I had two recliners and one couch cleaned. Both turned out great! The price was quite reasonable. The technician was polite and professional. The drying time was short.

Setting an appointment was fast and easy. Ben, was prompt and called 15 minutes before coming. He was very friendly, welcoming, engaging, and professional. He didn’t try to upsell, the price quoted was the price he charged. When asking for additional services, he explained that it wasn’t really needed. That’s an honest business man. He tackled some pretty tough fast food and auto grease stains. He was honest to say he wouldn’t be able to remove them completely, due to the age and type of carpet. However, the majority of the stain was gone. Will recommend to anyone needing services.

Cactus Carpet Cleaning did a great job for us. We don't have any carpet in our house but one large rug and several small ones. We also have a loveseat that needed cleaning. Setting up the appointment was easy and Ben showed up right on time. He is professional and personable, and did a really good job. Everything looks great again. We won't hesitate to use this company again!

Ben was such a nice guy and he did a wonderful job! We had some really dark carpet stains and pet stains so we got the steam cleaning, brushing, and pet treatment on 2 rooms. Before he started he said he wasn't sure he could get it all out, but he ended up making my carpet look great! If I ever need any carpet/tile/etc cleaning I will definitely be contacting them again 👍

After visiting the other Spa dealerships in the Tuscon area, we Chose Tuscon Pool & Spa for their "Tahatian" Spa. So Glad we Did! They were the most professional, most knowledgeable, and pleased to educate my wife and I on their product, and commitment to providing us with service after the purchase. They committed to having the Spa delivered and installed with 3-4 weeks. They met their commitment. I called them yesterday with a few questions, they answered them in a manner that made me feel comfortable, and solved my issue!

NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR POOL!!! They were “taking care” of our pool for two months. On the days they were “supposed” to be cleaning pool, I would come home to find dirt and sand still in the bottom of our pool, along with stuff floating on top that was there before they supposedly showed up. I checked my chlorine feeder, only to find that there was exactly ZERO CHLORINE TABLETS in the feeder. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Do yourself a huge favor and hire someone else, or just do it yourself! I would have left negative stars if this would have let me.

We are new to town and have a Maytronics Dolphin pool vacuum. A mouse ate the backwash fabric inside the basket, so we went in and expected to buy an entire basket ($160). The folks there were so helpful and found us the fabric piece for $10! It is rare to find a company that is honest and doesn’t try to unnecessarily up-sell. Thank you! We will be back to support this business.

There was a little issue with my pool service however Patrick, Josh and Walter took care of it right away and got me back on track within days. I really appreciated the quick and excellent customer service.

They have done an excellent job of servicing our pool the last 7 years! The owner is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any maintenance issues we have had. They have kept our pool sparkling year after year - year round - and have such nice pool techs. Highly recommend them!

We are new to the area and Tucson Pool and Spa came highly recommended and now I see why. We had some extra things we needed help with and from the very first phone call Josh was so helpful. He and Pat treated us with such respect and never made us feel like our questions were dumb. They went out of their way to make sure our system was working at its best and that we were well informed. They never pushed us to purchase more than we wanted but truly listened to our needs and helped make that happen. We will highly recommend them to anyone with pool or spa needs.

These guys are lifesavers! Literally. We didn't have room or the need for a huge spa and they had one that was just the right size. The salt system, even with Tucson's hard water, feels much better than other options. The install team had a hard time but they were great all the way through. Very friendly staff who are happy to teach you how to properly maintain your spa. Recommended.

I have had extensive work done on my pool and the guys at TPS are the BEST! They are affordable, their techs are knowledgeable and they get the job done. I recently had my pool valves replaced and Robert was thorough and fast. Thank you TPS!
