The technician was thoughtful, asked questions and truly listened to what we wanted. He explained every step he took very thoroughly, showed me the equipment and how they were used and why, asked if I had questions, and he answered all of them clearly and with care. At the completion of each phase, he asked me if I was satisfied. He explained what to expect when he was finished entirely. He was polite throughout the process and cleaned up after promptly. We were truly impressed with the professionalism, integrity, and care.

Easiest cleaning service I’ve ever used. Use the online order form, so many add-ons or special options. Great communication, super service on the day of. Nice technicians couldn’t have asked for anything else ….plus cheap prices !!

Zerorez is fantastic. The communication is excellent from start to finish. We had carpet cleaned, tile floors cleaned and a loveseat cleaned. Couldn't be more happy with the results.

The technicians were very efficient, on time and fastidious. After speaking with them about the grout cleaning service we agreed to use the service. They were kind enough to stay and clean and seal the grout the same day as the carpet cleaning I would rate them ten stars if that were a choice.

Zerorez accommodated my last minute request for a cleaning of two areas before the holiday. The service agent was prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional. The results were amazing! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing carpet cleaning services.

First time user of this company and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Our 14 year old dog had an accident this morning and immediately needed to go the vet at 4am and unfortunately had to be put down. The last thing I wanted to think about was cleaning the carpet and they came out same day and were very sympathetic and got the mess cleaned up asap. It’s the random curveball of life and Christian came and made everything seamless. Couldn’t recommend them more !

The technician was prompt and polite, the communication was excellent, just prepare yourself for sticker shock. Signed up for a deal online and of course once in the house it goes from $300 to $1900 to treat pet stains/urine areas. If the job they advertise is the same price as buying a full-size carpet cleaner then just do that and know in advance that anything more than that will probably run you quadruple what they initially quote. I am sure that treating pet stains properly requires more than just a spritz and a vacuum but when I see “deep clean” I do not think that means a regular carpet shampoo. You can also rent a rug doctor for $40-50 and it appears to do the same job.

The tech was prompt and called before arrival. He was careful with furniture and answered all my questions. The machine was quieter than other services I have experienced. I feel the Zerorez process cleaned the carpets deeply without getting overly wet. I had several places where the carpet was deeply stained and the machine had no problem cleaning without extra effort needed by the tech

Zerorez did just what I needed!! The carpet that they worked on was very heavily pet soiled, but they were up for the task and willing to work within our budget. George arrived and very carefully listened to my concerns and discussed all our options. There was no sugarcoat either, the expectation was set with realistic intent. This was important to me because so many can be so naive and have unrealistic expectations. While our carpet isn't perfect, it's absolutely better than it was! George did an amazing job and we are so very happy with our decision. Thank you Zerorez!!

I am updating what was a bad review from a bad job, but it seems to be an anomalous incident and was just bad luck with that particular technician. The manager Josh reached out to us first thing Monday and he obviously really cares about customers and the company. He made it right today and came back out personally with one of his best guys to make sure it was done right and help out. The Tucson Zerorez went above and beyond to make us happy after a bad experience. My carpets look great now, they got the stains out and they look spotless and white again. I recommend this company because if you have bad luck and it isn’t perfect, they will fix the job.

We have used Zerorez for several years now and love the company, customer services, and end results. Had Christian today and he was so knowledgeable and provided excellent quality workmanship! Highly recommend!!

The service was excellent and what a fantastic job on the carpet. The carpet in my dad's home is over 15 years old and I don't think he ever cleaned professionally and my e once or twice with a rented carpet cleaner.
I didn't hold out high hopes of the carpet looking decent.
Oh my word! The carpet looks amazing. Plush, clean even a few stains that were bad are gone.
I would highly recommend this company.
Our service tech was very professional, mindful of my dad's home, friendly and explained what he had done as well as answer my questions.
I am sad that I don't remember his name though.

This was the 1st time I got my carpet cleaned by a company Danny was the person that took care of me. I very happy with the results he has great customer service knows what he is doing and very professional and respectful thank you for a great experience he did a awesome job will be doing this more often...

Had another wonderful experience with Zerores today! We bought a home that was totally tiled that really needed help (the house was built in 2006 and don’t know if it had ever been deep cleaned before). The tile really came to life and became 3 shades lighter! Zerores is our go-to company for floor cleaning. Our tech, Andres, did a fantastic job. Many thanks, Zerores!

I'm very impressed with Zerorez's operation. From the ease of obtaining a quote on line and very quick scheduling. They were kind enough to move my date up one day as well. James cleaned the kitchen tile as well as two bathrooms. The floors were pristine. My 20 year old floors look brand new! James worked dilligently on getting the dirt and grime removed as well as sealing the grout. I will be calling them again!

FANTASTIC. Cleaning professional let me know how many minutes away he was so I could put my pets away. He went over everything with me and adjusted the price until I felt comfortable. The cleaning went by very fast, he knew exactly what he was doing, and then he went over after care instructions. He did such a fantastic job, I am so incredibly happy.

They was such filth on the carpets before because I was so afraid of how expensive it was going to be but he made it all nice and clean for me. No more filth! I am so incredibly happy. Thank you so much
