my carpet cleaning company going forward.

from the minute, I called for an approximate quote, to updating me on arrival window, and then the hard work by Nate cleaning our carpets. They turned out great, and he was very conscientious in testing our area rugs beforehand. Very happy with our first experience using XeroRes

Due to the blatant raving reviews, we chose Zerorez to clean our carpets before we were getting a brand new couch delivered. Our technician was Brayden. We expressed concerns over the smell and Brayden guaranteed a more expensive treatment would eliminate said smell. After a day or two after treatment, the smell remained. When I reached out to the company, they said they could send him back out but if there was a lingering smell, we would be charged again to get rid of it. Mind you, at this point we were already $359 + tip down and the issue wasn't resolved. I felt and still feel this is a crooked practice as the original issue wasnt resolved with what was supposed to be a guarantee fix said by Brayden. Someone named Josh reached out from the company, wanted to know how our experience went, asked if we were told about a 'Plan B' when my fiance signed the papers but we weren't. Brayden told my fiancé he was just signing paperwork just to acknowledge the work was done.

It's great that the community seems to benefit from this company based on the reviews but given that we now have to hire another company to fix what a 5 star company couldn't with $374, feels absurd.

From beginning to end, this was a smooth and pleasant experience. Did the sofa/loveseat combo cleaning. Was able to schedule online after being able to read all the information. I received a phone call the day before to go over everything and to answer any questions (which I did have). I am sorry I can't remember her name, but she was extremely polite and pleasant on the phone and did answer all my questions. Owen was my technician. He called me about 15 minutes out and was right on time. When I answered the door, he was smiling and shook my hand and introduced himself. SUPER pleasant and personable! I felt very comfortable with him. He explained everything before starting. Had me check each piece after cleaning and answered my questions as he went along. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

Another great service call from Zerorez. We've used them for years and couldn't be happier with the quality and value from Zerorez. Special thanks to our technician today, Brayden. Great communication, thorough cleaning and very personable. We'll absolutely be seeing them back again.

Jay was our cleaning technician. He was very thorough and explaining the cleaning process. Asked if I had questions and made suggestions to maintain the carpet until the next cleaning. He was great and we had a good experience. Would like to have Jay to come back clean our carpet and tile the next time. Our carpet looks practically brand new! Highly recommend Zerorez!

Christian was our technician and he was great! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I have MCAS and other chronic diseases and I am susceptible to chemicals. We needed our bathroom grout to be clean and sealed. He had to resurface our bathrooms. The sealant had an acetone smell, I stayed completely away from the areas. He used some fans to dry the sealant faster. By the time he was done with the carpets, the smell of the sealant was gone! The product to clean the grout has an alcohol like smell but it also evaporates fast. I do wear a gas mask for my MCAS but I found it unnecessary here for me.
I will continue use their services. As far as the price goes, they were upfront with the charges, you also have to know that the technician has to measure the areas for the grout to be clean, and if resurfacing it is needed, there is an extra charge for that, and either you approve it or not. Simple, ask the prices, get a tentative quote and when you see the technician get over the final quote.

I caught the technician at my neighbors house and asked if he could work in my one 8x10 rug. He called his boss and lo and behold he was able to do it! I was so very grateful! I just moved in here and have so much yet to do. This was one thing checked off that list! And the rug looks fantastic!

Great customer service and explained the whole process thoroughly. Once finished with one room he would stop and all if approved . We had black stains and now all looks 100% better. Odor is better. Tile looks cleaner. Great prices

Appointment scheduled for 11-1.Technician called 30 minutes prior to scheduled time to give arrival time, was very punctual. Introduced himself, went over what was to be done, gave cost of services to be done. Made certain we knew exactly what he was doing. He was pleasant, friendly and very efficient in his job. We were pleased with the finished job. January 21,2026 addendum..... It has been about a month since ZeroRez cleaned our carpet and I want to update the results. The whole point of using them was their claim that no residue is left behind, that is a lie. Our carpet feels like cardboard when we walk on it in bare feet now, was not like that prior to cleaning. When I vacuum the carpet, there is streaks of discoloration visible that were not there prior to the cleaning. The carpet was 2 years old, not the most expensive, but not cheap either. The extra sealant they applied, for an upcharge of $100, does not prevent spotting as promised either, it seems to have enhanced them even when immediately wiped up with a wet cloth. All in all, I feel they are just another company that fails to live up to the hype they promise and they push added services that fail to meet promised results, to bloat the bill. Would not recommend them to have carpet cleaned.

Waited last minute to get someone to come clean the carpets. Called Monday to have my carpet cleaned because I am moving out. They were able to come the next day! Very fast and reliable services

Miguel called and arrived early. Very professional, and informative. Explained the process and we had a walk through before he left. Our carpets look great. We are very satisfied with Zerorez and will book them again and again.

We give Zero Rez an A+Carpet cleaning cleaning rating! We had a service come out a few days before. When they finished, the carpets in our home were worse and just looked dirty! The carpets weren’t clean, smelled so badly after they cleaned that for two days we slept in the RV. I called Zero Rez and they came to our rescue immediately! They did a great job and the horrible smell disappeared. Not sure what the other company did. We have had our carpets cleaned before and we are meticulous housekeepers! We don’t use shoes in the house and we don’t have pet stains. Whatever the previous company did, the carpets smelled offensive afterwards. Zero Rez came in and took care of our carpets and, when Zero Rez was done, the carpets not only smelled great, the carpets were cleaner and brighter! Thanks to Danny with Zero Rez we are back inside of our home. Thank you, Danny!!

Zerorez was fantastic! Owen was our tech. He was great. He had all the info, super friendly. Our carpets had stains from the previous owner. Some new staining like teas and food. The service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Mariano from Zerorez arrived on time and went over the entire process and billing with us. He worked diligently for nearly 3 hours as we had several rooms of carpet and tiled floors to be cleaned. He was thorough and professional throughout his time at our home. The results are excellent, especially considering the carpet and tiled floors are over 20 years old. Well done and we highly recommend Zerorez services.

Had zerorez come out to do a carpet cleaning because I was moving out and the carpet doesn’t even look the same! They look brand new I was super impressed. The gentleman who helped me was well informed and answered all my questions. Definitely worth the price!
