After 1 year of pool service Tom, the owner of the company abandoned me as a customer. The reason I later found was he elevated my CYA too much and didn’t want to take responsibility for that. I never added any chemicals to the pool, left it to the pro’s apparently. Tom just up and left one day saying I wasn’t in his route anymore. I hired a new pool man the next week and first thing he said was “who was your old pool company.” “Your CYA is out of the solar system. Tom, you ditched me and my pool after you treated it, you took the money and ran. Shame on you. Customers deserve better. You charged me up the yin yang and absconded on my pool in an unacceptably unprofessional matter. Karma to you!

I called quite a few places about getting sand changed but bc of the model I have, the quotes were either high or I was told to get a new pentair. Tom was the first honest pool guy who told me he would open it up and check it first. He told me my sand was fine and I believe he may have changed one small part. I was very pleased. There was a separate time I had pool timer issues and on his own time (no pun intended), he troubleshooted the issue right over the phone. Excellent!!
