Knowledgeable, trustworthy Service Tech. Sorted out my problems quickly. Back office folks were super as well, setting up an appointment very quickly. Overall great experience...they are now my Go To Pool Tech Company !

I have been using Tucson Pools for almost 2 years to take care of my pool. My technician, Ben, has always done exceptional work.
My only concern with Tucson Pools is they recently instituted an increase in their fees.

Prompt and friendly service! The pool is always clean after service; looks and smells great! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our weekly cleaning with chemicals was $160 a month. I have had to make several visits to Tucson pool this summer as I am taken care of my own pool again. Each time, pat, Walter and Lee are welcoming, nice, not patronizing or condescending. They have suggested different things I can do to maximize my savings while still correcting the problem. I can't thank them enough.

Tucson Pool and Spa is awesome, with great service and reasonable prices for everything. Thomas, our pool technician is top notch. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. If you’d rather have someone else take care of your pool, TPS is the one to contact.

Pretty disappointed with the service we have received from Tucson Pool and Spa. Since starting regular weekly service with them, our tile line looks worse than ever with calcium build up. We brought this to their attention and there was no attempt to fix it or assist with explaining why it’s worse than it ever has been. Their prices fluctuate based on the chemicals used but how are we to know what they are actually doing? The technician who comes to our house only here for a few minutes, the pool never looks clean, and he’s rude to top it off. We have brought our concerns to their staff and they are met with a nonchalant attitude. I would recommend going with another pool service company with better customer service.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. My first interaction with them was when I first purchased my fix-it-up house with a pool. The pool, like everything else, ended up not working not long after I signed. I was new to owning a pool and brought my broken part to pool stores around Tucson. This was the only pool company that was really helpful. They didn't have the part, but told me how to look it up on Amazon. Since my pool was out of commission for a couple of weeks, it got green, so I hired them to come out and get it up to clean status. Once again, they went above and beyond. They have a starting fee, but they said it didn't need that much maintenance and chemicals to get it up to clean, so they didn't even charge me the full starting price.

I have used them for the last few years for service and I love my pool guy, Ernesto. Always friendly and feels like he looks out for me. I will say the same about Patrick and Walter. EVERY interaction I have had with either of them has been outstanding. The level of customer service I get with this company is unheard of - especially in this day and age. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. I feel like they treat me like a family member. I am also shocked at how they remember me every time I walk in the door (come in maybe once a year).

They even help out with equipment I purchased through Amazon. I had gotten a pool vacuum with Amazon because I had a gift card. That didn't matter to them. A little over a year after getting my vacuum, it had issues with the cord. I brought it into them and they said it should still be under warranty. Even though I got it through Amazon, they said they would take care of it and they did! This is a $600+ part and they got it warranted to me for free and only charged me for labor/parts for replacing wheels. This is just one example of the same type of service I receive over and over with them. The fact that they let me know it should be warranted AND I didn't have to figure out how to get it and deal with the manufacturer AND get a free part...PRICELESS!

I have other similar examples from my 3 years of working with them. I recommended them to my neighbor who also has a pool and she has been much happier with the service they provide compared to the previous company she was using.

We have used Tucson Pool and Spa for over 20 years and find them to be totally dependable and pleasant to deal with. They show up every week and do what is necessary to maintain our spa, leave the property in perfect condition, and are sure to close the gate so our dog doesn't make a getaway. We have no hesitancy in recommending them.

We bought a home with a pool and needed a "Pool 101" session. We called a couple of places and were ghosted by one. Robert from Tucson Pool & Spa came out to walk through the pool equipment with us. He was patient, thorough and we felt like we were in good hands with Tucson Pool & Spa. He didn't skimp on information and was very detailed - not just checking a box. While they don't service our area as a weekly pool care team, we appreciate that we can follow up with them and count on this team for other pool needs as they arise. We'll definitely utilize their services in the future!

For the first couple of years after buying our home with a pool, we used another pool service. Every monsoon season or rainstorm would wreak havoc on our pool, and we just assumed that was the cost of owning one. Then a friend recommended Patrick at Tucson Pool and Spa — and wow, what a difference! We call him the pool whisperer. It turns out that pool maintenance is actually a science, and Patrick truly understands it. He has been our technician for almost 3 years now and our pool is blue year round. We couldn’t recommend Tucson Pool and Spa highly enough!

I have enjoyed professional and consistently superb service from Tucson Pool and Spa over the past 2 years. They have serviced one pool for over a year, added pool heating to this pool and have now started pool service at a second property we own in Tucson.
We also purchased a hot tub and had it moved later to another property. Cale in particular, has been a huge help with connecting my heating and pool mechanics so they can be operated remotely, and Jonathan has also been so friendly and helpful when I stop by the store with a myriad of questions. Patrick has also been of great help and I can't forget the wonderful ladies in the office who manage the communication and scheduling. Looking forward to another great year with you all!

They did a pool inspection for my house sale and put over $1400 of repairs on it. They had to come out a 2nd time and I had to show them how to work the lights so that item would be removed from the BINSR. I had them come out to fix the other item listed needing a new part, and it didn't even need the part and was just loose. Luckily the technician was great but that is the only positive from this experience. The entire inspection was inaccurate which ultimately caused issues with my house sale. Stay far away from this place.

Bob and his team are thorough, reliable, and can handle just about any in-ground pool. I have recommended him to many of my real estate clients, including luxury homes and specialized pools. He is honest, communicates well, and shows up when he is supposed to. I highly recommend Hoffman Family Pools.

I’m so excited to say we have finally found our favorite pool cleaning company! Not only do they do a great job, but they are very genuine and WANT to be go above and beyond always. They are personable, professional and I will refer them to anyone/everyone! Oh, and my dogs love them so much too when they see them in the backyard! I highly recommend them!

Robert Hoffman Family Pool Care has gone above and beyond in keeping our pool in excellent condition. Robert keeps our pool chemically balanced, crystal clear and clean. He is knowledgeable about pool equipment including pumps, filters, etc… Robert takes the time and is thorough- he also checks the pool surroundings for any potential hazards or safety issues. In addition, communication is fantastic (via email, phone call and/or text)! He keeps us informed- response time is quick and efficient for any questions we may have.
