The monthly maintenance service is very reasonable and keeps our pool sparkling and running smoothly. Our chlorine generator died and I knew our filter was also on its way out. I did quite a bit of research looking for a company who would support my choice of a salt pool. Dustin was quick to respond and clearly supported the use of chlorine generators for salt pools. He also recommended a filter that would support our system. We hired Preservation Pros to replace both our salt cell and our filter. We were so impressed with their service, care, and communication that we asked them to also balance the chemistry weekly. Our pool has never looked or felt better. Dustin and his crew are the best!

Having used other pool cleaning services I am more than pleased with Preservation Pros. Dustin made the set up process simple without a drawn out procedure. Sean has been taking excellent care of the pool. I still check my pool water to see if I need to take any actions between visits, but as opposed to other companies that wouldn't get the chemicals right or wouldn't appropriately flush or clean filters, I actually haven't had to do extra work myself between visits or add extra acid/chlorine - the water has been spot on and pool clean. A pleasant surprise.

Dustin responded extremely quickly to my request for a pool drain in Tucson. He was able to answer my questions, make recommendations, and was very knowledgeable. Even better, he was able to get our pool drained, washed, filled, and ready for use - within 3 days of my request, and 3 days to complete. We are very happy with his service and will certainly return as a customer.

Had a little rough start, but in my experience problems are a given. It's the resolution that's important to me. I neglected my pool and had tons of algae. Had it drained and chlorine/acid washed. Fantastic job! Even got rid of a stain that was there when I got house 10yrs ago so it was probably really set in. Pool really looks great! Thumbs up from me.
