We hired Preservation Pros to care for my father-in-law's pool after he passed away in May 2025. Dustin and his crew were on it immediately and kept the pool looking beautiful. This was such a blessing not having to worry one bit about the pool during a very difficult time for our family. Communication with Dustin was excellent and maintenance of the pool was carefree. Dustin and Andrew have been taking care of our pool for over a year, and I recommend them highly. They are exceptionally responsive and willing to problem-solve, even though our pool is unusually challenging due to trees and a naturalistic rock slope.

I don’t post a review much on companies, but I felt this was much needed. So the last couple years, I took it upon myself to do my own pool service. The last few months, I definitely have neglected it and things have gone downhill where it turned green a few times. The tile was completely filled with calcium buildup and basically just look like shit. My wife told me to reach out to Dustin to see what he thought and if he could take over the maintenance of the pool. I swallowed my pride and let Dustin and his crew take over. They cleaned the tile change the filters and basically took my pool looking like the ponds at Castle rock to something worth swimming in. Would highly recommend preservation pools, and the crew. A+

We have numerous trees that drop debris into our pool, yet Dustin is vigilant about keeping it presentable. To keep the rocky parts of our pool from stagnating, he built an impromptu fountain from a pump and PVC pipe and set it on a timer.

Dustin is always prompt to reply when we have questions or emergencies. In fact, more than once, he has come over and offered assistance or expertise with something totally unrelated to his job description but sorely needed and appreciated!

For attention to detail and a personal touch, you can’t go wrong with this company. I continue to be impressed month after month.

Preservation pools is a great small business. Dustin provides great customer service and always makes time to address any questions or concerns that come up. He is very proactive. Roger is our assigned pool service professional and he shows up every Monday at about the same time every week. He is quick and thorough. Whenever we have needed Dustin to tend to an issue with our pool, he showed up same day, or the next morning depending on the circumstances. Since we have been using Preservation Pools, our pool has been crystal clear and the best it has ever looked. We highly recommend Dustin and Preservation Pools.

When we moved into our house, our pool pump and heater were ancient and badly needed to be replaced and the water looked awful. They got the job done with quality equipment and installation, and we can now control our pool and spa with an app on our phones and the water looks great! We've always had them come weekly to make sure that our pool and spa are clean and adjust the chemicals as needed. Dustin and his crew are great to work with!

They don't cut any corners and their prices are very reasonable for high quality service. We are very happy with their service!

Preservation Pros recently performed an acid wash and tile cleaning on my 15 year old pool and the results were nothing short of amazing! Not only did they do an expert job on the rejuvenation work, but they oversaw the refill of the water and then balanced the water chemistry. In addition, they called me several times after the work was complete in order to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the project results. I won't hesitate for a second to call Preservation Pros the next time my pool requires attention!

They did great jobs to chlorine wash and acid wash the pool after draining it. They also did sand-blast to clean the tiles and changed filter sand. The pool is restored to clean. The charged price was also reasonable.
