So I’ve been told my pool pump is fried and so is the electrical stuff around it. I’ve spent all week calling, waiting and getting estimates. John from Official pools AZ was the first to say my pump was good and he could replace all electrical stuff for a fraction of the other estimates. He also recommended an electrician (Lytle Electrics). Electrical is no joke so I went with his recommendation and John was right the pump is good and now up and running! Even though John didn’t do the work, he was very honest from the start and was quick to respond to my call and texts, which I find is important nowadays. Thank you John! You are awesome, I am at the point of switching just because :)

This company is the best the owner John goes above and beyond to provide service and will give you a heads up if he sees something that needs to be replaced before it's to late and completely brakes he is in my book better than any other pool company I have used

John and official pools AZ is a really great pool service. If you are looking for full pool service or just chem service I would recommend this company! I have had zero water issues since having them.

Official Pools AZ is by far the best pool service in southern Arizona. We have been with them for almost 2 years and have no problems. Over 10 years, I have used 4 other companies in Tucson and they cannot compete with Official Pools AZ. Professional, punctual and perfect.

John is a total lifesaver. I was trying to save money over winter and let my pool sit. BIG MISTAKE. I was able to keep it under control by myself for awhile and then the green got away from me. I called a person recommended in the community forum and he did a chemical treatment and was servicing weekly, but it was going green again and I kept getting excuses about how long it would actually take to kill, etc. I posted on the forum again and John messaged me that he used to work for my old pool company years ago and was familiar with my pool. I scheduled a service and within 72 hours my pool was swimmable. I've had John as my guy for over a year now and he's never failed me. He shows up every week, keeps the pool healthy, and tries to maintain my equipment to get me the most life out of them (and they are OLD). He tells me in advance if a component is starting to wear out so I have a couple months to plan for the expense. Highly recommend this guy for your pool love. He's dependable, effective, and personable. You da man, John!

When we first moved into our home last year, our pool desperately needed help. We did not know where to start. I called someone who took a look and wasn’t helpful at all. I found John and his company and I was so thankful! He’s been maintaining my pool monthly for about a year and thanks to him it’s beautiful and safe to swim in. He is extremely knowledgeable which I was very impressed with. I trust that my pool is in good hands. John is very dependable and excellent at communication. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and that’s so important these days.

I was in need of a full service pool company and John has been so easy to work with, working around my schedule to keep the pool and hot tub super clean. The couple times I had mechanical issues with pool equipment he was out within 24 hours to diagnose and repair. Would absolutely recommend!
