Highly recommend True Blue Pool and Spa. Brett came out when he said he would, figured out an excellent solution without jumping to a more expensive approach of just buying a new pump. Kept me informed and the pool equipment is now working great.

Called Brett because waterfall and solar were not working. We talked and he made a very good suggestion.... that worked! Again, rather than just jumping to a 'service call' and the expense, Brett worked with to find a simple solution. Definitely the best person to work with.

After two other companies who didn’t return my phone call for a pool repair even after 10 days I tried True Blue. My call was promptly returned and a service appointment was set up when it was convenient for my schedule. The technician showed up on time, assessed the issue, communicated the problem in a professional manner, and got the job done. Will definitely to calling again for future repairs.

We bought a house at the end of June, the pool hadn’t been maintained since probably February. Brett came out and assessed the situation, made a plan, and executed. Four days we went from something that might be hiding a dead body to what you see in the picture. Amazing work done professionally and quickly.

I had a complicated situation involving a hospitalization and some missed payments/miscommunication. While there were major bumps in the road and the pool chemistry suffered, True Blue stepped up to make it right. They spent multiple days getting the pool back to a clean, usable state at no additional cost to me. I appreciate a company that takes responsibility for a situation and ensures the job is finished properly.

Dustin and his staff are great! Preservation Pros services our pool weekly and performs as-needed maintenance including pump repair and replacement and backwash tank sand replacement. We are long-term customers and we appreciate their proactive approach and responsiveness.

Dustin and his team know pools! Preservation is the best pool service I’ve had in over 13 years of pool ownership. They are super fast and responsive to emergencies, very reliable for regular service, and extremely knowledgeable. No matter your level of need, you can’t go wrong with these folks.

Everything about this experience was amazing. We had a pool with a pump that stopped working about 2 years ago. Needless to say it was a mess and there was uncertainty what else was going to need to be repaired. Dustin was quick to respond to my request for a quote. They provided multiple options, with very reasonable quotes to drain, bleach, acid wash, replace the pump and clean/recharge the filter. Ricki was out the next day and was diligent, professional and very personable. Within 3 days the pool was filled and ready to test. After discovering the pump was not priming Dustin sent Andrew out, on a weekend day, to recheck all of the rings and valves. Still struggling, they called out Bill Winters (a leak detection pro!!) and determined the antiquated whip-skimmer system was the culprit. They worked to cut out the system, cap the lines and get everything moving. I was waiting for the updated invoice to come through when Dustin reached out to see how the pool was looking. When I mentioned it he stated that he would not charge me the extra labor for the bypass because he wanted to honor his quote. Wonderful to find someone, through a random search on line, doing business with honesty & integrity while still being personable, professional and reasonably priced. If you need work done and you want it done right you should call Preservation Pros!

We've been using Preservation Pros for about 5 years now and have had a great experience all around. Our pool is always taken care of well by the technicians, and the owner Dustin has always been quick to respond whenever I've had a question or concern about the pool. They always let us know in advance if they'll be servicing the filter or doing a chemical treatment, and have been a pleasure to work with over the years.

Preservation pros is a great company. They are extremely good at keeping our pool clean even though we have trees near the pool that sometimes drop leaves that are blown in. They keep the pool’s ph balanced and the filtering system running smoothly.
When we they couldn’t park as close to the pool for a couple weeks, they still cleaned the pool and just walked extra (in the Tucson summer).
I would highly recommend Preservation Pros.
