First off, I want to say that the carpeted areas of our home look incredible. There is no odor, but rather, a clean scent throughout. The technician, Owen was very thorough and his procedure was very orderly. He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. I don’t think we could be happier! We have had issues with our traumatized Bulldog. Although I was prompt in addressing accidents, there were areas we hadn’t noticed. Owen explained that there were a couple of ways to handle the areas and he was right! You absolutely cannot tell there was ever a problem. I personally have worked very hard and still not been able to remove all that he was able to do. The picture I attached is how our carpets look when they were first installed, and this is normally a high traffic area and one that our puppy had left some of her anxiety! By far the best cleaning service we have ever had!

My white shag rug had some brutal stains and Zerorez was able to clean them up beautifully! The technician was so pleasant and professional. See my pictures of before and after. I opted to have a protectant put on after cleaning. I also had my bedroom area rug cleaned and it looks great too.
I will definitely use them again.

I was happy with the carpet cleaning in the bedrooms, however they ruined their rating when it came to my large area rug.
They cleaned it and the whole rug dried rippled. This became a huge trip hazard.

I reached out twice to see what could be done and basically was told I had to mist it and put furniture or weights on the corners. I do not own weights and my furniture is not heavy enough to stretch it.
They offered to stretch it for another fee which I don't feel i should have to pay as a result of the cleaning.
The rug is not usable and I have had to remove it.
No one returned my call on Friday which they said they would do. I tried to resolve the issue twice reasonably and was told they did their job".
I have used zerorez in another State and was very pleased.
They have zero customer service and zero customer satisfaction from me!
I would not recommend them and will not use them again.

Zero Rez serviceman Christian showed up early and priced out the rooms and rugs for me. He got right to work and never stopped. What a dude! Our floors and rugs look like new, even the kitchen floor.
However, the cat 🐈 was not a fan as she was in her kennel. She told me that she likes her clean rug!

Jorge did an amazing job! He explained all the options and was extremely thorough. He did not rush and was attentive to all the details. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, steps, large area rug and sectional cleaned.

Dave at Eco Pure did a fantastic job on the windows for my real estate listing. He cleaned both the inside and outside windows & cleaned the mirrors as well. I would highly recommend him!

It's not every day that a business will go the extra mile to make things great. Dave came by an hour before the photographer to ensure that all the windows were in great shape for the photos. The photos are great and the home shows beautifully!
