I highly recommend Sapphire Pool Service. I had some significant issues with my pool, and a "pool guy" who seemed lost trying to get the pool usable. I contacted Tom at Sapphire Pool and he was able to come out the next day. Tom was professional, very knowledgeable, and a really nice guy to boot. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and got right to it. In no time the Pool looked great and was usable again. To top it off his prices were very reasonable.

What an interesting experience I had with my brief involvement with this company!

I just purchased a house in Tucson that had a saltwater pool being serviced by Sapphire Pool Service. After escrow closed, the service guy continued to show up once a week to service the pool. He never mentioned that I need to contact the office to continue service, and the fact that he kept showing up led me to assume (I know....never ass-u-me!) that I would simply start receiving a monthly invoice.

Fast forward a few weeks, and I just returned from a business trip, only to find that these guys have bailed on the service, and the pool now needs to be completely drained, cleaned, and restarted fresh, because while I was away the pool had turned into a swamp. I called and spoke to the owner of Sapphire, who instead of hearing me out, literally talked over me the entire time, essentially saying it wasn't his fault. I honestly couldn't get a word in until I had to firmly tell him to stop talking and LISTEN.

Granted, I will take some responsibility in this for assuming that things would continue status quo, but neither time that I spoke to his guy servicing the pool was there any mention of me needing to do something for the service to continue. It seems that a simple protocol of he or his service guy handing me a card and asking me to call the office, would go a LONG way towards winning another satisfied customer, but in explaining that to the owner, it was obvious that it fell on completely deaf ears.

My new pool service provider starts next week.....lesson learned.

This review is long over due on my part. True Blue was fantastic! Brett was honest, thorough, informative, timely and put everything back in it's place. He saved me quite a bit of money analyzing the issue and discovering the fix only required a replacement part. I would recommend them every time.

My in laws use true blue aren't the best at Google but Anthony is their tech they say he's fast effective and does a great job consistently

What sets Anthony apart is how well he communicateshe takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why, which gives us a great deal of confidence in the care of our pool. Communication is key, when they are not able to come out, they text, call or email, letting you know. This by far has been the best pool cleaning service we have used and we have been here since 2004. Top notch!!

Since the pool was built 17 years ago, our pool has never looked so GREAT. Tru Blue began servicing our pool and spa 6 months ago. The Tru Blue team is very knowledgeable and professional, always patiently answering any questions we may have. I love these guys!!!!

Brett is reliable and a great communicator. His prices are very reasonable, and the pool stays looking great. He has kept us from having to worry about it. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs to maintain a swimming pool and doesn’t want to have to follow the service people around.
