Tucson Pool and Spa has done weekly pool service for many years. Darren does a great job with chemicals, brushing steps and emptying baskets.

Tucson pool and spa came to provide repairs. Cale my technician was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Set up my app and walked me through process for maintenance. I highly recommend Tucson pool and spa co. But especially recommend Cale for all repairs.

Recently had my pool service switched to Tucson Pool & Spa. When I reached out to inquire about having a heater added to my system, Cale was very responsive and answered all my questions and walked me through the process. He explained what all needed to be done and made it happen, very happy!

TPS staff and service are excellent. They help us every season balance our pool chemicals and get our pool looking beautiful. This year was a persistant algae bloom (suspected from our pool cover) and I found myself brushing the pool and adding chlorine daily. Spoke to the staff at TPS and they recommended Pool RX Plus, and the problem was resolved immediately. Our pool looks perfect. Thank you TPS for your knowledge and expertise. We recently had our pool pump replaced by TPS. Our technician, Cale, was professional, efficient and had the whole system up and running whisper quiet within a few days. He even rerouted our pipes so that the system would run more effectively. We highly recommend this company for service and repairs.

Took my money to build an in ground spa and was not licensed to do so. Then outsourced it to another unlicensed person who actually built it and never got permits. TPS knew all this and lied trying to hide it. Unethical and without a soul…pool safety…I have 2 small kids. Alex the owner and this company are a threat to public safety.

My Maytronics Dolphin robot needed service. Maytronics advised that Tucson Pool & Spa is an an authorized service center for their line of pool cleaning robots in Tucson. Met with Walter. He was friendly. Provided great service and advice on my robot. He answered all my questions and presented options. Left a happy customer. I'll be back for future needs.

I recently purchased a hot tub from Tucson Pool & Spa. As a single woman, the difficult tasks of finding a contractor to pour the cement slab and finding an electrician to add the power source were major obstacles. When I was told that they handle the entire process, I was delighted. Everything was accomplished smoothly and I last night I enjoyed a soak under the stars. Sweet success!

They are ok, everyone was always helpful, kind and very professional. Alex was always on top of it and great with communication, Walter has been great also. They did a great job on our pool refinishing, seemed a little disorganized when it came to picking tile and quartz color (the people in store couldn't tell us what tiles were included in the quoted price, and we did have a couple small hiccups that were ultimately corrected easily and professionally. The other disorganization related to canceling the pool service, having to call multiple times because the tech still was coming by for several weeks. Our reason for canceling was the technician wasn't doing anything to balance the pH despite me saying something and despite the heavy scaling that was occurring right after a brand new fill. He said it was good but we never saw him actually test our water and I tested and i was able to correct the issue myself and started caring for it ourselves. Had their weekly services for about 2 years and we still use their service to clean the DE filter.

*update* if you need warranty work on pool vacuum expect 1-3months turn around. We have been waiting over 2 months and it been challenging at times to get a call back from the repair person to see if we can get a loaner. Maybe they are busy or don't have anything new but communication means a lot

Purchased a spa from Tucson Pool and Spa. They are proud to be a family owned business and have many employees that have worked for them for many years. They were professional, communicate and are very friendly throughout the process. I feel we can trust them to assist us throughout or usage of the spa/ We will now use them for our pool also. We would buy from them again. Low pressure no pressure sales which is always appreciated. Highly recommend.

We contacted Tucson Pool and Spa to replace our pool pump and heater for our spa. Cale came to look over our pool set up and give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and personable. For the work we needed done we felt the estimate was reasonable and decided to go with Tucson Pool and Spa. Cale had the work done in two days and the pool is now in great shape!

Great product, customer service, and warranty service with a full installation package.

These guys worked with us and got us an amazing spa. In addition, they were able to quote and install the required electrical and concrete pad. They're a full package store. If we had to do it all again, I would absolutely stick with Tucson Pool and Spa.

Just had a warranty claim through Pentair with Tucson Pool and Spa and the service was excellent. Cale their service representative was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and did a great job getting my pool system running again. I would definitely use them again and ask for Cale to do the work. Great service!

I've been with Tucson Pool & Spa for just about a year now; much better service than I have experienced before: reliability and thoroughness.

I went in to get a UV light for my pool .. to help with toning down the level chlorine I need. I spoke with the owner who showed me the units they had and we talked for 15 to 20 minutes and verbally told me it would be about $1500 with labor... I know it included roughly the labor because he figured the cost of the unit and potential man hours... We scheduled a day... I put it in real time in my phone while he was scrambling on his end because the person that does appointments was not there... I took off that day from work... no one showed up. Someone showed up a few days later (completely different day of the week), calling me after they left and not before saying they already did the inspection and would send me the quote. I told them that it wasn't even the right day we scheduled, and that they said they told me it be same day which is why I took off from work. He said it would be an easy job.. so I figured ok its going to be the same as what they originally told me, I even said that price and he didn't say different. I received the quote in email a few days later for nearly $3K which was double the price he originally suggested, also with a letter at the bottom of the quote NOW charging and additional $150 for the quote.. if the quote was not accepted I would need to pay for the quote. This was never discussed, and I never signed ANYTHING... they continue to call me to call for this money saying there will be late fees now. So rather than have to deal with this harassment I just decided to pay this $150 and in return I will write this review on google which is the truth. Unprofessional. - In their reply they claim the quote is only 2300 and need to do extra plumbing? What they mean is they wanted to use the existing chlorinator (TAKE IT OUT) and use the plumbing that was already there to get into the filter.. how is that extra plumbing? they are hijacking what I have and disabling it to make the job easier (and then the price is the $2300+) but they also fail to mention this in their reply. If it was extra plumbing cost shouldn't I retain full functionality of my chlorinator and not have to remove it to make the Job easier (as he told me on the phone?)
