Gordon is local and his price was no different than several of the big companies. He arrived on time, was very polite, courteous, and professional. We have a dog and tortioues, both in door and he got their stains out. He helped us move furniture and did an amazing job. I will forward tocall him back.

I have used two carpet cleaning companies before. One guy cannot make the schedule after 2-week waiting. Also the previous carpet cleaning guy told me that my carpet is in bad shape and shall be replaced.

so I called All in one. Gordon is nice to schedule a timely visit. His brother Bobby came and did a great job. He checked the dirty spots and explained to me the carpet is in very good condition, and there is no need to replace them. He cleaned the 2 rooms and then it is getting dark. So he returned the next day and cleaned the rest.

After the cleaning, the carpet looks like new, in comparison to the so so job the previous companies performed. The staff also explained to me the difference in terms of chemicals/process to get carpet cleaned. This is the company you want to use. I will never go back to the previous carpet cleaning companies. All in one has my future job!

Recommend! First time using them. I was previously using steamy concepts and their prices just kept going up. Bobby showed up on time. He was so polite and informative. He did a great job!! Our carpets have never been so clean! We will be using them from now on.

We had a flood in our house which G&G restoration took care of. They did such a great job on our house that when they recommended All in one we didn't hesitate to call them. We have been using All in One Carpet Cleaning for several years now and they are by far the best I have ever used. Being in the multi-housing industry I have used several carpet cleaners and have not been satisfied with the cleaning. I was so lucky to have found Gordon and his company and I highly recommend them. Gordon and his brother did an excellent job cleaning our sawtillo tile. After taking off 35 years of built up sealer our tile looks like it did when it was first installed. They are a local company and after getting 3 bids they were the lowest cost. Hardworking, contentious, dependable on time and on budget. They never complained and moved our furniture and plants. I strongly recommend this company.

Highly recommend! Gordon and Bobby did an outstanding job cleaning both carpeted and tile areas, including a few problem spots. They were very mindful of pets and protecting furniture and walls during their work. Friendly, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable, they were exceptional in every way. Gordon's earlier, very reasonable estimate was exactly the final price, no surprise add-ons. No need to spend hours and days looking for the right company for your cleaning project, All In One is all you need.

Gordon and his crew went above and beyond. They had the expertise and equipment to restore our 'old style' Saltillo tile which had multiple layers of solvent based sealant that needed to be removed. And they did it at a reasonable price.

Did an inspection on a vacant home while one of your guys was working. Carpets looked absolutely amazing. Made some small talk and found out it was rented to a smoker and honestly I woulda never guessed it with how thorough the service was. I’ll be spreading the word

Our carpets and tile hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. We were amazingly impressed by the work the day. In three days my carpet was cleaned as well as an area rug. Gordon and Bobby have now done 3 jobs for me and have done an amazing job with each of them. Carpets and tile practically look brand new after they were done. They are also very responsive and affordable. Highly recommend!

Zerorez came out after another carpet cleaner I hired did an inadequate job of cleaning a soiled area of my guest room. I was very pleased with the result and Owen did an excellent job. I plan to use Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Zero Rez Tucson is no longer 4.9 star company it used to be. I am amazed at how their standards have changed downward. From dishonesty in the front office to total disregard for care of the customer and quality of work in the home. The first of the three issues was not nearly as disturbing has the last two - First - I asked and kindly shared multiple times with the front office - for an appointment NO earlier than 10am - so the office gave me the 10am to 12 spot - I work at night so I am not asleep until 5am, so the time I shared with them, was very important and I kindly expressed that to them. None the less, the tech started ringing my phone an hour and half early to get started. The next two issues were far more damaging and reflective of the companies downward standard changes. I was in another room when the tech was cleaning the tile, and I heard a banging noise, I rushed to find out what the noise was and the tech was literally banging the the cleaning machine - back and forth against the custom made, hand stained and varnished cabinets. Imagine, having a tech, pushing and BANGING back and forth a heavy machine, with water pouring out, against your wood kitchen cabinets. It was honestly surreal - I kindly said, hey , hey wooo !
and took a deep breath, we got past that, got vacuum and quickly tried to all the water that had gone under cabinets out. Moving on, we get to payment. I had previously varied with the office that I could use the $20.00 discount CARD I had received from them (Zero Rez Tucson) the last time they cleaned, I was specific and said the "the $20.00 discount card I had received the last time they came so there would be NO confusion. When I handed the card to the tech for the discount he said, "no you can't use this card for the discount" I kindly explained, I verified with the office that, "I could use this card" - he said, let me call and check' . The answer was "no you have to have a coupon" - I again very nicely shared, "but I was specific and said I had the gift CARD" Again, they would not HONOR what I was told. I don't know of a reputable company that won't stand behind - what they tell a customer but like everything else with this experience there was no regard for , the customer, my property or honoring their word. This is NOT the same service I have had in years past. My guess they are relying on their relying on, previous 5 stars to now give one star service. The reason for one star was, the tech really nice.
